02/12/2025: Place recommended by locals... and I immediately understood why, seeing a restaurant so crowded on a Tuesday night can only mean that you're playing it safe!! 🙌 Delicious and refined menus, exquisite and abundant dishes!! I love wandering around the various places but I think that the place, the dishes and above all the managers deserve a visit from time to time 🤤 the "framcesina" will remain in my heart 🤣🤣 as well as everything else, really well done!!!

18/05/2026: The dishes were well-designed and executed. The tagliolini with pigeon is noteworthy, a truly remarkable execution in terms of intensity and aromatic complexity.
17/05/2026: First time at SaQua, driven by word of mouth and Instagram. There were five of us and we tried almost the entire menu: excellent dishes from appetizer to dessert. The tagliolini with pigeon alone are worth the visit.
Notes on the service and bill:
• Bill: Generous, but fair for the quality offered.
• Critical issues: Service was a bit slow, and the first courses arrived lukewarm (probably due to the complexity of combining first and second courses).
We can clearly see the potential of this place. We will definitely return when the menu changes next time.

06/05/2026: The restaurant has been newly opened by a young team! It's super cozy and the food was incredibly good! There was a great selection for vegetarians. The atmosphere was really cool! We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the lovely evening!

01/05/2025: Primo maggio con pranzo top. Terrazza con vista e ventilata, servizio ottimo e cortese, piatti molto buoni e pesce freschissimo. Tagliolini agli scampi ottimi, fritto perfetto e branzino al sale fresco e buonissimo. Prezzi giusti, cosa chiedere di più? Torneremo sicuramente
31/03/2025: Sarebbe stato bello pranzare sulla terrazza ma nn era ancora aperta, nonostante la bella giornata. Internamente il locale non è granché. Antipasto toscano nella norma, cinghiale in umido buono, come le patate i fagioli. Il conto un pò alto
