28/11/2024: I've been elsewhere and hadn't been to Fame Chimica for a couple of years but what a nasty surprise. It was the place where I took those who came to visit me from outside, and everyone was amused by certain exaggerated and ironic proposals but above all satisfied with their stomachs and taste. Last night I found crazy prices and reduced portions. While reading, I read out-of-this-world answers where change is denied. Yesterday I got a baguette that is less than half the length compared to before, perhaps reduced by 2/3, but it costs 13 euros (and it wasn't the menu version). And it also left something to be desired in terms of taste: anonymous bread tending towards the Mac type too if better, and a large amount of sauce to drown everything as if to hide the reduction of the ingredients. I'm not speaking on behalf of those who were with me but same old story. What can I say? I'll try again in the name of my old love for the place but I certainly wouldn't bring friends there to visit now.

10/11/2024: "FA VO LO SO " ... Racchiudo in questo aggettivo la splendida cena con amici che abbiamo fatto all'Oste ... Cibo di altissima qualità, a partire dal classico patè per i crostini per finire con un dolce fantastico, nel mezzo tagliatelle al ragù di OSSOBUCO ( che si trova raramente ) ad un agnello saporito e tenero e poi sua maestà la Bistecca... Cotta alla perfezione saporita e tenera come un BURRO ....BRAVISSIMI ... anche il personale giovane e cordiale prezzo nella media anzi anche al di sotto di tanti altri posti

30/10/2024: Abbiamo cenato ieri sera in questo locale in compagnia della nostra cagnolina,tra l altro ben accetta,bistecca, contorni,vino e dolci.. tutto ottimo, complimenti ai titolari ...bravi e grazie per aver contribuito a rendere indimenticabile l' inizio della nostra vacanza

17/11/2024: I'm sorry, but I have to say that something didn't work this lunch. The sushi, unfortunately, was not to my liking. Furthermore, while I was still finishing my meal, the waiter took my plate away. I noticed that the ravioli seemed to have been reheated in the microwave, which compromised their texture a bit. A piece of advice: don't leave rags on the counter where the sushi is prepared to clean (see photo), it's not a nice thing to look at and especially with regards to hygiene. I hope these observations are useful for improving the service.

07/08/2024: Recommended by friends, it has become one of my favorite restaurants and when I brought friends there, they were all pleasantly surprised. The staff is very kind, the location is very beautiful and the food is excellent!

24/08/2024: Pessima esperienza. Pasticceria rinomata x le paste ottime. E qui ci siamo.ma fare la fila come delle pecore x scegliere una pasta assurdo. Poi prima la fila. Poi arrivi al bancone e devi scegliere in fretta e furia con quello dietro che ti pressa e di là dal bancone pure. Poi vai alla casa sempre in fila e paghi. Poi ti consegnano il cibo. (e se avessi ancora fame??? Riborda con la fila) t metti al tavolino con la famiglia nella sala nuova bellissima... Fuori 40gradi.dici tanto sicuramente i vincitori del cake stars(volate bassi) avranno l aria condizionata... Macché un caldo infernale.. Tavoli neanche puliti... Mai più!!scendete dal piedistallo che se la gente si sveglia fa presto a farvi chiudere. Ah dimenticavo cappuccino orribile. Ma cos'è un caffè macchiato?? Piccolo e senza latte

03/11/2024: In a warm pastoral environment stands this beautiful farmhouse. As soon as you enter you are greeted by the bleating of the sheep, the horse (whose name I don't remember), the colorful blue rooster, the mooing of the cows and the sweet ponies that are free in the large garden, while the goats go to graze down the private road...the acrid smell of the countryside enters your nose and you find yourself in a pure and uncontaminated medieval environment, where the children go crazy with the joy of seeing so many animals and even being able to feed them, under the attentive supervision of parents and Graziella who lists their names and tells you their stories. You sit at the typical tables of rural places and are inebriated by the smells of your grandmother's kitchen. Each course is served with a smile on the lips by the good and sweet Bianca or by the gruff but friendly Umberto, all washed down with a good new wine, which you can drink as if it were water, without giving you any subsequent discomfort. The exceptional starters: cold cuts, cheeses with jam and a taste of Tuscan soup; all cooked with genuine, truly organic and zero km products; divine tagliatelle with ragù, mixed meats with delicious roast potatoes, never heard of a more tender chicken and above all rediscover the true flavors of meats that you can hardly find elsewhere. The ingredient of each course was friendliness and kindness; at the end of the meal, with coffee and digestive, you are entertained with the stories of Gabriella, owner of the farm together with her sister, a cook and a woman of great intelligence that you need to know to truly appreciate. Thank you Graziella for the time you dedicate to us every time, despite your countless commitments... it is always a great pleasure to listen to you.

30/11/2024: Ristorante storico molto grande ma con tavoli distanziati. Penne alka Zingara sempre buoni ma la sorpresa è stata la bistecca veramente molto buona. Buoni anche i contorni. Qualità prezxi bella norma. Ottimo il servizio visto i molti coperti.

10/08/2024: Gastronomy truly on another level!!! Unrivaled stuffed flatbread. Unrivaled biscuits produced by them!!!! You can find such a vast choice of food and drinks that you could spend a whole day there!!! The staff is super professional and trained. I will be back every time I'm in the area!!!

01/11/2024: Peaceful, secluded and quiet place. Also great for noisy events as there is no one around. Beautiful internal garden with bamboo forest. Just watch out for mosquitoes outside if it's hot.

02/09/2024: A modern restaurant with plenty of parking, nice service. Lots of choice. Steak Fiorentina (only from 1 kg, approx. €50) is served on a small grill and tastes sensational. Pasta dishes great, large portions. Highly recommended!
