The staff were also amazing, we were made to feel super welcome and at home
Tiramisu and meat ++++++
05/12/2024: I eat in a restaurant 20 meters from the coliseum and I wanted to give the Italian 🍕 pizza a try, a little better than what I had been eating, but so far nothing beats the Argentine 🍕 pizza, by far the best.

04/12/2024: We were 13 people on Sunday. Menu a little expensive. On the menu they took the stuffed pigeon, which they brought in 3 parts with head and beak, no stuffing...., and dry during cooking. I'm sorry but stuffed pigeon in Umbria is something else... don't put it on the menu if you're not capable of doing it!

Absolutely familiar atmosphere, splendid, well-kept and welcoming location
Excellent quality food with generous portions that you will finish for their goodness and because they are made and served with passion and affection
Excellent value for money

05/10/2024: Just perfect. Close to everything, totally clean and Elena is the best, most welcoming and most warmful host ever. Me, my wife and our 22 months old baby just felt at home – the 10 truly resting days we really needed.

03/10/2024: A beautiful countryside stay, tranquil environment, lovely people and fields of olives. All weaves a beautiful slow life. The place offers a deep dive in nature and space for introspection. No rush just the pure stillness of the 360° mountain view.
17/08/2024: I visited the property on August 15th with a group of friends, but without using the rooms.
Large swimming pool, tennis court and a beautiful green space around, with tables and sun loungers. At the restaurant we ate very well, simple but high quality dishes prepared with the love of my grandmother.
Very honest price

for two pizzas and they made a mistake 3 times in bringing our orders (don't come)
10/01/2025: We had a fantastic dinner here thanks to the recommendation of our hosts at nearby Miataland. This is a beautiful restaurant with a patio that looked like it would be heavenly in the summertime. Service was excellent and we got by with a mix of speaking English and Italian. The menu is only available in Italian but Google Translate made it easy to order. We started with Il Paté di Nonna Lina (typical Umbrian paté), Mozzarelline (fried mozzarella), and focaccia with fresh olive oil, all of which were excellent. My dinner was L'Oca, perfectly fluffy gnocchi with a rich goose ragú, and my husband tried the Re Piccone, a selection of pigeon served multiple ways. All washed down with an excellent local red wine. If you are staying nearby at Miataland or one of the other, local resorts, Ristorante Il Fiaschetto is absolutely recommended!

The rooms are tastefully furnished, combining elegance and comfort, and many of them offer spectacular views of the valley below. They are very clean.
The silence and tranquility of the place guarantee an incredible stay.

The service is impeccable, with attentive and helpful staff.
Recommended for couples, families and anyone who wants an unforgettable experience.
22/10/2024: A true oasis of peace and relaxation, Some small gaps in the rooms. Excellent service and exquisite staff. It takes time to get there but it's worth it

30/10/2024: Wonderful experience passing through the area, nice, clean environment, food 10 ++++++++ bruachetta, delicious sandwich and side dish, all ready at the moment, excellent dessert, what can I say... I highly recommend it because in addition to excellent quality food, the owners are super friendly and extremely helpful. and genuine people and last but not least they are animal lovers 🥰 Toppppp super congratulations

22/08/2024: Siamo stati qui per pranzo ed eravamo gli unici in tutto il ristorante. La location è bella, ha molto potenziale e una bella vista sulle colline circostanti. L'apparecchiatura e la zona coi tavoli è abbastanza anonima e spartana, il servizio semplice e gentile.
Le tagliate che abbiamo preso erano buone e abbondanti, ma sicuramente care (la più economica costa 18€ e poi a salire).
Spesa: 2 tagliate, 1 contorno, 1 acqua, 1 caffè = 50,50€.

19/05/2024: The staff could be more friendly and less disorganized. It's not expensive but nobody seems to know what they are doing.

Arrivati al Ristorante il Fiaschetto,una volta seduti abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti prima che ci davano considerazione,poi arriva la ristoratrice e ci dice: ho preparato più di 50 antipasti,invece avevamo dato conferma 2 giorni prima del 28settembre2024 dei posti effettivi!!!(Comunque impara a contare quando arrivano i gruppi),gli antipasti classico all'italiana dopo più di un'ora, arriva la pizza dopo un'altra ora,lentissimi anzi direi addormentati,totale 3 ore in tutto!!!! il conto: 2 adulti e una ragazzina 1 pizza normale 2 pizze baby 2 acqua un whisky un vino 100euro, oltretutto mi dici che mi fa' pagare una parte dei antipasti in più che aveva preparato molto tempo prima,(perché la bruschetta con il patè di fegato era scuro ) con il dire che non ci può rimettere gli affettati costano,ma soprattutto nel mio tavolo,questi antipasti in più non sono mai arrivati.Cara Ristoratrice non si fa' così,noi paghiamo il conto salato ma tu meriti questa recensione!!!!per noi questo posto non esiste più!!!!!

14/08/2024: Diciamo che ero andato lì con buone aspettative, niente di più sbagliato, non si puó mangiare carne fredda, vino xxxxx , e prezzi inverosimili per un posto del genere. Certamente tutti i miei amici e le tante conoscenze sono avvisate di evitare questo posto.
Ne hanno da fare di strada ma se continuano così si fermeranno presto.
