02/01/2025: We received a hamper from this company for Christmas and what can I say.... Wow!!!!! Divine chocolate cookies... Everything was delicious but what we liked most was the panettone with anurca apple and chocolate... Heavenly!!!!!

01/02/2025: Siamo del posto e spinti dal sentito dire abbiamo deciso di "collaudare" questa pizzeria. Come da titolo è stata una piacevole scoperta, un classico antipasto toscano con affettati e formaggi, buono ma nella norma, la pizza però è buonissima, impasto molto digeribile e ingredienti di prima qualità, dolci fatti in casa molto buoni anch'essi anche se per la verità si sono fatti un po' desiderare in quanto abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po' per averli, c'è pure da dire però che la cameriera ci aveva avvertito di questo e a proposito di quest'ultima devo dire che è un valore aggiunto al locale, carinissima, veloce, molto professionale, chapeau. Per finire conto molto onesto e al momento di pagare la titolare ci ha offerto i caffè ( 3 ) e gli amari ( 2 ) scusandosi per il ritardo sui dolci, chapeau anche a lei, hanno sicuramente acquistato 4 nuovi clienti.

25/01/2025: Piccolo locale carino a conduzione familiare, dove puoi trovare gentilezza e velocita nel servizio curato da personale preparato, e dove da un più che buon impasto, condito da ottimi ingredienti non può uscire che un ottima pizza, leggera e gustosa, da non tralasciare il tagliere di salumi e formaggi tutti prodotti di qualità, una discreta scelta di birre e altro ancora, unposto dove tornare spesso ne vale la pena. Consigliato sotto tutti i punti di vista.

26/01/2025: Historic bar in the center of Quarrata. Rice pudding absolutely worth trying as well as the rest of their offer, all of excellent quality. I also want to underline that they have contained the increase in prices despite the period. If you are in the area I highly recommend it!

03/02/2025: Un box di cristallo intimo con vetrate sul panorama dei colli di Quarrata. Location arredata con gusto, cucina a vista e abbinamenti ricercati ma genuini. Nota dolente: un menu che si presenta popolare su un foglio volante di carta. Antipasti e primi fanno le scarpe ai secondi meno originali.

01/03/2025: First impression really good, the pastries are super-assorted and of high quality, the aperitif part is very large and well kept, the staff are very kind and that's what we consumed, both the drinking and the eating were well done. They could increase the selection of cocktails and spirits but overall it's a nice aperitif. It lacks a good selection of Gin, the place deserves it

05/02/2025: Patience and professionalism. I've been to Pinko many times, I've always had a good time, with my wife, with my family and with the many, many friends I brought. Excellent cuisine, honest prices, rare courtesy and ability to manage the many customers they have. I do few reviews, but I'm really sorry to read some things. On Saturday 1st February, to be precise, I was eating with my wife, the girls in the dining room and the owner asked the birthday boys mentioned in other reviews several times to behave politely, but they did not limit their exaggerated behavior in the slightest. Both the girls and the owner apologized several times to us and the other customers in the room for the situation. I congratulate you on the patience and professionalism demonstrated this time too. Well done!!

The owner is a really nice person, you can see that he does his job with passion, fast service, the wood-fired oven is a rarity especially for take-away pizza, the pizza is truly excellent, perfect leavening, we will definitely be back. 09/04/2025: Rare case of a true farmhouse of a small heroic herding and care of animals discarded by the modern world. The Michelozzi sisters, kind and tied to the essence of things and therefore enemies of hypocrisy, cook almost everything with ingredients produced by the company. Recommended.

A farm on a hill surrounded by greenery with an agritourism where you can taste the farm's products; you can find the genuine flavors of the past...Gabriella the shepherdess of Forrottoli is a force of nature 💚 it's a small world where everything is possible: from the educational farm for children to the various workshops to direct sales. I recommend it to everyone!! Reservation absolutely necessary

05/10/2024: I didn't know the place even though I know the place very well and I must say that both the starters and the pizzas are superb.... Then the waitresses were not only very cute, but also kind, despite the room being full they made us sit down and served us in a flash. I highly recommend it.

21/03/2025: Mixed fish and meat dinner. The waiters were very attentive and very good at asking if they wanted the dishes several times. They also brought us two more bottles of wine without making any fuss and without charging them on the already agreed price. Honest, competent, affable and a very popular and elegant place.

13/01/2025: We went without an all-you-can-eat option, mainly because we wanted to eat Chinese food and not gorge ourselves. Miso soup without tofu and with a slightly particular taste (or at least different from the ones I've always eaten). Grilled salmon with teriyaki is good. Ravioli, I think homemade given the irregular size, with a good but not very original Chinese flavor (they almost looked like sausage!). The ones with prawns and peas were the same, they looked like pork but the taste was good. Beer only 66 cl. For a cheap dinner without particular expectations. Very slow service.
