10/08/2024: Creaminess doesn't make the taste. Impeccable consistency but very very disappointing pistachio. Maybe it's because pistachio is a bit of a "measurer" of mine for ice cream parlors, but I don't demand excellence, only honesty: Laboratorio del gelato doesn't reach my taste buds. Quite the opposite for peanut and salted caramel which opens a delicate and aggressive path at the same time. Banana chock very good but a little predictable, overall a good ice cream but not exceptional. I definitely need to try other flavors and will update my review

07/08/2024: The ice cream shop looks nice from the outside and is really nicely decorated. The ice cream was tasty. The lady from the ice cream shop spoke Polish, so it was easy to communicate. I don't know if it's standard here that the ice cream tool is pressure cleaned, but I haven't seen it anywhere in Poland. I really recommend coming here. 😉

16/11/2024: This place is located a little far from where we live but when we pass by there it is half a fixed place. The peculiarity of this ice cream shop, beyond the vast choice and the impeccable service, is the fact that we can find dairy-free and gluten-free flavours, which is not something to be taken for granted for those with intolerance and allergy problems. We are very satisfied. WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON

09/12/2024: 2-Star Michelin well deserved. Every Sunday at lunch, they offer a €110 pp five course tasting menu which offers items not featured on their regular dinner menu and changes weekly (go to their site to read the menu proposed, make a reservations, add special requests like roses or a birthday cake, and list any allergies). Very generous portions. An amuse-bouche, three choices in bread with olive oil, first serving of appetizers with three bites, second serving of appetizers by the chef from their asian partner restaurant, a pasta dish, a main entree, a desert, and small chocolates or pastries and coffee or tea. Each Sunday they feature a different wine label and offer pairings for €30-60 depending on the label and how many wines you try. They recently refreshed the restaurant space, adding luxurious carpeting, and a sophisticated mixed interior design honoring the 100 year history of the hotel with moder art. The service was beyond impeccable. Warm and unpretentious. Every team member had extensive knowledge of the restaurant, hotel history, the chef, and the dishes even if the dishes were new. The hotel itself is an oasis. From the very formal and welcoming doorman, to the washcloths and small glass bottles of acqua panna and san pellegrino that are free and at the door for your convenience, to the three various waiting areas and elegant bathrooms. The hotel has an underground garage, and I'm sure valet, but in this low season there was ample paid street parking. The music in the restaurant was a wonderful soft modern jazz version of Christmas songs, the kind that takes listening to the words to even realize they were Christmas songs. The window boxes of beautifully trimmed bushes play peekaboo with glimpses of the turbulent sea across the street. These chairs were some of the most comfortable we have tried in any restaurant. We asked for a more private table when we booked, and they made sure we were seated in a section alone and even closed the semi partitions so no one could observe us. With our long list of allergies, dietary restrictions, and intolerances, they perfectly adjusted the menu and graciously met every need without us ever feeling like a burden. The smiling staff and immensely relaxing lunch was followed up with a small tour personally by chef Mancino. Originally from Salerno, he's made this place his home for the last 20 years. Passionate in providing high luxury experiences to an international clientele. We definitely will return but will stay in the hotel so we can try Chef Mancino's award winning huge breakfast buffet (that has a sushi and Asian corner, a middle eastern corner, a pressed juice bar, and an egg spread that offers several different types of eggs, including the rare purple and green chicken eggs, quail and ostrich). It's rare for me to so enthusiastically give an all around five star review. It's even more rare with a sensory processing disorder and so many dietary intolerances, have such a truly relaxing and enjoyable one of a kind meal.

27/11/2024: Excellent both for business lunches where customer care is higher than the average of adjacent venues. Always 3 choices of first courses and 2 second courses and always at least 1 plate of fish. There is also the focaccia appetizer which is always welcome and included in the price. In the evening à la carte menu and pizzeria (you can also request it for lunch). Wood-fired oven and dishes always well presented. Order and courtesy reign in the room. Highly recommended

24/08/2024: Fantastic experience, Henri with a more than capital H was a true host, his kindness and experience made us spend a wonderful evening with refined dishes and attentive service, he recommended both the courses and the wines (champagne) and they could have accompanied our dishes better. Then the final gem was a creap prepared at the moment personally by him. His kindness and the goodness of the dishes will certainly make me return to his home (as I call it) because he has a visceral passion for his Work

07/12/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone un anno fa, locale piccolino (dentro ,dove eravamo noi faceva molto caldo) accanto avevano messo una tavolata di persone molto chiassose e per cui non è stata una serata tranquilla ma di certo non è colpa loro .. per il cibo niente che dire, tutto buono e curato al dettaglio .Portano una carrellata di antipastini, poi scelta di 3 primi e 2 secondi (tutto pesce ). Assaggi di dolci e vino dolce. Tutto a prezzo fisso di 45 euro ,bevande incluse.

Personale fantastico E la prima volta che ci vado xche c’è una lista si attesa lunghissima…ieri mi hanno contattata che x la sera si era liberato un tavolo eh viaaaaa!!! Viene servito antipasto con molte portate poi i primi a scelta…. X secondo abbiamo preso una piccola catalana xche eravamo strapieni…ci hanno proposto anche un po’ di fritto ma troppo nn ce la facevamo….dolce molto carino mix di dolcetti fatti in casa….eravamo in 5 se bevuto due bottiglie di prosecco, coca cola , 4 bottiglie di acqua ,caffè, digestivo…. Prezzo fisso euro 45.00 ( basso per tutto quello che portano) Veramente buono

13/12/2024: Abbiamo scelto questo locale per festeggiare una data importante e possiamo dire che atmosfera e servizio si sono dimostrate decisamente all'altezza. Forse non abbiamo scelto proprio i punti di forza del menú (in passato c'era stato più di una volta l'effetto wow che a questo giro non abbiamo provato), ma tutto sommato é stata una serata piacevole anche se economicamente un po' più impegnativa di quanto ci aspettassimo. Molto buoni il lampredotto e la cheesecake.
