06/02/2024: Sono stata in questa gastronomia consigliata da cari amici. La prima cosa che mi ha piacevolmente colpita è stata l’accoglienza professionale e gentile delle titolari. Trovare sempre il sorriso e la competenza non è poi così scontato. La qualità delle preparazioni è davvero eccellente ed apprezzo molto anche la varietà delle proposte. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo a mio parere è ottimo e il locale molto curato e pulito. Infine devo dire che l’attenzione verso il cliente è davvero un valore aggiunto, che fa stare bene.

If you have the chance to go DO IT, you won't regret it. every month they make a flavor based on seasonal fruit and for now one is better than the other

10/06/2024: Truly special and unique ice cream shop! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Giada, a very sweet and warm-hearted person who welcomed us with a splendid smile!! He let us taste some flavors we were undecided about and you can see how much passion he puts into his work!! It has a wide choice of delicious and particular flavors even without milk, in addition to the usual fruit flavors, therefore suitable for everyone! All the cones and waffles are artisanal and gluten-free, which is really hard to find! The vegan cream is spectacular and the Nutella ice cream that Giada creates is much much better than Nutella, and much healthier! We will definitely be back!! Congratulations Giada, really ❤️

08/06/2024: Ice cream for celiacs (and also lactose free) very good and generous portions. Not only classic flavors but also particular and revisited ones (for example we had never heard of salted pistachio). Highly recommended ice cream shop!!!

26/05/2024: When I'm in Viareggio I always try to stop here, a pastry shop of great quality and assortment and above all I must underline that they always have fresh gluten-free pastries and pastries and also many tempting desserts, which I appreciate very much having a celiac child. These are choices and precautions that not many people have. They are also always very kind. Super recommended!

16/02/2024: Su consiglio di una signora del luogo abbiamo pranzato in questo locale per una veloce pausa pranzo in occasione del Carnevale. Oltre ad essere un bar e pasticceria il locale offre anche il servizio di tavola calda. Siamo rimasti entrambi soddisfatti sia per il servizio che per la qualità e quantità del cibo. I prezzi sono più alti rispetto ad una tavola calda più vicini a quelli di un ristorante ma sicuramente la qualità del cibo è più alta. Squisite le frittelle di riso ripiene alla crema.

30/03/2024: Particular location although dimly lit, very catchy background music; varied and unexpected menu incipit with a smoke of citrus scents to prepare the palate for the subsequent dishes. Refined presentation of dishes and delicate flavours. The final cheesecake was excellent, definitely worth the meal. A bit of a long wait but worth it.

21/05/2024: Excellent dinner with friends. Very fresh and surprising fish (they choose the menu based on what they find in the morning), cooked with care and in a healthy way (I mean without too many heavy sauces) but very tasty: 11 starters, first and second courses of fish and water, wine coffee and desserts included: 45 euros We rebooked before we even got up from the table!! It is not suitable for children because it is narrow and the acoustics are not very good. But it's a very positive experience.

Henri è una persona speciale,nata per questo lavoro,lui e ill suo staff vi faranno sentire a casa, vi avvolgeranno di coccole e attenzioni,la qualità e la preparazione dei piatti raggiunge livelli paradisiaci. 24/02/2024: Very good restaurant: excellent Menu Surprise, lovingly and creatively put together, a fantastic experience and a great evening. At the end we received an excellent olive oil home, highly recommended restaurant. Henri Prosperi is an excellent host and takes a lot of time for his guests.
