11/09/2025: We took a short break and sat on the terrace. From here, you can catch our first glimpse of the earth pyramids. The friendly owner clearly puts her heart and soul into her job. Great view and great service. We really enjoyed it.

09/09/2025: A great café with very friendly service at the beginning of the trail to the Earth Pyramids. Delicious homemade cake (I've never eaten such a delicious cheesecake before)! Definitely stop there for a break; they also offer light snacks. We'd love to go back!

16/07/2025: Not having stayed here, I cannot comment on the rooms. However, just having drinks on the porch of this hotel is enough to want to make us come back to stay for a long visit. We’re definitely coming back here.

08/09/2025: Unfortunately, we had to leave after 3 days due to health reasons and pay 90% for the remaining 2 days.... It could have been arranged better! Otherwise, great location and view / great toilets and showers / site itself is just gravel... I've seen much nicer... and in the evenings, either pizza... or a multi-course meal... unfortunately, nothing in between is available / such a great location would have deserved a Wiener Schnitzel and fries.

08/07/2025: We were fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful hotel a few days ago, and it was simply a dreamlike experience! Upon entering, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt welcome. The hotel impresses with its thoughtful details that make the stay truly special – from lovingly decorated rooms to small touches that make it even more enjoyable. The food was simply outstanding – a culinary journey that left nothing to be desired. The dishes were fresh, creatively prepared, and served with great attention to detail. The selection of drinks and cocktails was also impressive – diverse, high-quality, and perfectly prepared. Tip: Be sure to order the premium wine pairing, so you'll have the perfect wine to complement every course! The entire team was very friendly and attentive. We felt completely at home and can only warmly recommend this hotel. It is the perfect place for anyone who appreciates thoughtful details, excellent food, and a great selection of drinks. A huge thank you again to Steffi, who conducts the wellness treatments – it was fantastic! I do have one suggestion for improvement, though: since we were unlucky twice to have four people smoking continuously at the next table on the terrace, it might be a good idea to divide the terrace into smoking and non-smoking areas, because even outdoors, the smoke in the immediate vicinity was very disturbing. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

18/08/2025: We've visited Restaurant Pirbamer several times and can only recommend it. Very creative and high-quality cuisine, reasonable portions, and a wide wine selection. The restaurant has been recently renovated and has a very pleasant ambiance. Thanks to Werner and Hannes!

05/09/2025: When we hike on the Ritten, we traditionally stop at the Bad Siess Inn. The terrace offers a stunning view, and the food is very good. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up in recent years, and the service isn't always professional—friendly, but sometimes inexperienced. Overall, it's still a lovely place that we enjoy visiting, even if there's room for improvement.

03/09/2025: A fantastic hotel. 1450 meters high. The rooms are very nice and quaint. They are cleaned every day. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The prices are completely reasonable. We took half board with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was very tasty and beautifully prepared, with a wide selection, and you can put together all sorts of dishes. You can also make your own juices from fruit and vegetables. Every evening, dinner is a surprise menu with a small starter, a first course, and then a second main course, rounded off with a fantastic dessert. The cable car and all the nearby hiking trails are very easy to get to. As I said, the chef was very personable, and the entire staff was very nice and attentive. It was well worth it; it was a fantastic stay. There's a Finnish sauna and spa baths.

27/07/2025: I had one of the best meals ever. The pork knuckle was wonderful and delicious beyond description. While I understand that tourist areas can result in a loss of food quality, my meal was exceptional. I will definitely return.

08/06/2025: Ideal for families: great drinks and relaxation for the little ones” We went to Gasthaus Weber on a hot summer day and found everything perfect for a family break. The outdoor playground is well-kept, with swings, a slide and space to run around: our children had a lot of fun while we enjoyed a moment of relaxation. The drinks menu is really complete: local beers on tap, natural juices from local fruit (try the elderberry one!) and also excellent house spirits. All served with courtesy and attention. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the tables in the shade of the trees and the view of the mountains. It is the perfect place for those traveling with children and want to stop for a drink in peace, knowing that the little ones are having fun in safety. We will definitely be back!

14/09/2025: We were there today just to see the llamas, enjoyed a drink on the sun terrace, and received a very friendly welcome. So, it's a worthwhile destination for a day trip.

09/09/2025: Very nice accommodation. The children were able to drive a tractor, explore the farm, and take riding lessons. Everyone was very welcoming and incredibly friendly. The farm café serves delicious food!

29/07/2025: We had a lovely 9 days stay in hotel Latemar with our two years old girl. Location, food, service, room, ... everything was very good! This hotel is child friendly.

12/06/2025: After a hike, we stopped off the beaten track for coffee and apple strudel, and we didn't regret it. Great service, delicious apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and/or whipped cream, and a beautiful view. What more could you want after a hike?

23/07/2025: Eleganza e tradizione, un rifugio centenario, nella suggestiva cornice del corno del Renon, personale molto cordiale, vista meravigliosa e cibo ottimo. Grande attenzione anche alle proposte enologiche, ovviamente locali. Lo consiglio vivamente. Peccato non abbia camere per un soggiorno tra natura alpina e buona cucina locale.

23/05/2025: Eine wirklich sehr gute Überraschung auf der Tageskarte heute waren die Kartoffeltaschen, mit hauseigener Ricottafüllung, kleinen Tomaten, Käsesoße, Rosmarinöl, Knusperflocken, wunderbar präsentiert auf dem Teller, Sternekücheniveau auf über 2000 Höhenmetern. Wohltuender Empfang, sehr freundliche Bedienung, schneller Service, alles blitzsauber. Alle Bestandteile der angebotenen Speisen aus überwiegend eigener Herstellung! Kaiserschmarren! Alkoholfreie Cocktails. Alles preiswert! Von der Aussicht ganz zu schweigen. Da magst nimmer weg!!!

11/09/2025: The rooms are rustic but clean. For wet motorcyclists, they're happy to dry clothes in the dryer. The staff is very good and friendly. I was particularly impressed by Alex, a funny Bavarian with his friendly, open manner. The pizza and breakfast are delicious.

12/07/2025: For years, we've been bringing home the bakery's wonderful Schüttelbrot and the incredibly delicious Vinschgauer pastries from our vacations. This year, we tried the apricot croissants for the first time. Absolutely heavenly.
