08/01/2026: Holiday lunch, a very nice and welcoming place, super friendly staff, and good, local food. We shared three courses (a cured meats and cheese appetizer, testaroli, and lamb), which arrived pre-cut, with two glasses of wine for about €30 per person.
Highly recommended.
07/01/2026: Appetizer, bottle of Lunigiano wine, two first courses, and two desserts.
Excellent value.
Worth a stop, even for the rushed traveler.

27/12/2025: Well... neither good nor bad... the testaroli were good, and the appetizer was an artichoke roll on a cheese fondue that completely covered the flavor of the artichokes.
The owner was attentive. The atmosphere was rustic and well-maintained. From the reviews, I expected much more.

Excellent food, carefully prepared dishes, and local cuisine. I'd go back tomorrow!

11/01/2026: A place truly cared for down to the smallest details. We had lunch with a starter, first course, and second course based on fish, all truly fresh and superbly cooked. Thanks to the dynamic staff, highly recommended. We will definitely be back soon.

13/08/2025: Escaping the highway, we found a tasty stop along the Cisa alternative route, with exceptional hospitality and excellent quality. It was one of those unforgettable stops that we'll definitely make again. The Fritto Misto was the envy of many renowned seaside restaurants; the quality was evident in every bite. Next time, we'll also take advantage of the Pescheria to bring home a final taste of the sea in Pavia.

The fried lamb is amazing, as are the chestnut fritters with local ricotta.
The atmosphere is rustic and a bit "easygoing."
The owners are kind and hospitable.
We have become regulars.

07/01/2026: My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant on 04/01/2026 for the first and last time! The owner who served the tables was always very nervous and annoyed and emanated anxiety. The menu was only spoken and consisted of an appetizer (which we didn't order), 3 first courses and 3 second courses (nothing exceptional) which were said hastily without even having time to understand. We ordered 2 first courses, 2 second courses (without side dishes), 1 dessert (only my wife), half a liter of wine, mineral water and 2 coffees for a total of €73, absolutely too high a price for what we were served. We often stop in Pontremoli but as already written, this was the first and last time we visited this restaurant...

17/08/2025: The atmosphere is simple, the welcome is warm and friendly. The cuisine is clearly home-cooked, with generous and delicious dishes. The service is attentive to customer requests, and the commitment to speed is evident, but we know that there can be waits in any restaurant. The route certainly requires some attention, but just ask the staff for suggestions and try other routes. The price was well in line with expectations, considering the dishes ordered and the portions. For my part, today's lunch was truly enjoyable.
