The staff is friendly, attentive, and can offer good advice, even for those who aren't experts in Japanese cuisine. The sushi is fresh, well-prepared, and the portions are generous. We tried uramaki, nigiri, and sashimi: excellent-quality fish, perfectly cooked rice, and balanced flavor combinations. Even the hot dishes like ramen and tempura are truly well-made, not the usual pre-packaged fare. The service is fast, even on weekends, and the quality/price ratio is fair. Perfect for a quiet dinner for two or an evening with friends. If you're in Pontedera and craving well-made sushi, Zen is a safe bet.

28/01/2026: My boyfriend and I come here very often. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. There's more choice at dinner, and the prices are more than reasonable.
