26/04/2025: Fantastic experience! Restaurant in the center, easily reachable on foot, walking through the characteristic alleys of Asciano. Very particular location, spacious and made of stone like the local buildings. Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious typical dishes, with a unique flavour. The meat was excellent, freshly cut and cooked perfectly. Highly recommended!!!

22/04/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo diversi anni in questo locale in centro storico di Asciano, una delle specialità è la fiorentina, cotta magistralmente dal proprietario Lucio. Cottura rigorosamente al sangue. Personale di servizio molto gentile ed accurato. La fiorentina 5,50€ l’etto ... sono spesi bene. Eravamo in 8 persone, abbiamo preso 2 fiorentine da 2,3 e 2,5kg, giuste per otto. Top! Molto disponibile il signor Lucio per due chiacchere e alcune foto con la bisteccona. Locale consigliato. Parcheggio gratuito appena fuori le mura a 150m dal locale.

02/05/2025: Very good food, we ate the pici with wild boar ragù, and the place is very nice. The owner is kind, but the waitresses had a rude expression, and we waited about 15 minutes for a coffee, which we saw arrive first at another table, even though we had ordered it first.

25/05/2025: My wife has been celiac for about two months and we wanted to try this restaurant-pizzeria with the whole family. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the offer, which is truly vast. Once you scan the QR code of the menu you access a very wide variety especially of pizzas, but also the other offers certainly do not leave you indifferent. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to desserts. The service is made up of young girls who are always available and smiling. Even the bill was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely recommended!!

24/05/2025: For once a good choice. Reasonable menu with reasonable prices. It is not always clear what you get. The soup, for example, was not soup at all, but a kind of stew with all sorts of things. I would certainly not order that again. Some menu choices are therefore difficult to interpret. The food (pasta, meat, plate with meat and sausage types, potatoes and salad) was otherwise reasonable to good. The service is friendly. It was reasonably busy. The interior is not very special.

01/05/2025: This evening we went to eat at this place. We ordered a pizza (More than pizza it would be called piadina with tomato and mozzarella.), a first course and a side dish. The side dish arrived together with the first course (so it was eaten cold). The dishes arrived later to another table who ordered after us (same dishes), beer and water arrived incorrectly. I believe that there is not the slightest professionalism and attention on the part of the dining room staff who already told us when they welcomed us: is it okay inside? (as if it also had room outside). When we asked to stay outside he made us understand it was either inside or nothing. We have been to various places, we are young and we understand everything, but rudeness and complete inexperience are definitely not there given that at the end of dinner the bill was paid without saying anything

29/01/2025: The place is a combination of many food items, bars and pizzerias. The manager is very friendly and nice. In the window there is a large choice of desserts from tarts to Nutella pizza. Good assortment of cooked stuffing, sausage but also with truffles and margherita pizza. Normal coffee and honest prices. If you are in the area it is worth a stop for a snack.
