02/01/2025: Small restaurant and shop selling delicious typical Tuscan products. We were a group of 18 people and we all ate very well. The country appetizer with vegetables in oil is truly delicious, like the Florentine steak. Excellent quality/price ratio and also top service with the bitters offered. Highly recommend if you are in the area

21/09/2024: Returning from a trip to Liguria we booked this restaurant based on the reviews and I must say that we did really well! Surprisingly we were welcomed with extreme courtesy and attention. The simple and well-kept environment but above all extremely clean toilets. The cut is excellent and we also recommend the pici with Tuscan white ragù! Another decidedly positive note is the hot bread served during the second courses, truly appreciated. Well done, we will definitely be back!

20/09/2024: I went with two friends for lunch during the week, being on holiday we chose the closest place with the best reviews. When we arrived it looked like a typical 80s tavern, empty, but appearances were deceiving. Inside, the place is well-kept, with a good selection of wines, both typical and from all over Italy. Simple but varied menu, excellent first and second courses (the Fiorentina was AMAZING); easy but friendly service, and good value for money. Summary, for a Florentine steak weighing more than one kg, 2 starters, 1 first course, 2 side dishes, 3 drinks, 1 water, 2 coffees, you spend €130. Highly recommended!

22/12/2024: Very nice and well-kept location. Family run restaurant. Very nice and kind. Very good homemade bread. Brought the entree without bread. No welcome prosecco. These are the two flaws for the restaurant which is of a high standard. Friends at the table took the first one which arrived cold.

13/10/2024: It's a shame there are only 5 stars... This restaurant is worth much more! We let ourselves be pampered with a 5-course tasting menu of land... Truly truly sensational. Each dish precisely reflected the elaborate description made during service. Unique and highly sought after flavors. Balanced in acidity and flavor. The elaborate dishes, served at these large, very minimal light wooden tables, surrounded by black chairs, almost seemed to form a work of art. Price in line with the service. Many many compliments. Thanks for the lovely evening.

24/09/2024: It is an old-fashioned roaster but with an eye to the new, in fact they work their own coffee and transform it into a single-dose pod with sustainable packaging and compostable filter paper... an absolute must-try.

01/12/2024: Love this place! The pizza is excellent! Came here for our wedding anniversary on August 15 and had a wonderful three course meal. We hadn’t booked but there was no fuss and a table was found for us. We made friends with the older couple at the next table. I had cacciucco for my main course. It was the best I’ve tasted. Even better than from Livorno! The panna cotta is divine. The staff are lovely and friendly. Can’t speak too highly of I Due Laghi! Ok, updates! We send all our guests here and they LOVE it! We also have been with family and friends and have NEVER been disappointed! No, they’re not sponsoring us. It’s one of our absolute favourites.

15/11/2024: Greetings! Tonight I came to the pizzeria with my niece to eat pizza. The waitress who took the order was rude to me, she even told me that I was nervous, that there's no such thing as saying something like that to a customer. The pizza was not very good, almost raw. The products are of poor quality and very expensive. It was a bad experience

25/12/2024: Ero qui con dei familiari per il pranzo di Natale. Giornata invernale ma con un sole gradevole a baciare il vicino castello di Lari. Il locale si trova in una ottimo posizione; al suo interno non è molto spazioso ma molto curato nei dettagli e nella pulizia. Il personale è giovane ed educato, non appena entrati ti mettono subito a proprio agio. Abbiamo mangiato dei piatti gustosi elaborati con ingredienti tipici toscani tra cui da evidenziare i cannelloni con zucca e funghi porcini con fonduta di gorgonzola, le pappardelle al cinghiale e lo stinco di maiale al forno con glassa di melograno e purè di patate viola. Dato il giorno di Natale la sala era piena ma il servizio è stato ugualmente celere ed ineccepibile. Prezzo assolutamente in linea con la qualità del menù presentato. Torneremo sicuramente.
