09/01/2025: I frequented the Clara tavern as a child together with my grandfather Gigiotti from Folgaria, my mother Clelia bought a wonderful picture painted on glass from Clara's daughter which I still have. The premise helps to understand that Clara tavern is a historic place whose customers have been returning for generations. An already beautiful location enriched by the Christmas setting which makes it even more pampering, I thank the management for dedicating the romantic table near the fireplace to us. What about the culinary offerings? Excellent would be an understatement. They offer comfort to the eye and the palate that embody the owners' passion for quality. Last but not least, applause goes to the dining room staff, who are highly trained in clearly illustrating menus and preparation details, combining them with kindness and professionalism. We get to the bill: excellent value for money. I conclude by wishing Taverna Clara to continue on this path, we are already in the fourth generation of tasters :-)

24/12/2024: Nice restaurant with veranda overlooking the valley which really deserves a lot, excellent food and friendly staff, I don't give five stars only because the prices are a little too high in my opinion but above all because the price charged at the cash register does not respect, even slightly, the price of the open-air menu paper provided to us at the table.

07/01/2025: Beautiful Retreat with good service and good food. List of dishes, abundant and very positive note, photonic beer. Whether you go there as skiers or walkers, you will always find a welcoming place for your stops. Must try.

05/11/2024: After a relaxing walk we had lunch in this welcoming refuge. Excellent food (I recommend the pork chops and desserts). The room has a beautiful fireplace that warms the atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff despite the large number of customers present. Outside the restaurant it is possible to enjoy the sun and the view. In the garden there are 2 slides and a swing to entertain the little ones. Recommended place.

06/01/2025: Pizza buona, leggera e digeribile; locale caratteristico, servizio pronto e cortese. Un solo neo: il locale non accetta prenotazioni. Ne risultano liste d’attesa “importanti”, con tempi che si allungano e che soprattutto in inverno diventano impegnativi visto le temperature esterne (il locale è piuttosto piccolo e c’è poco spazio x aspettare il proprio turno all’interno). Il gestore avvisa per telefono, ma dove stare nel frattempo?

28/12/2024: Abbiamo fatto un tappa in questa pizzeria. La pizza davvero ottima e molto calda. L’atmosfera e il locale sono molto accoglienti e il personale molto gentile.

18/01/2025: Very nice particular environment all in wood, very good food. A few more smiles especially from one of the two women wouldn't hurt. However, a good restaurant worth recommending.

26/12/2024: Very nice place and close to the slopes. I would say the food is mediocre, especially the pizza, I expected higher quality, but being touristy that's fine. Very high prices.

31/08/2024: I recommend this place especially for the really excellent and light pizzas!! The desserts are delicious, especially the Strudel. Waiters all very courteous and kind, fast and attentive service. Contrary to what I read in a review below, the staff don't seem to have ended up there by chance at all but on the contrary are very smiley and attentive. (Customers must also be courteous and respectful.) We went back 3 times during our stay in Folgaria and we also tasted salads, meat and hamburgers with rustic chips, all as delicious as the beer!!

07/01/2025: An employee or perhaps manager/owner yesterday thanked us out loud in front of the whole room for having entered the room to use the bathroom and having left with the clear intention of criticizing the fact of not having consumed anything. Too bad we are seasonal skiers and have breakfast and lunch here 2 times a week, sometimes even 15 people! The kind gentleman should be careful and recognize regular customers before humiliating in front of everyone in the room someone who had just had lunch and returned from another door. They can't see us here anymore!

04/01/2025: Great bar for breakfast and lunch while skiing. They are the only ones with vegan soy milk for the lactose intolerant!

02/01/2025: From the photos of the restaurant there appear to be cuisine options, but looking at the menu the choices are reduced to pizzas, hamburgers, platters and little else. When asking the staff, the answer was hasty and not very comprehensive. Other than that, the service was fast and the pizzas very tasty. The value for money is not bad at all.

09/01/2025: Everything was good, from the food to the waiters. The only unpleasant flaw: the "plastic" tablecloths. The place is too beautiful for tablecloths like this. I don't question the prices, but with a place setting for 3 euros, I expect a dedicated fabric tablecloth, and not one wiped with a tea towel. Anyway: recommended? Yes.

07/01/2025: We went for lunch yesterday (4 adults and 2 girls) we had a great time, welcoming restaurant, what we ordered was all delicious!!! I recommend that if you have to go, book in time!!!
