19/04/2025: It's our favorite Chinese restaurant! Always excellent food, even takeaway is tasty. Excellent quality raw materials. Everyone, especially the owner, is very kind and friendly, with particular attention to children. Excellent cleaning. There is really no comparison with any other unique restaurant in the surroundings of Trento/Pergine.

23/04/2025: We chose Osteria Morelli to celebrate Easter 2025 and we couldn't have made a better choice. The experience was simply extraordinary. The Easter menu was a hymn to spring and the Trentino tradition, with attention to every detail. The appetizer already set the tone: the braised Menfi artichoke with Trentingrana fondue and soft egg was a perfect balance of softness and intense flavors, while the Val di Sole char meatballs with mandarin mayonnaise amazed with the delicacy and originality of the combination. Among the first courses, the buckwheat tagliatelle with white ragù from Grigio Alpina was a true revelation: a rich and refined dish, which tells the story of the territory with taste. The second course kept the level very high: the baked kid was tender and tasty, accompanied by a flan of potatoes with rosemary and crunchy artichokes which completed the dish perfectly. The dessert ended on a high note: a ricotta and chocolate cake served with orange sorbet, fresh and enveloping, perfect for a sweet end to the lunch. Special praise goes to the chef and his team, who were able to create a coherent, refined and surprising gastronomic journey. You can clearly perceive the passion, technique and love for cooking in every dish served. The service was impeccable: friendly, present but never intrusive. An Easter lunch that will remain in our fondest memories. Thank you Osteria Morelli we will definitely be back!!!

23/12/2024: Very old castle, which has been lovingly restored. The rooms are furnished like a museum with original antiques. Great location, very nice courtyard and incredible views of the surrounding area. We'll be back, no question!

29/04/2025: Traveling with my wife, we decided to stop here for lunch given the excellent location of the property. From the restaurant you can enjoy a view of Lake Caldonazzo. We took 1 appetizer with typical products of the area and we were amazed by the quantity of food contained in the dish, so much so that we shared it. As a first course we opted for a plate of fresh homemade pasta and seasoned with mixed mushrooms. All very good. Price in line with what is consumed. Polite and kind staff. If you are in the area, I recommend you stop by for lunch or dinner. When I happen to be in these parts again, I will certainly return to taste other dishes. Well done, keep it up.

We appreciated the welcome of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, also the style: traditional but well kept, I think they have recently renovated. Incredible view from the room. Breakfast to remember! The staff is always friendly and the food is tasty, especially the omelette... delicious! We will return with pleasure

30/03/2025: My review is very positive, the menu is not particularly large or modern but the pizza dough was very good and crumbly and above all I really appreciated the kindness of the girls who served us at the table, very courteous and friendly, which is not to be taken for granted since it is rare to find such cheerful staff in restaurants and I think it is one of the most important things to make customers feel at ease and allow them to spend a pleasant evening! I would go back!

10/03/2025: In centro a Pergine si trova questa pizzeria, informata AIC. Il locale è ampio, con molti coperti. La pizza sg è su base, molto bassa sul cornicione. La definirei discreta. Ho apprezzato più gli ingredienti della farcia della base stessa.

18/04/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Pergine Valsugana. The pizzas are good, as usual. The strong point of the place is certainly the environment, the rooms with vaulted ceilings and the furnishings which convey the sense of antiquity, in the positive sense of the term.

14/02/2025: Cleanliness, competence and courtesy are the right adjectives for this hotel where I have already stayed twice and which will be my choice in the next occasions. Staff very attentive to the needs of each guest, every time a "cuddle" for those who are far from home. Very good breakfast with a great variety of sweets. Thanks to all the staff.
