24/08/2025: Since the new management opened, I've eaten almost every menu item, and I can assure you I have absolutely no complaints. Fabio's dishes are all top-notch, with meticulous attention to the ingredients. For photography enthusiasts, all dishes are beautifully presented, leaving the palate pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Nicola's service is both professional and makes you feel right at home. The wine list lives up to expectations. Congratulations!

06/08/2025: Trattoria Al Moro is exactly what it says on the tin: good regional cuisine, helpful and friendly staff. A historic establishment that doesn't lapse into disrepair—quite the opposite. There's a lovely outdoor pergola, which unfortunately, due to adverse weather, we weren't able to enjoy. If you're in the area, it's worth a stop.

23/07/2025: A typical osteria, the staff goes out of their way to serve all the numerous tables, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended, but expect a wait as it's very popular!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a fairytale — perched high above the valley, the castle offers breathtaking views and an atmosphere steeped in history and charm. We were seated in a beautifully restored historic room, lit softly with candles and ambient light that enhanced the romantic and elegant mood. The service was impeccable — gracious, attentive, and knowledgeable without being intrusive. Now, the food. Every course was a masterpiece. The chef blends tradition and creativity in a way that honors local Trentino flavors while offering a fresh, refined twist. We began with a delicate appetizer , followed by a perfectly cooked risotto with Gorgonzola cheese and nuts, each dish more impressive than the last. The ingredients were clearly seasonal and locally sourced, and the plating was as artistic as the castle itself. The wine selection was exceptional, with expert pairings that elevated each course. Dessert was the perfect finale — light, elegant, and bursting with flavor. This wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience — a journey through taste, history, and atmosphere. If you’re anywhere near Trentino, a dinner at Castel Pergine is a must. Whether you're celebrating something special or just want a night to remember, this is the place.

18/08/2025: Very kind staff, very high-quality products, and of a considerable size, all at a price commensurate with the quality.

28/08/2025: We had an early dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake (it's a shame the parapet somewhat obscures the view of the water). Excellent pizzas! No extra charge for the lactose-free mozzarella. It's a shame all the desserts contain lactose (except the sorbet).

30/08/2025: Experienced with my family on a Saturday evening. We were warmly welcomed even though we hadn't booked. The young and dynamic staff were helpful and ready to accommodate any request. We ordered pizzas, which were delicious! A wonderful evening.

02/09/2025: A super delicious restaurant right on Lake Caldonazzo. The service is friendly and the food is excellent, with the tiramisu being particularly outstanding. They cater to the needs of very young children, ensuring they get their food first. The outdoor area also offers a great playground for them and even goats to feed. Overall, one of the most relaxed dining options during our vacation.

23/06/2025: On Google it says there are gluten-free alternatives, but in reality they are not suitable for celiacs and I only found out once I was seated and ready to order. Being celiac is not a trend and in fact I felt terrible. Even though I avoided the pizza since it was clearly contaminated, even taking the meat I felt bad and I had made a thousand recommendations. If you don't know which foods are suitable and which are not and you don't know about contamination, don't offer gluten-free because then you will harm the celiac.

21/08/2025: We stopped yesterday and today for lunch. Very nice place, very clean. The food deserves a 10, good, plentiful, and more than fair prices for the season. The staff is all female, nice, fast, and kind. Well done, keep it up.

17/08/2025: The restaurant's location is fantastic, with a stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains. I had an excellent sea bass dinner, served with excellent cleaning at the table. The food was all well-cooked, and the service was excellent. If you want to spend an evening with friends in an ideal location, this is the ideal place.
