01/02/2025: We came to Pontremoli for the San Geminiano bonfire and some of our friends took us to dinner at Oca Bianca. I had a divine appetizer of pears, cheese, artichokes and pomegranate with a mustard vinaigrette, not to mention the beef steak with burrata and truffle flakes accompanied by caramelized onions and finally a cake made by them with dark chocolate and pears. I recommend it to everyone to savor simple but refined dishes that are a joy for the palate.

03/02/2025: Di passaggio a Pontremoli ci siamo fermati a mangiare all'Osteria da Busse'... Una vera scoperta! Piatti tipici della zona, cucinati con passione. Non avevevamo mai assaggiato i "Testaroli" con crema di noci e parmigiano e vi garantisco che sono qualcosa di spettacolare. Come i "cavoli ripieni coi pien". Porzioni abbondanti, cibo ottimo e atmosfera accogliente. Se passate da Pontremoli, non potete non fermarvi! Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff!

At that time, years ago I didn't have a dog, so I ate well and quietly from you. Things have changed for me but for you probably not! You remained in the Middle Ages when dogs were not considered. It's time to evolve, we're in 2025! Having said that, I can opt to eat in other places where my dog ​​is welcome. Without hard feelings...think about it...he would have everything to gain because whoever brings their dog to the restaurant is sure that the dog cannot cause any trouble.

27/01/2025: After four adults have sat down at a table that would have been for two people, the girl kindly takes charge of us. Only one course arrives at the table. When the diner was finishing it, the other three courses arrive. 2 Lobster Bavette: you could only tell because there were pieces of emptied claws on the plate... and to think that ironically they had also brought us pliers to open them. 🤣 The beauty comes with baked sea bass with vegetables! It is presented on the plate reduced to an aggregate of small pieces. We kindly ask to have at least some fillets that bring back memories of a fish. The annoyed owner replies angrily that she would have brought it back but that we would have had to clean it ourselves because that's how they serve it! Throwing looks of disdain every time she passed near the table, she went so far as to warn us that in the end she would fillet it in front of us, as if to do us a favor. I won't comment on the ricotta oil side dish. The owner is inadequate, the place is mediocre, the food and service are poor. One less place to frequent during our stays in Pontremoli!

We advise you to book, we (three of us) waited a long time (50min) The staff were kind, sometimes rushed, genuine and friendly. Very simple dishes. We ordered the three first courses available and they were good, nothing more. Amazing salami! Definitely worth trying!
