24/11/2024: Unbeatable seafood paccheri.... After those no restaurant is more up to par. Very nice and helpful welcome. Impeccable service, the choice of glass was anticipated with the tasting of 3 local wines. Very honest price, less than we expected!!! We will definitely return!
01/11/2024: Sono tornata col mio compagno perché già conoscevo il ristorante, spero vivamente che abbiano cambiato cuoco, perché una volta si mangiava bene... e li invimolto molto delusi, cibo con tanto di un capello all inclusive, mangiato triste senza arte né parte... un più alla cameriera, composta e solare un meno assoluto al caposala o proprietario...stanco e demotivato... consiglio fate qualche passo un po più in là...... (sconsiglio)

Land and sea proposals packaged with imagination and experience, new and harmonious, without dissonances of taste, true masterpieces of the chef. Wine list that matches the food.
Absolutely worth trying (and trying again).
Surprisingly affordable prices in relation to the quality of the offer.

01/01/2025: We ate there for the last day of 2024. It was all amazing. Service was at the top. The owner was serving us and he is really lovely person. Dishes were all tasty. I can higly recommend this place!

02/01/2025: I really enjoyed this restaurant where I went twice already. Sicilian cucina the sea food is superb. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the evening, it beautiful to be on holiday in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, and enjoy a lovely dinner here
03/10/2024: Unfortunately the most disappointing restaurant experience during our Italian vacation.
We sat in a kind of “side room” without a classic, pleasant restaurant atmosphere, but with an uncomfortable draft.
One of the two service staff tried very hard at first, but after the first drink and food order was placed, we were literally ignored.
The portions were so small that even the combination of Primi and Secondi Piatti wasn't filling. In the end we paid almost €100 for an uncomfortable evening in which we went home hungry and disappointed.

01/10/2024: Restaurant with ambitions, in the small square behind the church, tables almost exclusively outdoors, very popular and trendy.
Proposal of very interesting dishes on paper, unfortunately much less so on the palate.
Ravioli with thick dough and raw on the ends, huge and tasteless pork ribs, only bone and no meat. The wine list is basic, furthermore the bottles with the best quality/price ratio are not available without this being indicated in any way, not even with a pencil asterisk.
Avoid sweets, they have nothing to do with the description.
Very high prices also for Elba (first courses at 26 euros, starters 22 euros).

10/10/2024: in 2022, my partner and I visited the salegrosso restaurant 3 times and it was quite a pleasant experience (very good octopus, we caught the off-card dishes of lobster pasta and crawfish pasta).
What we experienced this year is absolute drama! We've been going to Italy at least once a year since 2017 but we've never eaten so badly anywhere yet.
We ordered octopus in batter which had no flavour at all.
Two pasta dishes - one cost €28 and there was one sliced prawn in it. I am aware that it is not always about quantity and the majesty of the cook can work wonders but in this case this pasta had no flavour value.
The second pasta was also expressionless and tasteless.
In the end, with a bottle of Prosecco (my only nice memory of this dinner), the bill for the starter and two second courses was over 100 euros. There are definitely better places in Marciana Marina where you can eat good seafood at this price.

09/11/2024: It used to be one of my favorite places in Marciana Marina, but today they fell short. At lunch they rudely refused us despite the numerous seats.
03/11/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo con amici , così come ogni anno a fine estate .
La qualità del cibo è' sempre ottima , Dagli antipasti crudi , freddi e caldi , con scampi all'arrabbiata a dir poco deliziosi. Un primo da favola rappresentato da tagliolini acqua e farina in bianco ,con scampi, seppioline a pezzettini e vongole .
Un plauso ai titolari Gennaro e Gennaro che insieme ai loro collaboratori fammi si che nel locale si respiri un'aria serena e familiare!!!
Congratulazioni , Avanti così !!!

17/10/2024: Scoprire questo ristorante è stata l’esperienza più bella che ho vissuto sull’Isola d’Elba. Servizio, cibo e location, perfetto, buono e bellissimo. Prezzo adeguato al struttura. Il pesce ha un suo valore, se cucinato bene è un valore aggiunto.

28/09/2024: Ieri siamo stati a cena con grandi aspettative servizio cortese ma il cibo non ci è piaciuto. Il problema fondamentale è stato che quasi a fine cena nel piattino del pane abbiamo trovato un capello. L’abbiamo detto alla cameriera e sinceramente dal un locale del genere mi sarei aspettato quantomeno delle scuse. Invece abbiamo chiesto il conto abbiamo pagato in due 155 € e salutos
