Not far from the E45, it's in a good location. The last 600 meters are really bumpy and narrow. There's practically nothing around. Everything is very quiet, and the staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast is good but too repetitive. Basically, there are only cakes for dessert (including gluten-free ones) and scrambled eggs and salami; I was hoping for better. The pool is lovely. The rooms are large and spacious, but the bathrooms are very dated.

Wonderful place immersed in the greenery of Umbria. Large pool, excellent restaurant and breakfast. Always kind staff. Recommended.
