21/08/2024: It's a place close to my heart. We have been going there for 30 years and it has never disappointed us. But today we were really disappointed: the price of the wine is not on the menu and they doubled our bill. What a pity. A sort of betrayal

Unfortunately, Hofschank is not open at the moment.
28/03/2024: A beautiful place to vacation. Great view, yard very well maintained, as are the holiday apartments. Spacious and bright, good mattresses, equipped with everything you need. You can see in every corner how much love everything is designed with. The same goes for breakfast in the beautiful parlor with the farm's own products. The hosts are extremely warm and always available to answer any questions. And our daughter is happy because of the many animals that she gets to visit and pet every day. Rarely have you felt so well looked after on holiday.
Unreserved recommendation for this great farm and its friendly and warm owners!

10/08/2024: We have been customers of this enchanting place for three years. Everything perfect, cleanliness, service, location and above all good food and wine. You can also eat gluten-free. Excellent and fresh desserts. I highly recommend.
21/07/2024: A gem! Quiet location and a great starting point for hiking, the bus stop right in front of the house, free parking, hotel bike rental, large hotel terrace including table tennis and trampoline. The hotel offers guided mountain bike tours and Pilates courses. Our room was modern and cozy, had an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic panoramic view from the balcony. We had half board: delicious breakfast and equally delicious three-course menu in the evening plus salad bar and great wine selection. So all around great and recommended!

18/08/2024: Nice location, I took the sweet dumplings with ricotta and apricot, I didn't like them...but not due to my personal taste, perhaps I was expecting other flavors in my mouth. Inside the apricot is whole, outside there is melted butter as a condiment/ sugar and berries.
While the sausage sandwich never disappoints.

20/07/2024: We were made aware of the inn by our host.
We have never had such good Tyrolean food (various dumplings - bacon, cheese, spinach).
The salad is also very extensive and good.
The landlady is very, very nice.
04/06/2024: Cozy village inn - but was only there for afternoon coffee with cake. It tasted good!

17/08/2024: Good food although not particularly plentiful.
Very disappointed with the innkeeper's behavior. Rude and dismissive towards those who don't speak German. We asked if we could have potatoes instead of salad and he replied "I don't speak Italian like Berlusconi". Hostile, arrogant and presumptuous. Out of place jokes pretending not to understand "I've only been working here for two weeks... I don't consider the other 36 years" to make us understand that changes cannot be made to the menu.
Not recommended place. The view is beautiful and the place nice but to AVOID: the decidedly hostile treatment ruins the lunch. I don't give it so much value that it ruins the day too.
13/08/2024: We stopped on the way to reach the stone men, just for a very good refreshing elderberry juice...
On the way back, it was an obligatory step due to a sudden downpour... I had a very good slice of cake...
The only negative note is the innkeeper... grumpy and arrogant..
I'm only now reading past reviews... I'm not surprised that I was the only customer present... there must be a reason why the other one a little further up was full of people...
I would make 2 considerations...

Molto bello e rilassante.
Abbiamo pranzato qui.
Ci sono anche opzioni vegetariane, come i canederli agli spinaci o mezzelune con crema di parmigiano. Devo dire molto buoni.☺️
I dolci, Rolade e Strudel, molto buoni e poi che porzioni abbondanti!!!
Ci torneremo sicuramente!
P.s. possono entrare anche i cani! 😍

15/01/2024: Malga situata in posizione splendida con tavoli all'interno e all'esterno.
Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile.
L'offerta è quella tipica delle malghe dell'Alto Adige, semplice e di buona qualità con porzioni generose.
29/09/2023: L'ottima cucina di questa malga ripaga e giustufica a pieno la fatica per raggiungerla.
Semplicemente meraviglioso il gulash, preparato con carni di bovino certificate e di allevamento locale, tenero e saporito, con una sapida salsina di acompagnamento, e perfettamente servito con canederli (da antologia!!!) o riso in bianco.
Personalmente non amo lo speck serivo a "tocco" su tagliere, ma devo ammettere che in questo caso la materia prima era strepitosa, facile da tagliare con il coltello in sottili striscioline da gustare con piacere, e davero squisita!!!
Bene anche la spillatura delle birre!
Conto più da ristorante che da ristoro in altura, ma adeguato alla qualità delle proposte.

14/05/2024: Der Bergjosl ist immer eine Reise wert. Ich mach immer bei der Durchreise kurz Stop und genieße die Aussicht. Essen ist Top und die Wirtsleut sind super
18/03/2024: In montagna puoi andare in molti modi, per scelta, per curiosità sceglierai il posto più adatto alle tue esigenze. Fare critiche xché la strada è impervia mi sembra infantile, quella strada va fatta a piedi piano piano in 40 minuti ci arrivi, vuoi andare in macchina xché non puoi o vuoi camminare fermati in altri posti pieni di macchine e avrai scelto il posto giusto per te.
È molto caratteristico il locale, abbiamo mangiato specialità tirolesi molto buone, la gentilezza de lpersonale doc, i prezzi nella norma .
