Recommended by a chef friend, we decided to dine at Innesti for four. Everything was perfect, from the online reservation to the bill.
Refined dishes, top-quality ingredients... a true delight for the palate. We chose the seven-course menu with wine pairings chosen by our server. A particularly positive aspect is that you don't have to order a set menu for the entire table, and some dishes can be substituted for other dishes from the menu.
A casual and elegant restaurant; the courteous and friendly staff deserves a special mention.
Excellent value for money.

14/12/2025: The best bar in Caracas. Super-selected live music, backed by years of live music experience. The atmosphere is small and compact, but super cozy. It's small and the people are so nice, it really makes for an intimate experience. It's not a place designed for eating, but for drinking!!! You can go to the stube for dinner once you've finished your drinks!
22/10/2025: If you want to drink excellent Jupiler beer, poured to perfection, this is the place to be. They also occasionally host very pleasant small concerts.

13/03/2026: I went there with a group of friends.
Unfortunately, I/we were totally disappointed with the pizza(s):
The dough was completely dry and hard, as well as black and burnt around the edges (see photo). The only edible part was where the toppings were, although we had to remove some of it because it was burned.
I don't know what the food was like because we didn't try it, but the dishes we were served looked promising.
The desserts were industrial-style, not "homemade."
What a shame, a huge disappointment, an experience we won't repeat.

The food is simple, without too much fuss. The cutlet is worth it!
One of the few places with a family atmosphere, and the staff is genuinely friendly.
Really fair prices!

19/03/2026: Mid-range hotel, convenient parking adjacent to the building, excellent location for mountain hikers, varied breakfast, and restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
There's no minibar in the room, but a vending machine on the ground floor. I recommend it.

03/10/2025: A good restaurant. When it first opened, it only served à la carte. You paid for it, but the ingredients were excellent. Since they introduced the "all you can eat" option, the quality has dropped dramatically, which is a shame. Otherwise, the service is quick and there's a lot of variety. Although I think they've limited you to three sashimi per person in the evening, which, considering the price for dinner, is a bit of a shame.

05/12/2025: Unfortunately, I must say that this canteen has fallen below all expectations. The menu is still the same, with almost no choice, and in my opinion, the quality of the dishes has significantly declined. Even the service, which was once one of its strengths, now seems slow and inattentive. The difference from the past is enormous: in my opinion, this place is no longer reliable or recommendable.

23/02/2026: When I pass through Pergine, the first place I go is to the yogurt shop for a delicious crepe. It's a small but welcoming place. The owner is super kind and friendly. 10/10 just for her kindness.
They have a wide selection of products.
Highly recommended.
07/09/2025: There was a dead bug in the yogurt, they didn't give me what I wanted. Terrible experience, but the yogurt was good.
