For the umpteenth time (but it's never enough for us), we had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. I should start by saying that, having a second home nearby, I'm always looking for restaurants with a different menu, so as not to always eat the same old polenta, sausage, melted cheese, and mushrooms! Here at Pan e Vin, we always find high quality and a menu truly worthy of a restaurant that makes hospitality and research its primary goal! They have a wide selection of meats, both Italian and foreign cuts. Today we ate a fantastic Rubia Gallega. Excellent maturation, flavor, and preparation—I've attached a photo! For my first course, I had tortellini "carbonara-style," very delicious and with an original recipe. The owner, Mrs. Morena, is a highly respected professional. Her culture and skills, if respected by her guests, will allow them to enjoy a culinary experience and an atmosphere that is unexpected in a mountain resort. We also like to have a wide selection of wines. Here you can find wines from the most renowned regions, both in Italy and abroad... from Crémant de Bourgogne (honest and, in my opinion, truly pleasant and drinkable), to red wines from Tuscany, Piedmont, and Trentino... South American and South African wines are also included in the vast selection. The restaurant reflects the style one would expect in the mountains. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Naturally, everything is of a good quality and has its fair price, so don't expect mountain hut prices; that would not only be an insult to those who offer high-end cuisine, but an own goal for those expecting fast food prices. We are staying at the Brunet down the road and decided to check this place out. We were not disappointed. The pork started with hummus was delicious. Crispy and flavorful. The pasta dishes were great. The deserts were the perfect way to finish our meal. I definitely recommend this place.

The service was impeccable: attentive, discreet, and capable of making the guest feel at the center of attention. The cuisine deserves special mention: the cod salad stood out for its balance and freshness, followed by expertly cooked spaghetti with clams, where the quality of the ingredients played a key role. The whole experience was enhanced by a glass of Chablis, whose characteristic minerality paired divinely with the fish dishes. A high-quality offering, perfect for those seeking substance and style. The food was simply spectacular, we were moved 😭 by the warm and friendly welcome. The atmosphere was super pleasant. The only photo we took was because it was impossible not to focus on the food right away. 🥲 We'll definitely be back 🔝🔝🔝

Delicious food, from starter to dessert, everything was very good. Prices were reasonable, but when you eat well, the price becomes secondary. Service was a little slow but friendly, and the person I think is the owner was a little too "cold" anyway... Nice atmosphere, not too many tables and a little close together, but the food was amazing! Excellent, highly recommended.
