Personale molto cordiale e gentile pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza dell'ospite.
Prodotti coltivati ad agricoltura biodinamica di eccellente qualità la cui Chef stellata propone nella splendida cornice del ristorante biologico.
Atmosfera rilassante in cui il contatto con la natura è portato ad un livello eccellente di rispetto ed armonia.Ritorno nuovamente ad agosto ...

09/08/2025: A few days' stay with the family. Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery and with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The available pool is an added bonus. Excellent facilities, and rooms that aren't overly large but are welcoming and, above all, cleaned every day.
We chose to dine on site, and the food was truly excellent, even if the portions weren't particularly generous, but we were able to have seconds. The set menu offered was perhaps a bit pricey, but you have to pay for quality! Last but not least, Mrs. Ughetta: a delightful, welcoming, friendly person, and very available for any need. Even though we hadn't booked dinner on our last night, she accommodated us and let us dine there anyway. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

There is a nice swimming pool.
Dinner is served on request.
Excellent value for money.

07/06/2025: Food was well priced and high quality… especially the ragu dishes and the cured meats… we had a party of 12 and they were very patient with our rowdy American bunch. I highly recommend. We over ordered but they had take out boxes so nothing went to waste.

Pizza + tortellini + tiramisu + espresso recommended. But there are no prices on the cards. For 4 of us, an additional €20 was estimated to be charged.

First of all, the food was really okay except for the half-frozen tiramisu. Not breathtaking but really okay for a small bar in a small town.
But: We were the only tourists in the bar and were treated accordingly. There are no prices on the menu and that should have been a warning sign to us. Charging €78 for three very average pizzas and a very small portion of tortellini, two half-frozen tiramisu, 4 espressos and 4 soft drinks is definitely not reasonable. Compared to other similar shops in Tuscany, the price here was around €5 per person. Not the world but simply outrageous.
Anyone who looks and speaks Italian can take a little break here, everyone else should avoid this bar!

23/05/2025: Restaurante muy cerca de la ciudad de Pomarance con muy buena comida. Servicio amable y un ambiente acogedor. Comida perfectamente cocinada y condimentada para los consumidores de carne y vegetarianos. Teníamos por ejemplo Tagliata di Manzona, Gnoccho case e pepe, sopa de la Toscana, una deliciosa pasta con aceite de oliva, ajo y pecorino, Tiramisu. Incluso el capuchino sabía muy bien. Más café dentro de la taza de lo habitual. Este restaurante merece muchas más visitas.
18/05/2025: La sera del sabato 17 maggio 2025 la pizza era buonissima, ma la carne era stracotta e gommosa, le patatine erano crude al interno e ghiacciate, vista bellissima almeno quello le cameriere simpatiche e carine!!

05/06/2025: Ho mangiato benissimo! Cibo sardo autentico, preparato con cura e passione. Ho origini sarde e cercavo un posto con cucina sarda, e quindi una mia amica mi ha consigliato questo posto.
Il maialetto era spaziale: croccante fuori, tenerissimo dentro, con quel profumo che ti fa venire fame solo a sentirlo arrivare al tavolo. Tutto il menù è stato all’altezza delle aspettative.
Personale gentile e bellissimo posto.
