01/04/2024: We had dinner by taking some pizzas and others the slices with side dishes. The pizzas are a little thin, the seasoning is good. Good meat and also vegetables and potatoes. Unfortunately, apart from what's on the menu, you can't ask for anything else for the children, in fact we bought him a simple red pizza but he just tasted it; we noticed that even in the other restaurants in the area there is almost never a children's menu. At the end of the meal an excellent limoncello is offered.

25/03/2024: Cozy, well-kept, clean place, truly a gem, smells like home. The staff were really courteous, polite and professional. I made a special request to surprise my partner and with such kindness they did everything to satisfy me. I had asked for a sentence to write in the dessert portion and believe me, all the staff were truly professional and kind, thank you very much. The menu rich in traditions and nos. The pizza was delicious, well cooked, large and well seasoned. Abundant starter and top quality products. The delicious panna cotta didn't taste like fake cream. Excellent price quality

My family were visiting the city on an extremely cold day in Feb 2015 and we were the only people dumb enough to be out in freezing weather with a 20 MPH wind gust. We were walking around town and this pizzeria was the only restaurant open. What a surprisingly awesome gem we came across. Food and service/hospitality was amazing. This place was amazing. 01/04/2024: We ordered takeaway pizzas for a quick dinner. Coming from outside and not knowing the area, we hadn't considered the limited traffic zone and found ourselves having to reach the restaurant on foot. The owners, of unique kindness, gave us a lift in the car. Top kindness and delicious pizza.

24/03/2024: Excellent pici all'aglione, excellent pappardelle with wild boar, ravioli with bacon and AMAZING artichokes. Quality meats and cheeses. Very good desserts, especially the apple and almond tart. Wide choice of wines. Quick and friendly service. Clean and welcoming place. Truly a great experience!!!!

31/03/2024: The very rude staff, after having made us sit down and brought us the menus, made us get up telling us that the table was already booked. Very rudely.

06/04/2024: We chose a table near the open fireplace to enjoy the warm environment and the aromas of meat grilled on the embers. Exquisite staff and attentive to our questions. For lunch we had: artichoke gnocchi, grilled chicken and two spectacular lasagna made by Mrs. Silvana...spectacular!! If you are visiting Città della Pieve you must not fail to stop by!!

02/04/2024: Really good and quality food, generous portions, but exaggerated prices! They don't have gluten-free bread and allergens are not indicated on the menu. The bathroom is tiny and has no lighting: you have to leave the door open and use the light in the dressing room. It was also quite cold, and not pleasant while eating.

05/04/2024: We have often been guests at the Vannucci hotel and already knew the restaurant. Passing through Città della Pieve, we decided to have dinner. Elegant environment, excellent wine list, impeccable service and excellent raw materials. All dishes skillfully prepared by chef Vito, between Umbrian tradition and original innovation. Prices in line with the quality of the dishes.

01/04/2024: Being guests of the hotel we decided to book Easter lunch here. The room is very nice and well-kept like the rest of the rooms. The dishes were really excellent, the appetizer exceptional, even the first and second courses. Very friendly staff and excellent wine. The dessert buffet had a great tiramisu and some really yummy profiteroles. The only flaw is bringing the children's pasta after the adults', they have waited a long time and should always be served first.

10/03/2024: Loooooove their pizza! 🍕 also very easy to digest since they use ancient grains and longer fermentation times! Really recommend, my favorite is the Calcio e Pepe! 😋🤤

08/01/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questa simpatica pizzeria, originali gli arredi e ottima pizza, molto digeribile. Siamo arrivati quasi alla chiusura e ci hanno accolto con molta cortesia!!!!! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!!!

31/03/2024: Sono stata in questo ristorante con alcuni amici la sera di Pasqua. Tutto meraviglioso. Siamo stati accolti in questa tenuta bellissima che Alberto e la sua famiglia , curano con amore e passione da diversi anni. Il menù ricercato ma tradizionale e per niente banale, ci ha permesso di fare , da buoni turisti, un tour gastronomico della tradizione umbra. Alberto e Rebecca grazie per aver condiviso con noi quello che fate, grazie per tramandare tradizioni italiane che spesso vengono abbandonate.

28/03/2024: We stayed for one night here at the agriturismo il Favaio with my girlfriend. Magnificent stay, a discovery to recommend to those you love. A place that does things well, as they should be done. Welcomed by the warm owners (Rebecca and Roberto) who make you feel the love for their treasure and for what they offer, and this can only satisfy the guest too. Special mention for the wonderful dogs, which for animal lovers like us can only be a plus. We also stopped for dinner and there couldn't have been a better choice. Crostini with sublime liver pâté, exceptional light and tasty pâté, spelled croquettes of their own production: a revelation with their homemade mayonnaise. Excellent meats and excellent cooking. Overall, it's worth the trip.
