The place is very welcoming, the shop's offerings are interesting: the best expression of the Umbrian region.
The food is excellent: I felt like a child again, with the flavors of my childhood. Simple and authentic.
A great passion and love for Umbria and its traditions.
All customers are cared for and pampered as if they were the only ones there.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the quality suggested by the price. My wife and I had an appetizer of 4 crostini (we counted them), which were good but overpriced. Two tagliatelle with white ragù were tasteless, lots of pasta with little ragù, and the thing that left me most disappointed was that for the pasta, they brought us a fairly large bowl with 4 teaspoons of cheese... we certainly could have asked for more, but it wasn't Parmesan, it was cheap cheese, and the bowl smelled of being unwashed. Cover charge was €2.50 per person... A bit too much. What can I say? I didn't finish the pasta, and I left with an unpleasant experience.

11/04/2026: We often tend to believe that the contents of a bottle of wine sweeten our palate. When you understand the dedication that a single grape brings to our lives, you realize that the love of the people who do that work soothes our souls. Mercede's guide to the Lungarotti cellars accompanied us this afternoon on an educational and truly moving journey.
We thank her and her husband, Attilio, for their hospitality and for the gift of an experience for which we will always be grateful.
07/04/2026: On vacation in Umbria with my wife, we took a guided tour of the wineries and tasted their wines and olive oils. It was truly a wonderful experience. My compliments to the people who guided us on this tour, teaching us new things and leaving us with wonderful memories. The wines are very good, and we bought a good supply for ourselves and to give as gifts to friends.

01/05/2026: We were given a voucher for a dinner.... When we booked, I advised that we had a newborn baby, and they refused. The staff on the phone was very kind, so I'm complaining to the owners for two reasons. The first is that according to Italian law, this is illegal. The second, which I personally checked, is that on their website, as if I were booking, it says everything except that they don't accept children. At the time of payment, there's a section ("view voucher"). If you pay without seeing the voucher, it doesn't say that children aren't accepted. If you view the voucher, however, it does say so, but no one is forced to view the voucher because it seems to have already been explained well beforehand. I write "see" because, with all that explanation, it's intentionally omitted to be misleading, I think. So, I urge the restaurant owners to clearly and clearly indicate this, because it's not at all pleasant. In any case, after calling back, they refunded our voucher, so other than the lack of clarity, I have nothing else to complain about. I'm writing this long message only to prevent others from repeating this and to urge you to change the site as soon as possible.
13/04/2026: It was a good experience; everything was quite good, and we left satisfied. The service from the front-of-house team was excellent from the moment we arrived.

14/08/2025: We stumbled upon this festival of events dedicated to art, food, and wine, but above all to conviviality in a quintessentially Italian style.
The small village of Torgiano comes alive by lending spaces and locations to local artists.
Excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere.

05/07/2025: Che dire? Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da un saluto gentile e un gran sorriso. Detto ciò, il gelato è ottimo, non immensa la scelta ma più che adeguata anche per chi volesse un gusto diverso dai classici. Consigliato!
