15/08/2025: We visited this restaurant last night and were absolutely thrilled. The place is very clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and great potential. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always ready to satisfy every need with professionalism and friendliness. The food is top-quality, prepared with the freshest ingredients and handcrafted: the fresh pasta made by the chef is a true delight, the hand-sliced beef tartare is freshly prepared, as are the mother's fantastic desserts, truly unforgettable. The wine was also top-notch, carefully selected by the highly knowledgeable sommelier waiter. To make the evening even more special, our friend chose this very restaurant to propose to his partner. What can I say... we'll definitely be back!

15/08/2025: I'd like to say a few words about this trattoria. It's a welcoming, bright place. The waiter is always smiling and available. The highlight... the open kitchen where the chef prepares the dishes on the spot and you can watch him. The chef's mother is in the other part of the kitchen, where you can watch her lovingly prepare the food. Super clean, tidy, and welcoming. The food. Refined with excellent products, the food is truly delicious. The prices, I must say, are in line with trattorias. We celebrated a marriage proposal, and they even gave us homemade limoncello. We'll definitely be back.

23/07/2025: A beautiful place to eat. We sat in the garden, which had a wonderful atmosphere. We received a delicious glass of champagne upon arrival. We expected a bit more from the food. There was a mistake with our second course (it happens). It's a shame that my dish was served as it was, and my husband's was remade. That's not how you eat together, which isn't really appropriate in such an (expensive) restaurant. There were many different waiters at the table, which made it less personal. Our expectations were perhaps a bit too high. Otherwise, we had a great meal, a pleasant experience.

14/07/2025: Bellissima location per un ristorante: nelle stagioni calde si mangia su un elegante prato inglese nella corte di una casa colonica sulle cui pareti cresce una fitta vegetazione. L'impatto è di una grande suggestione che accompagna i loro favolosi e ricercati piatti. Gran classe e cucina raffinata.

01/08/2025: tavolini in macelleria informali ma curati. ottima vista a 360° fra carni da tutto il mondo e vini. abbiamo mangiato un tagliere di salumi con salsiccia, lonzino, lardo, salame, prosciutto crudo, tutto speciale e una tartare di fassona accompagnata con cipolle caramellate e crema di formaggio ; poi abbiamo preso una serba e una sashi finlandese ottime tutte e due, la prima più delicata la seconda più saporita. il tutto accompagnato con un grande tignanello. la spesa elevata era prevista.

01/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. We ordered takeout pizzas and cecina on Saturday, July 9, 2025. The pizzas had decent toppings, but the dough was unworkable: hard and poorly risen, it was difficult to cut and eat. The cecina was a joke: probably leftover from days before and put back on the pan to defrost, the dough was clearly soaked with water from the thawing process. Inedible. This was our first time ordering pizzas from this place, and never again. We're sorry because we're local, but that's just not the way to work.

03/08/2025: Ho mangiato qui tante volte e sono sempre rimasto più che soddisfatto (cibo squisito pistola bello personale perfetto)ma ieri sera purtroppo x mio dispiacere nn sono rimasto soddisfatto...in quanto il primo che ha preso mia figlia non era x niente soddisfacente (pici cacio e pepe dello chef )il quale ha aggiunto grattugiata di limone e foglie di menta.si percepiva subito il limone e poi si veniva invasi dal sapore di menta ...veramente nn adatti questi 2 elementi. Poi la Chesches alle nocciole purtroppo biscotto secco secco e il cioccolato alla nocciola nn buono.mi dispiace moltissimo ma ieri sera sono rimasto deluso.ci ritorno cmq

05/08/2025: A restaurant worthy of the beauty and history of Vicopisano. The menu is traditional Tuscan, but with some reinterpretations that demonstrate the chef's skill in pairing ingredients. I recommend the meats and the Maremma carbonara, proudly claimed as the mother of the Roman carbonara. Try it and believe it.

28/07/2025: I had lunch with my family here and had lovely time, delicious tagliata and nice wine! I can definitely recommend!

06/08/2025: In my opinion, the best pan pizza in the Pisa area! This time, it was a shame the cecina was raw inside (or at least apparently raw), but we always come back!
