27/12/2025: Truly excellent, we'd been there several years ago, always top notch. The appetizers were amazing, the pappardelle with wild boar was excellent, and the carbon cake was delicious. The carbon placemat was cute.

01/02/2026: We have been a few times and every visit has always been great! Staff are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Food is very well prepared, always fresh and when in season, home grown. The dishes off the menu are fabulous. A very enjoyable mixture of flavours and unique personal touch stand out and add to the experience. The restaurant is well kept and nicely heated in the winter making it very comfortable. Gladly recommend and look forward to returning.
01/02/2026: Exquisite cuisine, traditional Tuscan dishes combined with refined haute cuisine. This combination creates wonderful dining experiences. Add to that friendly, discreet yet very attentive service. I've eaten there three times, and each time it's been a top-notch experience.

22/10/2025: We stayed for one night, but it is definitely worth staying longer. The place is based on values of environmental quality and sustainability, and it is simply exciting to visit places like this... The room we stayed in was modest but well-invested and well-maintained. The dinner was simply masterful, such clever use of simple ingredients, creative and simply delicious! The breakfast is also generous and very refreshing. In addition, there is a eco store with a selection of products and even a small café. For those who visit in the summer or during warmer months, there is a natural pool, which was fascinating to see. Highly recommended.

27/08/2025: The agriturismo is nestled in the peaceful and beautiful Tuscan hills. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a weekend, but it was enough time to relax and appreciate the warmth and kindness of the hosts, the comfortable room, and the authenticity of the food served for breakfast. The property's location makes it easy to reach Pisa, Siena, and Volterra, where we also visited the salt mines (I highly recommend it: it's a chance to explore the place where, for 3,000 years, the purest salt in Italy has been extracted and where you can visit the only brewery located inside a salt mine).

16/09/2025: Exceptional farmhouse. Very clean and tidy. We always ate dinner in front of our room with a view. Excellent dishes and generous portions. Excellent price too. Very convenient parking. During the day we went out and about. Then we came back and cooled off in the pool. We had a great time. A bit out of the way for those who love tranquility.
07/09/2025: We spent a weekend with our dog. The owner welcomed us warmly and made us feel at ease. We had a wonderful time, beyond our expectations. The place was enchanting, suitable for everyone. The pool overlooked a beautiful view. The dinner was excellent.
We'll be back.

02/01/2026: I've never been served such a terrible pizza in Italy as here: pancake-like dough, sparse toppings, and already half cold. I only refrained from complaining out of politeness. The tiny restaurant was deserted. Occasionally, people came to pick up pizzas they had pre-ordered by phone. By 8 p.m., we couldn't get an espresso: the coffee machine had already been switched off. In short: Blasi's was a complete disappointment!
03/10/2025: We always eat here when we're traveling through. It's a very good restaurant with pleasant, friendly service. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and the food.

23/05/2025: Restaurante muy cerca de la ciudad de Pomarance con muy buena comida. Servicio amable y un ambiente acogedor. Comida perfectamente cocinada y condimentada para los consumidores de carne y vegetarianos. Teníamos por ejemplo Tagliata di Manzona, Gnoccho case e pepe, sopa de la Toscana, una deliciosa pasta con aceite de oliva, ajo y pecorino, Tiramisu. Incluso el capuchino sabía muy bien. Más café dentro de la taza de lo habitual. Este restaurante merece muchas más visitas.
18/05/2025: La sera del sabato 17 maggio 2025 la pizza era buonissima, ma la carne era stracotta e gommosa, le patatine erano crude al interno e ghiacciate, vista bellissima almeno quello le cameriere simpatiche e carine!!

05/06/2025: Ho mangiato benissimo! Cibo sardo autentico, preparato con cura e passione. Ho origini sarde e cercavo un posto con cucina sarda, e quindi una mia amica mi ha consigliato questo posto.
Il maialetto era spaziale: croccante fuori, tenerissimo dentro, con quel profumo che ti fa venire fame solo a sentirlo arrivare al tavolo. Tutto il menù è stato all’altezza delle aspettative.
Personale gentile e bellissimo posto.
