The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highlights include gnocchi with pheasant ragù, venison with broad beans, and lamb chops. The wine list is reasonably priced.

05/08/2025: We're currently staying at the Agriturismo and had a wonderful time! Rebecca and Robert are incredibly hospitable and do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Dining on the veranda is absolutely recommended: the food is delicious and the view is truly stunning. The rooms are clean, and the balcony is spacious and offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. The pool is also a real plus: beautifully landscaped, clean, and impeccably maintained. Ideal for relaxing on hot days. A place where you can completely unwind. We'd love to come back!

29/07/2025: We've returned to this charming Agriturismo, which has become a must-see for us. Rebecca and Roberto welcomed us with a smile, as always. Excellent breakfast and dinner prepared by Rebecca in a fantastic location with a sunset over the Umbrian hills. The room was cozy and clean, as was the entire property. You can take walks in the countryside or by the lake, visit nearby villages, or relax by the pool. Coming back here every time means unwinding and feeling welcomed by Rebecca and Roberto and their four-legged friends.

03/06/2025: Discovered this place by chance, very cute inside. The staff is smiling and welcoming. You can also have a quick meal: delicious salad, as well as pizza, desserts and so on...Everything perfect!!

09/08/2025: The place is very charming, and as I walked by, it immediately caught my attention. We decided to have lunch here and were truly satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive. For appetizers, we had the fried pizza with burrata and prosciutto, which was truly delicious. For our main course, we opted for the pici with Tuscan sauce, which was also delicious! I was disappointed not to be able to finish my dish because it was so tasty, but unfortunately, I was full. Recommended!

29/07/2025: I appreciated the variety of the menu, the quality of the products, and the courtesy of the staff. The cacio & pepe pici were truly excellent (perhaps a little too salty for my personal taste), as were the well-made potato ravioli with pistachio pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, pecorino cheese, and fiordilatte. The prices were fair, and there was no wait that evening for dinner. Don't miss the pizza; huge, thin, and incredibly tasty.

15/08/2025: A wonderful stop in Città della Pieve, at this restaurant that exudes the flavor of old-fashioned trattorias, thanks to the expert hands of chef and owner Cristian and his all-female staff, Martina and Jessica. The Chianina beef tartare with capers and Dijon mustard is excellent, as is the saffron risotto (superb), the pappa al pomodoro (tomato soup), and the revisited pici all'aglione (a garlic-filled pasta) with burrata ragù. The tagliatelle with white ragù and the tagliata (a sliced steak) are also delicious, all made with top-quality ingredients, and you can taste it... A special award goes to the pure Ciliegiolo sparkling wine, a true gem, as is the entire wine list, featuring niche labels that offer those who appreciate every corner of the wonderful world of this area's wines. Cristian is truly an excellent host; it was lovely to spend time with him talking about wine and related stories. It was truly a magnificent experience in a location that leaves much more than just a satisfying palate. To return and return...

07/08/2025: What a wonderful time shared with friends! The chef welcomed us and also spoke French. A very friendly and skilled chef, he works with fresh, local produce. His advice for food and wine pairings is perfect! We discovered some quality Italian wines from the region. Varied menu. Personally, it was a delight! A beautiful view from the terrace with the sunset!

19/08/2025: The owner's kindness and the value for money make this place an excellent choice for a quick meal without sacrificing quality. My wife and I ate two tasty and easily digestible sandwiches (with dough made by the owner, which varies daily), after choosing our ingredients. The price is reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients. The service is almost entirely self-service, and there's a wide selection of bottled beers. The pizzas also looked delicious, made to order and beautifully presented. Maybe next time. A happy half hour in complete tranquility. Thank you!!!

22/05/2025: Good Italian food. Lunch time is from a menu, with no possibility for pizza, but that is ok! Pizza is only for the evening. I would return for both :)

04/08/2025: I had lunch with my husband at this restaurant, and it felt like we were in a postcard. The outdoor tables offer a spectacular view. The food is produced directly on the estate, and the ingredients are all locally sourced, fresh, and seasonal. Even the meat is homegrown... which I absolutely recommend! The staff is polite and professional, ready to recommend and explain the dishes... I recommend you go there and bring that special someone you want to impress!

25/07/2025: Beautiful place immersed in the Umbrian landscape. Definitely off the beaten path. The quality of the produce is very good. Especially the cold cuts (salami, prosciutto) and the Chianina beef taste excellent. We also loved the primi piatti - especially the gnocchi were delicious. The first disappointment came when we were told that only one cut of meat was available for us (the other cut would have been way too much meat for 2, around 1.9 kg), and that they can't cook the meat to your order, but that the meat comes more or less rare and you have to cook it yourself. Unfortunately, the personnel seemed unable to cope with the number of guests - there was simply not enough staff in order to provide a decent service. We had to wait 30 minutes until we could place our order. Next, some of us ordered primi piatti, some didn't. But everyone ordered an appetizer and a secondo piatto. So we would have expected to be served the secondi together - and in between the primi. But the primi arrived together with the secondi for those without primi. The secondi for the other party arrived only more than half an hour later, and only after request. I had ordered a glass of red wine to go with my meat, which I never received. We were never asked whether we wanted something more to drink, the plates were not being removed for a very long time. It was really not the fault of the personnel that suddenly flying ants appeared in droves. But I expect a restaurant at this level and in such a location, where this can happen, to react swiftly and to accommodate everyone inside. Instead, they only reacted when everyone started to flee inside. But for us, this was too late, we had already lost appetite and couldn't enjoy the dinner anymore.

20/06/2025: Beautiful location. Steak was underwhelming and overcooked, fries were harder than chips with no soft center, no wine served with the meal, and the wine offered after was clearly mismatched. Sides arrived late, and presentation was sloppy. Far better meals elsewhere in Città della Pieve at a third of the price.

09/06/2025: Ein schöner Abend auf der Terrasse mit sonniger Aussicht. Sehr guter Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen und außergewöhnlicher Wein. Ein sehr gelungener Abend! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
