26/12/2025: A small restaurant (reservations recommended), located in a historic building in the town center; parking is difficult. The food is local Tuscan cuisine, with some dishes (like carabaccia) drawn from historic tradition. The wine selection is limited. However, the food is good and the service attentive; you'll be fine.

01/11/2025: My partner and I discovered this place by chance, and we immediately fell in love! Everything makes you feel at home, from the very friendly owner who's a pleasure to chat with, to the drinks paired with excellent food, and last but not least, Beppe, the place's sweetest cat. Definitely worth a try, we'll definitely be back soon!
31/10/2025: Whether it's for an aperitif or an after-dinner drink... 19 Rosso is a guarantee! Nestled in the central square of the beautiful Casale, you'll find a place where they'll make you feel right at home. Try it and believe it!

The crepes are truly delicious.
28/09/2025: We paid 40 Euros for two really small portions of the worst lasagna I’ve ever eaten (probably a frozen one?), one small beer and one Aperol Spritz. We stopped here because it was one of the only open places and we were really hungry after a long hike, we didn’t expect anything fancy at all, just good local cuisine, but it really wasn’t worth it at all.

09/09/2025: Very average, the shrimp and potato starter in a canned sauce, the fig sorbet with a crumble without much taste, the pasta with Ruucola sauce was okay.

The staff and owner were super kind and friendly.
Excellent food, everything from the vegetables to the tartare to the pappardelle with wild boar ragù.
