21/09/2025: We spent three relaxing nights at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable, so we slept well.
The breakfast selection was very extensive and freshly prepared!
The staff (at the reception, in the kitchen, and in the cleaning department) were all very hospitable and always had a smile on their faces! We truly felt at home and will be back next time!

04/01/2026: Great pizza and excellent food, but the service is completely overwhelmed during peak hours. On our last two visits (early November 2025 and early January 2026), we had to leave without being served. The first time, the server strongly suggested we leave because of staff shortages and the resulting wait time was too long. The second time, we sat down at an empty table and were ignored for almost 20 minutes. We won't be returning anytime soon.

03/01/2026: A stay at Neuhaus Castle in South Tyrol is like a dream come true.
It's not just a building that resembles a castle – it's a real castle, lovingly restored over time, preserving its original beauty.
The castle boasts a magnificent tower with a new roof, offering breathtaking views. The complex also features its own chapel with relics, from whose tower you can enjoy another captivating panorama. The original bells, rescued before the First World War, still ring today – even traditionally on New Year's Day.
The interior is furnished in an antique style with genuine antiques, yet exudes warmth and comfort – not least thanks to the magnificent tiled stoves. The rooms are cozy and offer a peaceful retreat.
The culinary experience is in a league of its own: Andy, the chef, is a true virtuoso, and his dishes are of a five-star standard. Parking is available directly at the castle, and there is also a sauna and a whirlpool, a wonderful addition outside of the winter season.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by the lord of the castle, Siegfried. He is a wonderful man, without whom this castle would not exist – he is the true soul of this place. This was my second fascinating visit, and each time I discover new antiques that touch my heart.
Special praise is due to the wonderful staff. Although we were a large group of about 45 people (families with children), the team was absolutely perfect, warm, and anticipated our every need.
We didn't just feel like guests, but like part of the castle – like the lords themselves, like nobility.

26/12/2025: Everything was fantastic... My family and I spent Christmas in this wonderful property. Extremely clean, super helpful staff, varied and delicious cuisine, and a breakfast buffet for all tastes. My husband and I enjoyed a massage by Renata... Stellar!!!! Definitely highly recommended.
26/12/2025: Excellent hospitality, sublime food, and impeccable cleanliness and order. The best part is the covered parking, like the garage of a very large shopping center, with an elevator. Mid-afternoon snacks are perfect. The spa is the highlight, and the bar is always open. You have to go naked in the sauna area, but you just need to get into the mindset to not miss the splendid outdoor jacuzzi. I also highly recommend it for families who can use the splendid indoor pool. Christmas party in the garden with top music!

Locale ben messo con posti interni e esterni.
Ottimi i canederli in brodo e buone le mezzelune con ortica.

30/07/2023: Si arriva al locale a piedi dopo aver lasciato l’auto a pochi minuti. La breve camminata stuzzica sicuramente l'appetito. Il posto è davvero bello, si tratta di una malga completamente ristrutturata, posta in una riserva naturale. Piatti molto curati e molto buoni, servizio perfetto, porzioni abbondanti. Molto interessante anche la cura per vegani e vegetariani.
Prezzo giusto. Posto al top!!
