01/01/2025: Yesterday 01/03/2024 My family and I went for a stroll in Borgo Valsugana, now a normal stop on our trips to the mountains (we love Trentino). We left in the afternoon and took our strolls and, since we were in area, why go home right away? We then remembered that years ago we had gone to a pizza restaurant near Lake Levico and Caldonazzo but we couldn't remember the name, we only knew that it was on a small hill with a beautiful view of the lake. In the end, thanks to some Google searches, we managed to find it! One word Happy Days, a very appropriate name for our day to end on a high note. We had already come to eat at this restaurant years ago and were not disappointed. I can enthusiastically say that the bar has been raised even further. The staff were very kind at the reception, I hadn't seen something like this for years. What made the atmosphere even more beautiful was an elegantly dressed gentleman with a bow tie. I would say a waiter from other times, he knew how to pamper us with his kindness and availability until the beginning and end of our dinner. The dishes we ate were an appetizer based on typical Trentino products, delicious and to say the least. As a first course we ate the Canederli with butter and sage, really high quality, delicious. And as a second goulash with polenta and sauerkraut. I managed to finish it all but it was a little harder for my partner, but it was all really good and the portions were very generous. Now I get to the funny thing, I'm not a rich person or someone who gives tips (I've never done this given the waiters we have in some areas of the Veneto) I wanted to have the list of desserts and see the average price of each one to make a gesture, let's say "nice" to the gentleman with the bow tie (I wanted to nickname him that because of his sweet and very friendly manner). The lady from the staff arrives to take the order for the desserts, and I told him to put me in the price as if I had eaten a dessert to offer to him, or keep the cost of the dessert as a tip (since I didn't have any money in my wallet I wanted to do this). . At first he looked at me a little with perplexity, probably I hadn't explained myself well, the fact is that it was nice to see the waiter happy, perhaps a little taken aback by everything, but then I explained to him the reason for all this. I conclude by saying that in total we spent around 120 euros, but the cuisine is of a high standard, a great compliment also to the chef and his delicious dishes, and obviously also to all the restaurant staff. Thank you for allowing us to end the day as a true Happy Day! we will definitely come to visit you again!! Update 12/31/2024: We also went for New Year's Eve, and as always a guarantee! The only flaw was that this year I forgot to ask the name of that very kind waiter!

17/01/2025: In occasione di una visita al paese di Pergine abbiamo cenato in questa osteria pluripremiata. Abbiamo deciso di provare il menu di sei portate a sorpresa, basato quindi sulla creatività dello chef. Ho comunicato la necessità di renderlo senza glutine ed il personale è stato molto gentile garantendomi un percorso culinario uguale a quello normale. E così è stato. Tutto buonissimo, porzioni adeguate e dolce della casa stupendo. Anche il prezzo congruo. Bravi!

Fiorenzo knows how to put you at ease by recommending and explaining the dishes on the menu. It is with immense regret to know that there will not be a next lunch or dinner to enjoy its delicacies. I recommend not missing these last days of 2024 to savor the aromas and combinations of its dishes because the restaurant will close at the end of the year.

23/12/2024: Very old castle, which has been lovingly restored. The rooms are furnished like a museum with original antiques. Great location, very nice courtyard and incredible views of the surrounding area. We'll be back, no question!

29/09/2024: Se pensate di mangiare uno spaghettino allo scoglio, vi portano una zuppa, abbiamo scolato circa 1000ml di sugo e ce n'era ancora, come dimostrano le foto, prezzi alti, primi e secondi serviti alle stesse persone nello stesso momento, si avete capito bene, pasta al sugo e carne nello stesso momento...e magari qualcuno si chiederà, ma la carne è stata riportata in cucina? Bene la risposta è NO, è rimasta lì, sul tavolo, l'avrebbero riscaldata nel microonde...Qualcuno ha ordinato dei primi e dopo 25 minuti di attesa ti dicono: ci dispiace è finito.... per non parlare di altri disservizi e la risposta è stata: È l'ultimo giorno, è così. Ci hanno offerto gli amari e non abbiamo pagato il coperto. Comunque alla fine, è solo per Tedeschi.

19/11/2024: Bar meraviglioso, elegante, e con una bella energia. Tanta musica, e servizio impeccabile. Camerieri gentili, sorridenti e alla mano. La cosa che più mi piace è che c'è tanta scelta di dolci senza lattosio e salato, per gli intolleranti. C'è persino il tiramisù, che per noi è un miraggio da trovare in giro. La vetrina degli alimenti è chiusa da entrambi i lati. Perciò l' igiene è garantito. Oltretutto è molto ben assortita piena di cibi deliziosi e colorati. Con il mio compagno abbiamo preso 2 tiramisù una brioche e un cappuccino, ed abbiamo speso solo 12 euro. Prezzo veramente conveniente. Volevo ringraziarvi per aver pensato anche a noi meno fortunati, e per averci dato la possibilità di fare delle belle colazioni senza invidiare gli altri!!! Grazie di cuore!! Verrò spesso. Squadra che vince non si cambia!

12/01/2025: Ci sono tornato dopo diversi anni che non andavo....Camerieri gentili e sorridenti ..pizza ...terribile ....!!!!! mezza era secca e bruciacchiata . altra mezza era cruda .. si sentiva odore di impasto appena fatto ... era una pizza con peperoni cipolle salamino.. salamino ok..peperoni e cipolle appena accennate ,,tagliate con affettatrice sottili come capelli...Io capisco che bisogna guadagnare ..ma credo che una cipolla e un peperone ...non costonio eccessivamente ....da dover fare delle striscette sottilissime con l affettatrice ...comunque ...nell attesa ho ordinato una weizein....arrivata al tavolo due dita sotto la riga del mezzo litro ...durante la pizza ordinato una seconda .. peggio di prima ..5 dita di schiuma e 3 dita sotto la riga ....!!!!!! allora se ne bevo 3 m3die la 4 piccola me la offrite ...???......al momento del conto la cassiera al resto mancavano prima 5 ...e poi 3 euro.....rincorso dalla prpietaria fuori dal locale con i 3 euro...li ho rifiutati dicendo che è una presa x il ...C....LO.....!!!!
