23/11/2024: Lovely people 🤗. From service to food all perfect

17/10/2024: Neighbors at the motorhome parking lot in Völlan raved about the waterfall several times and took us there yesterday. What can I say? Everything was absolutely perfect. My wife and I each ordered baked trout with fried potatoes. The trout was sensational and the garlic filling was to die for. The fried potatoes tasted like potatoes with the right roasted flavor and not like salt like in many other places. That was cooking Mom's way. Unfortunately the holiday is over now, but there is still next year. Thanks to our parking space neighbors Frank and Conny for taking us with us.

Il tris di canederli è un viaggio nel Trentino, il medaglione di cervo una leccornia , la cotoletta l'ho tagliata facendo scivolare il coltello... patate passate nel burro bontà unica. Divorate le mezzelune con ricotta e spinaci. Non ho parole. Da napoletano sono abituato ad altri sapori perciò piacevolmente colpito. Consiglio a tutti.

31/10/2024: You sit in a sunny, panoramic garden, directly above the hiking trail leading up from the Partschins waterfall. The service is very friendly and quick. The traditional South Tyrolean dishes taste excellent and are reasonably priced. The cheese dumplings, for example, are very soft.

22/10/2024: A great place to stop for a break on the hiking tour from Partschins to the Partschins waterfall. A very nice service and a great price-performance ratio!

12/12/2024: 3 star hotel with spa centre, excellent and clean. Qualified staff available for every need. Spa center for true relaxation, complete with sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pool. Very large relaxation area. The cuisine is also excellent with genuine, quality ingredients. Full breakfast varies for every request.

24/11/2024: We spent one night. Very nice and well-kept wellness center with two relaxation areas and herbal teas. Excellent breakfast, very varied and plentiful. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant's pizza is also good.

16/08/2024: We, 2 adults and 2 children, went there for lunch this afternoon after a nice hike. Very good service and great food! Fast service and very, very friendly. Also very child friendly. Our older son is autistic and a little special but that wasn't a problem at all. Nice playground and great views. Absolutely recommended.

13/11/2024: After a long time we were at the “Niedermair” again. A lot has happened during this time. What remains is the friendly service in the house and the excellent cuisine. We felt very comfortable and will definitely check in at the “Niedermair” again in 2025

22/10/2024: The best pizza in town, all the other dishes are delicious and not too expensive. Because the restaurant is often very busy, free tables are often in short supply, but Ms. Ennemoser tries to accommodate all guests, even if you have to wait a few minutes. The two service staff, two young women, are very friendly and quick, clean the tables and take the order. The restaurant and the terrace in summer are very clean and furnished in the typical South Tyrolean style. Parking spaces are also limited. There isn't much to complain about, perhaps that it is sometimes a bit noisy on the terrace in summer because the restaurant is on the busy main street. 👍
