30/01/2026: This place is worth a visit for its location and breathtaking panoramic view of Appiano from above. We enjoyed the entree with their salted butter and speck! The menu is limited, but of excellent quality. A good selection of wines is also available. I highly recommend it.

03/01/2026: The guest is not king, but the hotel management is. During our New Year's Eve stay, the following incident occurred: Upon arrival, we were informed that our booked and paid half-board for New Year's Eve would be canceled because the hotel only offered a six-course menu for two people for €320, which wasn't initially a problem. However, when we then wanted to see the menu and the individual courses, we unfortunately discovered that we didn't like 50% of the dishes because we don't eat fish. This is when the problems began. We wanted an alternative for each of the individual courses, but unfortunately, none was available. We either had to accept the menu as presented or were strongly advised to eat elsewhere on New Year's Eve. From this point on, the hotel abandoned us. We tried to get a table elsewhere, but of course, that didn't work so close to New Year's Eve. No one seemed to care about us anymore. New Year's Eve unfolded as follows: we spent the evening in our room without eating and went out briefly at midnight to watch the fireworks, and that was it. We had booked a lovely evening with a good meal, but our short break was ruined, and we ended up more stressed than if we had stayed home. I find it completely unacceptable that we weren't even offered an alternative to the set menu and were therefore not welcome on the very evening we had traveled and paid for. When we brought this up with the manager, we only received various excuses, which unfortunately didn't help at all, except that we left early. We also overheard other guests who disapproved of this approach. In short: don't stay at this hotel if you have a special occasion coming up, otherwise, you might experience something like what happened to us. On a positive note, the chef is truly skilled, and the dishes were perfectly balanced and delicious. The staff was also very attentive.

10/09/2025: A heartfelt THANK YOU for this special experience: a culinary journey full of pleasant surprises. We opted for the 5-course menu in the fine dining section and were ultimately treated to 10 courses, as various delicacies were added before, during, and afterward. Three hours of pure dining pleasure in a pleasant atmosphere. Many THANKS to the entire team, and especially to Manuel Ebner, with whom we were able to see and speak repeatedly throughout the evening. In addition to your enthusiasm, you embody, above all, passion for your profession – a blessing. Together with your team, you made this evening something very special for us! THANK YOU!

05/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Wonderful lunch at Bad Turmbach! We had lunch at Bad Turmbach and were completely delighted. Very friendly, attentive service and top-quality cuisine. The steak tartare and venison ragout tagliatelle were excellent, followed by the Turmbach trout and, for my wife, the braised beef cheek – both perfectly prepared and delicious. A wonderful place to enjoy – we'll definitely be back!

27/09/2025: We had dinner at the Bad Turmbach restaurant twice, and what can I say... it was fantastic! Excellent service – wine list and advice = first-rate! The dishes were freshly prepared and delicious! And for dessert, the Zirmer cake – I'm lost for words: Outstanding!!!!! We'll be back on our next trip to South Tyrol!!! Great, great, great!!!

The pizza here – a dream on the plate, crispy, fragrant, simply Hubertuskeller! 😍 The team is so warm, full of good cheer, here you quickly forget the everyday grind 😊. Whether you're big or small – you feel welcome, a place where hospitality has taken shape🤝💖. And then the tiramisu – oh my goodness! 🍰 A masterpiece in full bloom! Velvety, sweet, and heavenly fine, that's how a finale should always be! ✨ Conclusion: A place full of love and enjoyment If you're nearby – a definite must-do ❤️! Absolutely heartfelt recommendation – we'll definitely be back! 💫

23/09/2025: When hiking to the small Montiggler Lake, you absolutely have to stop at the self-service restaurant. The food is simple but excellent. And the surroundings, location, and atmosphere are first-class. I've been coming here since 1969!
