30/12/2025: Found this restaurant through the AIC app for celiacs. You can eat whatever you want, from pizza to burgers, meat, and dessert, and it's all homemade.
The pulled pork burger is worth it, and the gluten-free bread is one of the best I've ever had. For dessert, I had the homemade tart, a rarity!
Light pizza, top-quality ingredients. The local ham is truly delicious.
The owner is friendly and approachable.
Pets are welcome (German Shepherd).
We'll definitely be back 👍🏻

24/03/2025: Ci troviamo di tanto in tanto a Gualdo Tadino per un fine settimana fuori porta, e per dormire facciamo tappa fissa qui. Abbiamo prenotato per la prima volta in tre coppie e abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura, che si trova in pieno centro. Le camere sono pulite, comode e dotate di tutto l’essenziale. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sono impeccabili. Inoltre, la colazione è davvero deliziosa. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante!

14/08/2025: The food was exceptional … very traditional and local dishes, prepared with pride by the family team. Service and atmosphere were also “familiar” hence with the little imperfections one would expect in a family setting 😏 I really enjoyed and highly recommend !!

19/10/2025: Embarrassing. I've been calling for two years to order takeout pizza or a table, and they NEVER answer. If you go up and point it out, they act like they're not there. How can you run a business and not answer the phone? Besides, the quality of the waiters is embarrassing; they only hire kids who are slow and distracted. Obviously, it's not the waiters' fault. I'll never go there again.
12/10/2025: We've dined several times at this restaurant, located in the historic center of Gualdo Tadino. The menu features traditional dishes and pizza, sure to please all palates. Excellent value. Very friendly and helpful staff.

02/01/2026: A bar right across from the town hall in the center of Gualdo Tadino. We found it because they have a special agreement with our B&B, so we had breakfast there every morning. The girls were very kind and always smiling, even on January 1st. We were completely satisfied. Thank you and keep up the good work.

10/11/2025: A very basic place. Don't expect much.
When I went, there wasn't a certain thing available that day, so I ordered something else and it wasn't available either...
In the end, go for the pizza. It's good, but you have to like the very thin and light version. Not suitable for big eaters.
In fact, the customers are mostly older.
The wait was a bit long, but acceptable.
In the end, I can say I ate well.
19/10/2025: I had booked for 8:15pm and asked if it was too late, and they said no, and that on Saturday nights they also closed at 9:30pm. I arrived on time and they told me it was too late, they had run out of dough and would be closing, rude.
