04/03/2025: Everything is just right here :) Beautiful facility with parceled pitches, modern restrooms, friendly and helpful staff, all-round catering services (shop, restaurant, bistro, pizzeria), great dog walking trails directly from the site, and soft Alpine spring water from all the taps. Thanks to the Schartner Alm team for the two wonderful days ❤️

07/01/2025: We were at the campsite with friends over New Year's Eve and were thrilled from the start. Large pitches, very clean modern sanitary facilities, top service and very friendly staff. The drive along the long winding road from Bolzano was a highlight with a great view. The site is also suitable for large motorhomes, electricity and water on site. We had a very nice time. The connection to Bolzano with the narrow-gauge railway and cable car is super easy and fast. We'll be back.

12/04/2025: We spent one night at this wonderful place and were thrilled. The Gloriette was recommended to us by friends, and we were completely thrilled. It was very friendly, with lots of little touches, very tastefully decorated, and the dinner and breakfast were simply delicious, making it a pleasure. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to others. Thanks to the dedicated team and, of course, the owners.

20/03/2025: Unfortunately we cannot rate it because the arrogance of the owners allows them to keep the inn closed from Friday to Sunday. Update: apparently the opening times have been changed.

25/12/2024: The bistro is located inside the Parkhotel Holzner, a magical place where you can immerse yourself in the typical atmosphere of the early twentieth century. The Art Nouveau furnishings make the room refined and luxurious with a spectacular view of the surrounding peaks. Being Christmas Day lunch, the menu was à la carte with the possibility of some dishes on request. The ingredients are all local and the various courses are tasty, well executed and carefully placed. I particularly liked the salmon trout and the eel risotto in which the flavor of the fish is enhanced by the other ingredients. Since I only had lunch in this hotel, I cannot comment on the other services. But given the very knowledgeable and kind staff I think everything is of a high standard.. Super recommended!!

28/09/2024: Very nice, nice and clean hotel. Our room was on the top floor with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. The thing that really disappointed us was the complete absence of a courtesy line (soap, cap, cream, etc.) there was practically only a bottle of shower/shampoo and that was it. The food is very good and well prepared even the choice is minimal (soup or first course and a second or vegetarian course). The staff and owners, mother and daughter, are excellent hosts. our little dog was treated very well even if we had a small misunderstanding with the owner.

25/11/2024: Wir hatten eine Weihnachtsfeier, die in Erinnerung bleibt: Neben dem geschmackvollen Ambiente und dem herzlichen, kompetenten Service hat uns natürlich das herausragende Essen begeistert. Wir hatten uns schnell auf 5 Gänge geeinigt (zum Glück, mit den Zwischengängen vom Haus wäre es uns sonst zu viel gewesen), jede konnte sich die Gänge aussuchen, die ihr am liebsten waren. Besonders warnatürlich der lokoregionäre Bezug (Zirbenaroma inklusive). Es war auch ein Genuss mit gutem Gewissen- gesunde, leichte, nachhaltige Zutaten zu einem optisch und aromatisch in jeder Hinsicht überzeugenden Kunstwerk arrangiert, wir waren begeistert!
