12/01/2025: I had the pleasure of staying with my wife in the suite with heated mini pool and hydromassage, Finnish sauna, steam bath and emotional shower.... What can I say? Wow....
The suite was spotless and everything was new and working. The Hotel is located in the center of Gualdo Tadino but it was really easy to find parking within 2 steps.
When we woke up we had breakfast in the internal restaurant where we were welcomed by Serena, a cheerful, kind girl who makes you feel as if you were at home. The breakfast with fresh sweet and savory products did not fall short of our expectations. The owner, Gabriele, is a kind, polite person and always available for anything. Definitely an experience worth repeating to relax among the green hills of Umbria....

05/01/2025: We had dinner in this place just above Gualdo Tadino. Excellent presentation of the menu and off-menu, the appetizer is recommended to start the evening in the best possible way and continued with cuts from the menu and roe deer off the menu, as well as side dishes and wine. The desserts are also very good. 👍

26/10/2024: Anna's pizzeria has been our favorite place for a long time. The food is excellent, both the pizza and other dishes we tasted. The service is perfect for everyone's welcome and friendliness. In summer you can eat in the garden with plenty of space, where very often you can also enjoy live music.
Absolutely recommended.

The baked potatoes with cheese and truffle are excellent, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms have other mushrooms in them besides porcini, the house wine in bulk is good (Montepulciano d'Abruzzo).
the prices are all in all reasonable, except for the wine which is a bit expensive for being house wine

04/11/2024: Rustic place, very nice, warm and comfortable. A view which certainly in summer with the tables outside must be spectacular.
And Samuele is a very nice waiter who will make you feel at home straight away.

16/12/2024: STELLAR PLACE... the food is good, the service is excellent both in terms of waiting and friendliness and the place is magical. If you want peace of mind, eating well, you're in the right place. I can't wait to go back, on the bus.
14/10/2024: Pleasant and well-kept environment even if a little classic. The cuisine is traditional but the dishes are a bit anonymous and not very tasty.

24/01/2025: New, well-organized place with modern visible grills, very clean where the commitment of all the staff is evident, visible "flat" with beautiful cuts
However, if in the order of a plate of "meat" mixed cuts... I get the cold meat I'll fall for it all!!!
A Montefalco Rosso had been ordered but due to problems it had not arrived, they offered us another wine and in the end it arrived on the table... Another wine which was also not pleasant
To say what? The margin for improvement is high
Good work and good "fat" to everyone

03/08/2024: I didn't have time to take pictures because they devoured everything.
The very nice guy at the place agreed to make me trays of margaritas and also with olives even though I arrived almost at closing time.
It was delicious, the kids rated the pizza as the best we ate in the Umbria area. Pizza at a very high level indeed

Guidu Pastry & Chocolate Experience

18/01/2025: After a walk in Val Sorda, my partner and I, passionate chocolate tasters, started looking for a place where we could drink a good hot chocolate. Also attracted by the "chocolate experience" sign, we entered specifically asking the owner if the hot chocolate was made by them and not through preparations.
He obviously responds positively and lets us sit.
Unfortunately, 2 cups of freshly stained milk arrived at the table with a powder resembling Nesquik in which the typical industrial chocolate chips for desserts had been added.
The product in question was clearly a far cry from a steaming, thick hot chocolate.
For two chocolates we spent €8.50,
while we were still seated, the music was turned off by the employees behind the counter, indicating that someone is in a hurry to close the place even though there are still customers at the table.
A really bad and disappointing experience especially in relation to the fact that the place passes itself off as a chocolate shop.
20/10/2024: I'm not saying anything.. You just have to come, sit and appreciate every delicacy of sweets and so on...

09/10/2024: Sono stato a pranzo ieri e ho mangiato benissimo in un ambiente familiare e accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I tagliolini ai porcini e i fagioli con le cotiche lasciavano trasparire la passione e la simpatia di questa coppia che ha trovato una seconda vita in cucina. Consigliatissimo.
