06/01/2026: We were with our dog, and the staff was welcoming and kind to all three of us. The restrooms were impeccable and always clean. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the center.

06/01/2026: Well-organized campsite, excellent pitch services, and excellent access to the service area at the exit. Very friendly staff, excellent products, excellent and spotlessly clean restrooms. The dishwashing area is also excellent. The view of the Dolomites is breathtaking. The Ritten Card allows you to use public transportation free of charge. The bus stop is very convenient at the campsite entrance. I highly recommend this campsite, and we'll definitely be back in the spring.

23/12/2025: We had a great evening! We took the surprise menu with 4 dish. It was incredibly tasty, beautiful and my wine pairing made the flavours go one step beyond. The staff and atmosphere were cosy and friendly, I recommend a visit!

07/12/2025: A truly special house with an extraordinary flair, attentive staff, excellent cuisine, and an all-encompassing sense of relaxation and coziness. Nothing is forced, everything comes from the heart, and you simply don't want to leave. I will definitely be back.

30/11/2025: We were invited to the regular guests' weekend in November 2025. It was touching to experience the love and care that went into organizing everything. The varied program alone would have been enough to bring joy: a visit to a winery, a dumpling-making class, a cocktail-making course, a carefully selected multi-course meal, dancing until late into the evening... and so on. We experienced incredible warmth and hospitality. Everyone at the hotel participated with visible joy and enthusiasm. That wasn't all! On top of everything else, there was also a personally handwritten letter (!!) for each of our 20 rooms, containing heartfelt words. There was also a handwritten envelope with a sprig of fir and a seal for the hotel records. These are the details that express something: an incredible amount of appreciation for every guest! And here's the kicker: The hotel would be fully booked even without all this effort. There's no need to go to such lengths. Only one thing remains to be said: It's genuine, authentic appreciation and warmth that truly comes from the bottom of the heart. And that is very, very touching! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

01/01/2026: We stopped there today while hiking. I don't know if I've ever been so disappointed with the food in South Tyrol. The apple strudel was poorly thawed frozen food and tasted like cardboard, the buckwheat cake was at least three days old, tasted of nothing, and crumbled to dust in my mouth. The espresso served with it was cold, the Americano lukewarm and bitter. What a shame!

01/01/2026: I had an incredibly bad apple strudel here today. It definitely wasn't homemade, just defrosted. And it came with a cold espresso. The service was okay, but it wasn't worth the visit. Sorry.

05/01/2026: Terrible service, lackluster food, and exorbitant prices... it was much better years ago. Definitely won't be returning. It's a shame because the location is worth it...

23/11/2025: I had lunch at the Kaserhof on Renon a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The location is stunning, with a breathtaking view. The staff was friendly and quick, and the food was truly delicious: simple, carefully prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was quiet and authentic. I'll definitely be back!

19/09/2025: We ate there on a Sunday for lunch, it was truly excellent, with delicious dumplings. Friendly service, and the owners were very friendly and kind. Fair prices. The dining room is very beautiful and traditional, and the restaurant/hotel is located in the town square, so we found parking easily. Thank you 🌷

I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and good food.

29/10/2025: Great hotel, wonderful hosts including all the staff. We always feel almost at home. The only downside is that I weigh about 2 kg more after a week's stay. That's probably due to the good food. 😆

23/10/2025: We're currently spending our first vacation here and are thrilled. The breakfast is more than adequate and varied. Dinner is always delicious, and there's even a vegetarian option. We really like the family atmosphere and the warmth of all the staff, so much so that we booked our next vacation right there on site.

It was an ideal oasis after a day full of activities in the surrounding mountains. The team was always on hand to provide helpfulness and professional support. A first-class place for relaxation, excellent food, and first-class service. We highly recommend the Hotel Latemar and would gladly return.
