06/04/2025: I went to eat a pizza for the first time with friends who had already frequented the place. The pizza dough was good but the toppings were terrible and in particular the fiordilatte which resembled a plasticized cheese. Another sore point were the desserts and in particular the creme brulee similar to a cooked omelette, even if badly, which tastes like egg. Reading the various positive comments I think it was just a big slip up.

27/04/2025: Returned after many years for dinner with friends: we ate well from the starter to the dessert. Everything was very good, fast service. The second course of grilled squid skewers was honestly a bit poor. The meat dishes were plentiful. The desserts were excellent. Finding parking is not very easy, but if you turn around a little you can find it. After all, Buti is a small town. I will return. A wonderful evening.
06/04/2025: Returned after about 25 years... I found what I had left. Typical Tuscan atmosphere, very good pizza and very good and plentiful food. Advised.

01/09/2023: Locale ottimo, punto di riferimento per chi cerca la tradizione ma non le solite cose viste e riviste ovunque.
Cucina e sapori autentici, si mischiano all’ innovazione dello Chef e alla cordialità e professionalità del personale di sala.
Ottima anche la carta dei vini (si vede che dietro c’è tanta passione oltre che competenza).
Il tutto in una location stupenda!

Nice, quiet and very welcoming place, friendly and attentive staff.
Food with an impeccable taste and well presented. Good wine cellar.
If you are in the area (even not) and want to spend a nice and tasty evening I recommend it.

20/01/2025: 18'COMPLEANNO ANNULLATO il giorno prima,dicendomi che il pizzaiolo era in ferie,ho prenotato un mese prima,ho dovuto "chiedere"che mi venisse proposta un'alternativa visto la presenza di due ragazze vegetariane,magari l'apericena al tavolo con qualcosa che potessero mangiare anche loro,mi sento dire che si la possono fare,ma al doppio del prezzo pattuito(addirittura)!! e che non mi garantivano cose vegetariane.NON MI SONO VENUTI INCONTRO IN NESSUN MODO,HO DOVUTO RIORGANIZZARE LA SERA STESSA ANCHE PER IL DOLCE,NON HO PAROLE !!!!
