14/08/2024: Excellent restaurant with excellent meat dishes. We had, among other things, the Fiorentina T bone. Very well prepared. Other meat dishes were also very good.
We can recommend this restaurant to everyone.
The service was also very nice and helpful.
The atmosphere was also great, dining in the garden of the restaurant.

18/11/2024: Cena organizzata per stare fra cugini! Siamo stati benissimo, fritto misto eccezionale, polpette buonissime così come i crostini.. anatra in porchetta e patate divine! Risotto al radicchio cremosissimo, atmosfera familiare.. che dire! Complimenti alla cuoca!

30/11/2024: Stratospheric! It was like eating the dishes my grandmother cooked again (I'm Tuscan). Truly high quality ingredients (TASTE THE CINTA HAM) cooked to perfection and very kind staff. It had never happened to me before, I usually like to wander around, but given how good it was we came back two evenings straight away. Highly recommended!
24/11/2024: Charming village, small but very nice inn, good food and service and courtesy of the staff! Tagliolini with truffle and dish of the day: sautéed ossobuco and cardini! …artichokes… only in oil…. It's not a period... true... Too bad!!!

05/12/2024: Locale nel centro storico non dispone di parcheggio.
Accessibile comodamente, si presenta in ordine e pulito, come pure i servizi igienici.
Menù vario toscano, all'assaggio non è il classico standard ma presenta qualche variante sul tema.
Negli antipasti ( crostini) la cosa funziona, nei piatti a volte un pò meno ( trippa con zafferano).
Peccato per la lunga attesa dei piatti, sia gli antipasti che le altre portate.
Prezzo nella norma.
In conclusione un buon punto di appoggio ma senza eccellenze

05/11/2024: Tuscan cuisine but also really delicious pizza!!! 🤤 We tried ribollita and first courses (pumpkin gnocchi recommended) but also the appetizers, especially to try the Mencia fantasy.
And then a beautiful location in the historic center of Asciano

23/11/2024: Passed with flying colours! Simple but welcoming atmosphere, we had dinner this evening and will definitely be back, everything was good and gluten-free, in particular the handmade pici all'aglione were exceptional. The cakes are also good. Super positive experience and honest price. A real treat for those who cannot eat gluten and also appreciated by those who are used to "glutinous" foods.

08/10/2024: Siamo stati domenica 6 ottobre in questa osteria che benché sia un po' datata offre una splendida vista sulle Crete senesi. Il personale è gentilissimo e i prezzi veramente molto onesti. Forse non c è molta scelta ma trattandosi di un osteria credo che sia prevedibile. Noi siamo stati veramente bene e i tempi di attesa non sono stati neanche lunghi. Lo consiglio.

30/09/2024: Atmosfera e arredamento più da trattoria che da ristorante ma invece la cucina è da vero ristorante toscano con proposte legate alla tradizione con grandi sapori e qualità dei prodotti. Cantina buona ma da migliorare nell'offerta. Frequentato sia da indigeni sia da turisti.
20/08/2024: Se recomienda reservar. El servicio es proporcionado por el gerente y dos camareras, la camarera con el cabello castaño rizado estaba muy ocupada con ella misma y sus amigos ... Comimos en la terraza exterior y elegimos platos locales y un vino local. No está mal, pero tampoco es genial.
