Excellent stop during a motorcycle or bike ride.
03/06/2025: We arrived 20 minutes before closing, and I managed to taste all 3 beers on tap, very special, definitely worth returning, maybe much earlier than closing time, for lunch next time, since they have a pretty tasty menu. Ah... Very kind welcome.

20/05/2025: We stayed in this beautiful place surrounded by nature and it was very pleasant, it is the ideal place for those who want to get away from the daily routine and relax in a place of extreme serenity. The rooms are very beautiful and well furnished and the cuisine is worth tasting. The owners are very nice, kind and attentive to the needs of the customers. The only not very positive note is the dirt road to reach the estate, nothing complicated with the car but with the motorbike there could be some difficulty for the less adventurous. Recommended!
05/05/2025: All in all, this property and the people who run it deserve well beyond 5 stars.
Starting from the beauty of the estate, its rooms and all the animals that are there (really sweet) will give you the impression of being in a heavenly place, isolated from the outside and in absolute peace.
The cuisine is authentic, we fell in love with those delicious dishes not to mention the breakfast, it was like "feeling at home".
Finally, the sublime note that closes the experience concerns the people who manage the structure. We are happy to have met them, we understood all their commitment and passion for what they created and their kindness and helpfulness goes beyond what we could think of. They helped us to the best of their ability for a personal problem we had externally, showing how human and altruistic they can be. We will be grateful to him for life and hope to be able to return soon.

18/05/2025: Thanks to Elisa and her team of women for allowing us to spend a delightful stay in a Tuscany somewhat neglected by international tourism. From the Etruscans to the geothermal power plant and the abbeys, there is no shortage of attractions, but probably less prestigious than a long wait in an endless queue to take a selfie in front of a "must-see." And the precise and invigorating cuisine of the house is in harmony with the landscapes, allowing us to savor them even more. And the forgotten perfume in a room was rectified by the bottle being sent to our home...so thank you again.
24/12/2024: Friends of mine stayed and had a great time. I have dined on several occasions. Delicious dishes and an excellent rosbif. The service is attentive and very kind.

11/09/2023: Seit Jahren haben wir Fabrizios "Il Punto" regelmässig mit Freunden gerne besucht. Dies ist nun vorbei.
Seit dem Inhaberwechsel und der Wiedereröffnng 2023 hat sich das Lokal massiv verschlechtert. Obwhl das Lokal und die Terrasse so gut wie leer waeren, haben wir über eine Stunde auf die Pizzas gewartet. Als der Wirt darauf angesprochen wurde, hat er behauptet, dass wir erst vor 15 Minuten bestellt haben. Von einer Entschuldigung keine Spur. Der Preis und die Qualität der Pizzas ist in Ordnung. Die Preise und Portionen der Vorspeisen entsprechen einem Gourmettempel und nicht denen einer Dorfpizzeria.
01/08/2023: Lovely place, great pizza’s! You’ll find a menucard filled nice starters, pizza’s to everyone’s taste, and nice deserts. The owner speaks english, so even if you’re not Italian, you get something you like.

20/11/2024: Este pequeño lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa en el pequeño pueblo de Sasso Pisano. No es realmente el tipo de lugar que se encontraría a menos que se aloje en la ciudad. Barcollo se encuentra en lo que pasa por el centro de la ciudad. No mucho en el centro de la ciudad, pero la tienda de comestibles local, una tienda diversa y Barcollo.
Nos alojamos en una pequeña casa en la ciudad y llegamos cansados y hambrientos. Barcollo es el único lugar de la ciudad que, en temporada baja, estuvo abierto todo el día. Se configuran como un bar con solo unos pocos alimentos. Sin embargo, pudimos servirnos varios platos de pasta muy sabrosos esa primera noche. También compramos varias botellas de vino para llevar de vuelta a la casa.
Para la semana que estuvimos allí, esta fue nuestra parada de desayuno. Al final de la semana, nos sentimos como si fuéramos locales. Todas las mañanas, junto con los lugareños, nos deteníamos a tomar pasteles y café.
El personal era increíble y aunque sabían solo un poco más de inglés de lo que sabíamos italiano nos dieron la bienvenida cada mañana. Esto siempre será un buen recuerdo de Italia para todos nosotros.
