07/01/2026: Eating at Villa Selva was like being at home. The welcome and attention from Maria (Giorgione's daughter) were truly pampering. Giorgione himself was available to answer any questions and...photos. His humility always strikes me. What can I say about the food? Poetry in every bite...the appetizers were rich in everything...the pasta was strictly handmade, delicious, and the second courses were tender pork and guinea fowl. Chocolate cake, strozzetti with almonds and chocolate, and panna cotta. A truly excellent combination of quality and price. Congratulations to everyone.

04/01/2026: Wonderful, exactly what I wanted when we booked! Giorgione's presence also enlivened the evening, and he was absolutely helpful and kind! I had the opportunity to see the kitchens, even from the outside, and they were very clean and impeccable! We had a small issue with a glass, but the staff were incredibly helpful and fixed everything immediately, truly impeccable. Overall, an experience worth experiencing and watching.

17/01/2026: Excellent dishes, beautifully presented, well-cooked, with just the right portions, and above all, delicious. We tried the house appetizers, which had a nice selection and variety, then among the first courses were gnocchi with goose sauce, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, plum gnocchi with butter and parmesan, and gnocchi with cream, paprika, and walnuts...all extraordinary. For main courses, we ordered beef tagliata and lamb chops with sides of potatoes and a salad of pears, arugula, and walnuts...for dessert, a strawberry Bavarian...what can I say, everything was excellent!!!!! Plus, the professional, attentive, and very friendly service in a beautiful and well-kept place... ...there's not much to say. Le Noci is exceptional!

02/01/2026: We went in a family group of 13 just after Christmas, with a pre-arranged menu. It was perfect. Traditional Umbrian family restaurant, we had an excellent frittata with truffle to start then two primi: a fabulous risotto di zucca and tagliatelle al sugo d'occa as good as I've had. We then had spezzatino di cinghiale and patate con verza. Both outstanding. The service was efficient and very welcoming. Price was very reasonable. It's a really great place go in a group to sample Umbrian hospitality.

28/05/2025: The bar is in the main square of San Terenziano... Beautiful atmosphere and excellent service. Fantastic for breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. Excellent option in the evening, with the option of pizza by the plate, piadinas, hot dogs, and hamburgers, all freshly made and truly delicious. Highly recommended.

21/12/2025: I spent an evening at this lovely restaurant, reminiscent of an old rustic trattoria. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We tried the zebra meat, which the owner told me he occasionally brings from South Africa. It was delicious!! We continued with the roast lamb, which was very succulent! And various side dishes. At the end, they offered us three bottles of amaro (self-service style), a limoncello, a grappa, and a herbal distillate of their own production. A very nice gesture, which is almost unheard of these days. Reasonably priced. I recommend the place! I hope to return!

06/10/2025: Magnificent, a haven of peace in the heart of Puglia. My partner and I stayed for three days for a wedding. The staff and service were excellent; they were attentive to their guests' every need. The only two minor drawbacks: the road was passable with a WRC car, unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it, but it's worth it, and the shower, which was dilapidated. Thanks again to Marco for his welcome.
