20/05/2025: Excellent delicatessen and more. Quick and take-away lunches, excellent products. The roast chicken with potatoes, mashed potatoes and cold cuts is delicious. The desserts are also delicious. Kind and friendly staff. With a few more tables for lunch it would be perfect!

26/01/2025: Historic bar in the center of Quarrata. Rice pudding absolutely worth trying as well as the rest of their offer, all of excellent quality. I also want to underline that they have contained the increase in prices despite the period. If you are in the area I highly recommend it!

01/02/2025: Siamo del posto e spinti dal sentito dire abbiamo deciso di "collaudare" questa pizzeria. Come da titolo è stata una piacevole scoperta, un classico antipasto toscano con affettati e formaggi, buono ma nella norma, la pizza però è buonissima, impasto molto digeribile e ingredienti di prima qualità, dolci fatti in casa molto buoni anch'essi anche se per la verità si sono fatti un po' desiderare in quanto abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po' per averli, c'è pure da dire però che la cameriera ci aveva avvertito di questo e a proposito di quest'ultima devo dire che è un valore aggiunto al locale, carinissima, veloce, molto professionale, chapeau. Per finire conto molto onesto e al momento di pagare la titolare ci ha offerto i caffè ( 3 ) e gli amari ( 2 ) scusandosi per il ritardo sui dolci, chapeau anche a lei, hanno sicuramente acquistato 4 nuovi clienti.

The owner is a really nice person, you can see that he does his job with passion, fast service, the wood-fired oven is a rarity especially for take-away pizza, the pizza is truly excellent, perfect leavening, we will definitely be back. 03/02/2025: Un box di cristallo intimo con vetrate sul panorama dei colli di Quarrata. Location arredata con gusto, cucina a vista e abbinamenti ricercati ma genuini. Nota dolente: un menu che si presenta popolare su un foglio volante di carta. Antipasti e primi fanno le scarpe ai secondi meno originali.

11/05/2025: Good place, well looked after, Exceptional Steak!! perfect maturation, the only flaw, but we turn a blind eye to the quality and the work that is done for the maturation (which few people still do) who serve it already cut and grilled. 28/04/2025: Not bad, but nothing exceptional. I'm used to eating Florentine differently. Here it was cooked twice and brought to the table cut. Tiredness: The meat around the bone was cooked well. Excellent wine (Bolgheri) at a not very high price. The mixed crostini, made of quality products, are also good. Family atmosphere and precise, friendly service.

27/04/2025: It's a very nice place in Countryside. If you want a real Italian experience and the best bistecca fiorentina in Florence, I recommend it.

23/05/2025: What a shame Guys, 1€ for two glasses of tap water after having already paid for breakfast.. 1 bottle of water of 1.5 L with which you make 7 glasses of water costs 25 cents, markup of 2000%, imagine wholesale where they buy. This is how they lose customers, to extract 1€ But then they don't charge for the water.. it's water.. it's courtesy.. 🤦‍♂️ not to mention the endless queue that is created every time due to the disorganization they have in serving breakfast.. never again, very disappointed

09/05/2025: This time, last Saturday morning, we took 2 croissants, one with mango and one with pistachio. The mango was very good but unfortunately there was very little cream in both croissants, and honestly you couldn't even taste the pistachio. Euro 1.80 for each croissant, I would say the price and the disappointment are a lot, but the taste is not much. The question is what you eat, and that is little. We will be more careful about what we take.

01/06/2025: Some dishes were excellent, others less so....I was disappointed by the cod and the porchetta, a little too dry and salty... We will return to try the first courses that we did not try..

05/05/2025: Without words...excellent food, accurate and very friendly service (not that professional) the landscape outside is enchanting and inside a truly special atmosphere of cellar and fireplace...I recommend it to everyone.....thanks to all the DEGUSTERIA staff...you are magical.

04/05/2025: Be aware that you are entering a farm restaurant... one of those of the past where simplicity, friendliness and authenticity are the pillars on which everything rests. Highly recommended!! Ps: make do with parking, better if you reach on foot or with two wheels

11/01/2025: The pizza is really good and is very large. This is the only reason why we gave it a thousand chances (I'm talking about the takeaway service) but after the last time when the delay was 50 minutes we won't go back again. The staff always apologizes for the delay, but it is not possible that after years we will not be able to organize it, because the problem of the delay arose from the first time we ordered them and we are really talking about years. Sorry but it's no longer feasible.
