13/11/2024: Great great experience! The environment is welcoming and warm, perfectly in tune with the surrounding landscape: every detail is 100% taken care of, from the soft lights to the rustic but elegant furnishings, creating a truly unique and very beautiful atmosphere. As for the food, it was all exceptional. We ordered the house wine, which turned out to be a good choice, and a mixed first course which allowed me to taste various local specialties: from dumplings, to spätzle with crunchy speck, up to homemade gnocchi, all the flavors were intense and well balanced. The bill was also a pleasant surprise: absolutely adequate for the quality and quantity of the food served, with a quality-price ratio that I consider excellent, especially for a restaurant in the mountains.

03/11/2024: A place where you feel at home. Excellent choice for a lunch with friends. Varied menu for all palates. Trained, attentive and friendly staff. Definitely worth trying.

21/09/2024: Dopo diversi anni sono ritornato in questo ristorante trovando il servizio e soprattutto la cucina decisamente migliorati. L'ambiente elegante e curato accoglie il cliente creando un atmosfera rilassante. Il cameriere è stato attento e cordiale. La tipologia del menù è stata varia e ricercata. Gli ingredienti sono stati di qualità e presentati con piatti non banali, con una buona dose di creatività. I prezzi non adatti per tutte le tasche

01/09/2024: I would have gladly given 5 stars if only I could have tasted the pizza. It is the 4th time that I have stopped to dine in this place and for the 4th time they tell me that there is no room (there were at least 3 tables for two people free) or that they have run out of pasta. Another time they told me I had to book even though the place was half empty. I'm sorry but I won't be stopping at this place again.

01/09/2024: We found a welcoming environment with a panoramic terrace from which to enjoy a splendid view of Castel Beseno. The pizzas are made with very good ingredients, from the dough to the filling. The staff is young, dynamic, friendly and helpful. We will be back soon to try the cuisine too.

18/08/2024: Locale che grazie ad un'ampia veranda offre un bel panorama sul comprensorio di Costa. Pizza molto buona con prodotti di qualità e buona anche la pizza senza glutine ! Consiglio !

15/08/2024: Mi sono fermata al ristorante La Caneva per il pranzo durante un’escursione nei dintorni di Folgaria. Il locale si trova in posizione amena a Costa, graziosa frazione di Folgaria, e dispone di una veranda e di uno spazio esterno. Il menu propone sia pizze che piatti tipici trentini come i canederli e il tortel. Personalmente, ho preso il tortel di patate che viene servito con speck, formaggio di Lavarone e crauti e lo strudel di mele. Ottimi entrambi, soprattutto il tortel. Personale veloce, gentile e disponibile. Unico neo: la veranda, a mio avviso, è piuttosto rumorosa.

11/11/2024: Excellent pizza dough with a large crust but not chewy. The calzones are also well stuffed and cooked correctly. The place is dated although partly modernized but still clean and tidy.

26/09/2024: Di solito sono magnanima e generosa nelle mie recensioni, ma purtroppo questa volta non lo sarò. Cibo pessimo, una tagliata che non riuscivo a mandare giù, ho ordinato un contorno di insalata mista con pomodori specificando di non mettere assolutamente crauti perché sono intollerante e che cosa mi arriva? Insalata mista con crauti! I camerieri disorganizzati che entravano e uscivano dal ristorante senza passare gli ordini, mio marito il caffè l'ha aspettato per 40 MINUTI e abbiamo dovuto chiederlo per ben tre volte! Pulizia dei tavoli esterni (dove abbiamo mangiato noi), scarsa. No, grazie!

Siamo stati la prima volta a cena ed abbiamo mangiato una fonduta eccezionale e dell’ottima carne. Siamo ritornati a pranzo ed abbiamo mangiato polenta, canederli e carbonara cimbra. Tutto top! Per non parlare del panettone con il bombardino caldo!!!! Una vera chicca!!!! Animali ammessi. Torneremo!

23/08/2024: I was here the week of August. The pizza was decent but then at home we all had to drink a lot of water because it made us very thirsty. We waited a long time for it to arrive. I've been here before and found it better. I understand that it was full of people given the period. I will definitely return.
