The menu, which includes both vegetarian and meat options, is an unbeatable culinary delight and a feast for the eyes. The dishes are inspired by traditional cuisine, wonderfully refined, and perfectly balanced.
The value for money is outstanding; unfortunately unheard of in fine dining in Germany.
The service is very attentive, and the owner is a knowledgeable and helpful advisor on wine pairings. All requests are promptly fulfilled.
We have already made another reservation and will certainly return next year.

An excellent experience. The venue is very well-maintained, the terrace offers a splendid view, and from the very first moment you're immediately impressed. The staff is attentive, and the service is kind, thoughtful, and punctual: perfect timing. The menu, wine list, and coffee list are all comprehensive and generous, ensuring a wide selection without being overwhelming.

Beautiful menus with surprising flavor combinations and techniques here and there. Lovely accommodation with a beautiful outdoor terrace. Good and friendly service, but they make the atmosphere a bit stiff/formal. There is a lot of whispering; it feels like a library🤦🏼♂️. A bit more expensive by Tuscan standards, but the quality of the food is worth it. Definitely worth giving this a try.

Our first time at SaQua: we were very curious, but the result exceeded our expectations. Thanks in part to a beautiful day, we had lunch on the terrace, well supported by the very kind dining room staff. The two tasting menus were both excellent in quality and presentation. The price was fair for the quality of the food and the location. We can't wait to return.

First time at SaQua, driven by word of mouth and Instagram. There were five of us and we tried almost the entire menu: excellent dishes from appetizer to dessert. The tagliolini with pigeon alone are worth the visit.
Notes on the service and bill:
• Bill: Generous, but fair for the quality offered.
• Critical issues: Service was a bit slow, and the first courses arrived lukewarm (probably due to the complexity of combining first and second courses).
We can clearly see the potential of this place. We will definitely return when the menu changes next time.

Very nice location. Service was attentive. A couple of noteworthy dishes, most of them good but not particularly impressive. I'd say it's worth trying but not repeating, especially given the prices. Don't order without knowing the price (two glasses of Passito are €35).
