14/02/2026: My husband and I went to this delightful and characteristic restaurant in Spello, where we had a wonderful meal. The meat is excellent, and you absolutely must try the tagliata with arugula, parmesan, and Pachino tomatoes. The lamb is also delicious and reasonably priced. In short, I'd love to go back. Go and try it.

03/02/2026: It was a truly shocking experience. We happened upon this restaurant by pure chance, the only one (not by chance!) with free seating on a Saturday night. We waited over 40 minutes to order, and then after AN HOUR the two first courses for our 4 and 5 year old children arrived!!! We arrived at 8:20 PM, we started eating at 10 PM!!! SHAMEFUL!!! Terrible service, the waiter pretended not to see us. The lady who took our order for 3 pizzas, two first courses, and an appetizer, came back after half an hour to tell us that the pizzas might be late since they have several guests to attend to. Children, who have priority in restaurants all over the world, waited over an hour for their two first courses!!! One of the two was so tired and nervous that he refused the food (rightfully so!) One of the three pizzas was completely burnt, they charged us €2.50 for the cover charge, but after an hour and a half of waiting we didn't even see the bread. Truly embarrassing. I think we accidentally entered the worst restaurant in Spello. CHANGE YOUR JOB... Reading the aggressive and offensive response of the owner, unfortunately, confirms all the feelings I had on Saturday evening. I never questioned the fact that the restaurant was full, but making a 4-year-old wait over two hours for a plate of pasta is neither normal nor justifiable, regardless of the order in which the tables arrived. No one was claiming favoritism. Just a minimum of care and common sense, which was evidently lacking. The tone used in this reply, made up of personal accusations, insults, sarcasm and disrespect, speaks for itself and leaves readers to draw their own conclusions about professionalism and hospitality. Anyway, we're not just people passing through; we've been living in Spello for 30 years. I won't add anything else.

17/07/2025: Arriviamo alle ore 12, ristorante ancora vuoto giustamente, noi chiediamo se possiamo stare fuori. Ci dice ok anche se il meteo dava pioggia, ci mettiamo comunque fuori dicendo che al massimo ci saremmo spostati dentro visto che i posti c’erano. Come molte persone quando sono in vacanza, approfittiamo del bagno prima io, poi il mio compagno e infine il mio bimbo di 1 anno a cui cambiamo il pannolino. Torniamo tutti al tavolo, solo il bimbo doveva finire di mangiare ma inizia a piovere quindi chiediamo di poter entrare. Da lì il proprietario scocciato ci dice che avremmo dovuto pagare i doppi coperti ( precisiamo che non c’è nemmeno la tovaglia ma un tovagliolo e le posate) e che siamo stati 20 volte in bagno lasciando anche il pannolino maleodorante del bimbo, che avremmo dovuto portare con noi in giro come si fa con i cani ( sue testuali parole). Sconcertati siamo andati via sotto il diluvio con il bambino che aveva ancora in bocca un pezzo di pane, senza finire le polpette che avevamo richiesto nuovamente ( due polpette pagate 8€) . Pessima esperienza di ospitalità, oltre che comunque le mie penne erano veramente dure.

30/06/2025: In un angolo di spello, un ristorantino accogliente, in una viuzza arieggiata.le tovaglie a quadretti rossi e la gentilezza del cameriere sono un buon biglietto da visita. Mangiato una buona pasta al ragù di agnello, una buna uona qualità prezzo in centro. Grazie 😙

15/02/2026: A beautiful location embraced by rare kindness. We ate here for both lunch and dinner on Valentine's Day, and the food was absolutely delicious. I'd also like to highlight the care and attention the owners and staff showed to my partner's food intolerances. She never felt uncomfortable and was able to choose from a wide variety of foods. The room was tidy, clean, and very traditional. Would you recommend this property? ABSOLUTELY.

08/01/2026: We spent New Year's Eve at this property, 7 campers, 29 people, adults and children... the property is very beautiful, but the organization is very perplexing. They pay maximum attention to the money but very little attention to the customer. The portions are small, no encores, and the DJ never showed up. We felt unwanted, as if they were doing us a favor by being open. Not recommended.

08/12/2025: There's an almost philosophical passion behind a project as simple as it is complex: a wine shop. I didn't choose this place randomly, but wanted to capture something through photos, the website, and reviews, because it can often happen that you waste your money. Which means you might drink very well, but without a decent human touch—at least for us. The owner isn't a pushy, overbearing person, quite the opposite. He can approach you slowly and carefully, as long as you let him, and that's not easy. He knows exactly what he's selling, explaining it discreetly but with evident passion. I love genuinely heartfelt stories, and despite our short stay, we were captivated. Wines can be paired with small delicacies or a simple but never banal bruschetta with olive oil, especially if all the ingredients are excellent. Clearly, the wines he suggested were not only excellent but also surprising. A delightful Friday evening before dinner, which we would have extended indefinitely. Thank you so much.

08/12/2025: Excellent value for money. The owner was very kind and efficient. Even though it was crowded, we didn't have to wait for our food, and everything was excellent. The reviews in our case don't reflect the quality of the restaurant.

08/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, strolling through the narrow streets of Spello. It was an excellent choice for lunch! The owner, despite being incredibly busy given the packed restaurant, was incredibly kind. The food was excellent! And the place was very, very cute and welcoming!

28/01/2026: Location: Just steps from Piazza della Repubblica, it's housed in a quiet and welcoming building. It features a lounge with a bar, a smaller room with a few tables, access to the kitchen, and a window with a beautiful view of the historic buildings. Menu: There's a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, featuring local dishes and handmade pasta. Dishes: Everything was delicious, with generous appetizers including bread, torta al testo, and other delicacies, and generous portions of first courses with truly delicious and flavorful flavors. Staff: We had a great time; they were always helpful and friendly, and we even had a chat after lunch. Prices: In line with other restaurants in the area, and considering the pleasant stay, the staff and food quality were truly excellent!

04/01/2026: We entered the place just to order and more than 10 minutes passed, not even a good morning, they served customers who arrived after us, the cost of 1 coffee, 1 cappuccino and 1 empty brioche was above average, in conclusion the town is wonderful but the welcome less so.
