Best hotel for a winter visit. Warm rooms heated with geothermic power. The whole hotel is a cocoon of warmth and comfort no matter what the temperature outside. Breakfasts are simple but with home made nonna's style cakes. Well priced.

07/07/2025: 24.05.30 They made such a pizza and carbonara that our ears were ringing! I think it's a family business. A nice cold Peroni beer went with everything. We arrived early, nothing was open yet, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but they politely offered us a seat. Other diners were even spreading the tablecloth and looking at us like a pyromaniac at a wet straw. We sat down and could order, and we got it 10 minutes later, since it was just us. The pizza was heavenly, my son licked my carbonara and ate it up. Good place!!!***** And the point: we paid under 50 erika with more drinks for the 3 of us!
27/04/2025: I mostly get takeout pizzas, but sometimes we eat them in. Good pizzas, friendly owners and staff.

The outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city or the surrounding area. I highly recommend Villa Nencini to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and authentic stay in Volterra.
