19/10/2025: Everything was just perfect here. The food was delicious. The dessert, "cinnamon mousse with plum kernels," was a highlight. Very friendly service and cozy dining rooms. If you're on foot, you can burn off some of those calories right away, as it's quite a climb here.

From the phone call to the table reservation, which I was already totally thrilled with because of the super-friendly phone call, to the wonderful welcome, we felt truly valued as guests. The delicious food in a superb location was a perfect match. Thank you for the hospitality – says the collie too.

12/10/2025: An absolute must-see! The entire property is designed with such attention to detail – what the owners have created here is simply stunning. The food was outstanding, and the value for money is beyond top-notch. No one should have anything to complain about here! Parking is a bit tricky, but there's the option to walk up from the bus stop – which I highly recommend. It's worth the walk! I'm already looking forward to returning here on my next vacation. Simply a wonderful place to enjoy and feel good!

25/10/2025: After a strenuous climb, you simply have to take a break here and treat yourself to the Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake). It's excellent. My son is a bow hunter and loves to share his stories.

18/10/2025: We set out from the village of Parcines, a short distance from Merano. There's free parking. After about an hour, we admired the beautiful waterfall that bears the village's name. Continuing for another 40-45 minutes, we arrive at this typical South Tyrolean trattoria/farmhouse. The welcome was excellent, the food truly tasty, and the price was fair. We'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: We visited the restaurant with our family – four adults and two young children (1.5 and 3.5 years old). We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the children were immediately given toys, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the food very much – although the portions could have been a bit larger for us men. All in all, a very pleasant visit! We will definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant.

From the very first moment, we sensed the attention to detail – be it in the charming ambiance, the attentive service, or the refined cuisine. Each course was a small work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor and prepared with high-quality ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere: you don't just feel like a guest, but a welcome part of a culinary experience. A huge compliment to the entire team – we will definitely be back!

17/10/2025: We received excellent service here and had a wonderful dinner. In the evening, the awning was retracted, which gave us another fantastic view of the sky. The service was truly attentive and extremely professional. I had octopus, which was very well done and cooked to perfection. The prices were a bit on the high side, but this is also reflected in the restaurant's style.

04/11/2025: We stayed at the Niedermair Nature Retreat for the first time at the end of September with our 6-month-old baby. This was our first family vacation as a family of three and also our honeymoon – and it certainly won't be our last stay at this hotel. The whole family was incredibly attentive, unlike anything we've ever experienced in any other hotel. They catered to our individual needs with absolute flexibility, and nothing seemed impossible. The new building, in particular, and our room, in every detail, were a dream. The family's commitment to sustainability was evident in every aspect and superbly implemented. The food, featuring regional products, was a truly remarkable culinary experience! We wholeheartedly recommend booking a stay here!

23/10/2025: Our stay (5 nights) was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We had a lovely, spacious room with a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape. The wellness area is beautifully designed, and we were able to relax wonderfully there. The food was amazing, beautifully prepared and presented. Finally, a big thank you goes to the host family and the staff for their wonderful hospitality. This is what makes vacations fun.

30/09/2025: We chose Café Rudi Living in Partschins for four wonderful days and were not disappointed. The accommodation is perfectly centrally located in the charming village of Partschins, surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of South Tyrol. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the Schönweger family, who run the apartments with warmth and hospitality. What was particularly great was the free Wi-Fi connection, which was stable, and the parking right outside the door was a real bonus, as we were traveling by car. The highlight was undoubtedly the in-house café – a true delight! The breakfast buffet with homemade ice cream and regional specialties like South Tyrolean speck and jam made us smile every morning. Rudi's ice cream creations are legendary; we tried vanilla with fresh berries, chocolate, and hazelnut – all at fair prices. Overall: 5 stars! Café Rudi Living is more than just accommodation; it's a home away from home. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone seeking authenticity and culinary delights. Many thanks to the Schönweger family for these unforgettable days!
