14/03/2026: Terrible, both in terms of customer service and the property itself. Check-in and Security: Upon arrival, the "jack of all trades" (receptionist/waiter) took 10 minutes to find my reservation, then gave me the key without a word, without telling me where my room was or the meal times. I wasn't even asked for my name or identification. Service and Food: During the only lunch we had, the waiter literally threw the tablecloth and cutlery (wrong ones: two knives for me and two forks for my guest) on the table. Breakfast was an insult: packaged cakes in pieces, a very limited selection, and, in plain sight, a pile of dirty plates and glasses from previous guests that had never been cleared. Privacy and Cleaning: On my last morning, returning from breakfast at 7:45, I found the staff already inside my room cleaning. An unacceptable invasion of privacy: I could have still been in bed or in the bathroom. Property Condition: Cushions and chairs with dark stains and obvious dirt. Black mold in the shower, dirt accumulated in crevices in the walls, sagging and crooked furniture. Definitely in the top three worst places I've stayed in during my countless business trips.

31/12/2025: Gabriella Michelozzi and her sister Stefania are emblematic figures of modern shepherds, who run the farm and agritourism "IL CANTO DI PRIMAVERA DEL SOGNO ANTICO" (THE SPRING SONG OF THE ANCIENT DREAM), located in Quarrata, near Pistoia. The farm is renowned for its cheeses, cured meats, and its social and educational agriculture activities. Gabriella (the Shepherdess) is also associated with stories of other young women who have chosen shepherding, such as Diamante Santini of "Ninfe di Bosco," who transformed an ancient tradition into a modern goat farming business in the Pistoia area. You fall in love with the Shepherdess immediately, at first sight. Gabriella (the Shepherdess) and her sister Stefania left FORM to seek LIFE. For the thought, the place, and what the Michelozzi sisters do, I give them 5 stars because there are no others.

09/12/2025: We stumbled upon Canto di Primavera del Sogno Antico by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery. The menu is designed by the staff and is all Tuscan, with authentic products: delicious cheeses, spectacular cured meats, and excellent wine. After lunch, the owner even showed us their animals, a truly lovely experience. A simple, authentic place, perfect for everyone. (It was a little difficult to find the restaurant.)

20/10/2025: LUNARDI, I go there as soon as I can. It's practically a regular stop on my MTB tours in the Montalbano area. I indulge in their artisanal delicacies, both savory and sweet... The staff? Delicious, always smiling, professional, and very polite.

08/12/2025: I wasn't expecting to find such a large, well-kept, and organized space. The cappuccino was excellent despite the chaos, and the croissant was worthy of its name. Truly well done!!

14/09/2025: A bakery in the Olmi district! Well-maintained and with a wide selection of bread, schiacciata, pizza, and all kinds of desserts! Parking is available in front of the shop, and there's a ramp for easy access. The girls who work there are excellent (and beautiful 😆), kind, and always available to help customers. You can also order desserts, schiacciata, and pizzas for birthdays or receptions.

24/01/2026: I don't question the high quality of the pastry shop, but it's way, way too expensive. Today, I had a snack with friends: we each had tea and two pancakes. The tea was cold. If I'd wanted iced tea, I would have had Estatè. 😂 I asked the waitress to bring it back piping hot, but she made it cold again. I gave up at that point. The serving was equivalent to a glass, plus it was exorbitantly priced. A friend ordered a prosecco, which, besides being of terrible quality, wasn't even brought a small snack. The waiters were young and nice, but the owner was "sulky." A course in empathy is needed, especially when dealing with the public. People pay and need a few more smiles. Believe me!

17/01/2026: It's a large place with a good pastry shop, food, and a variety of beers, including spritzes in the evening, which are called "merenda" here. It's located on Via Fiorentina outside Pistoia.
