full . The bufalina was very watery, and the service was
polite and attentive.

08/06/2026: Congratulations to Luvi, our waitress! Besides being incredibly professional, she was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. Being in the business, we pay particular attention to the quality of our service and dishes, and here we were truly impressed.
We ate one of the most tender octopus we've ever tasted, followed by four seafood entrees, each one better than the last. Everything was truly excellent!
We highly recommend this restaurant and thank Luvi again for her helpfulness and friendliness. If you stop by La Cantina di Marciana Marina, ask for her: she'll make your experience even more enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

03/05/2026: We ate very well; the chickpea and clam soup, in its simplicity, was excellent. The staff was very kind, attentive, and friendly. The sea view was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.
29/04/2026: I always love going back. I went twice last week. Once alone and the food was divine. The second time with a guest. The fish (pezzogna) didn't satisfy me like the first time. It wasn't very fresh. The restaurant isn't cheap; paying so much for fish that isn't fresh that day isn't acceptable. What a shame! Next time I'm in Marciana, I'll go elsewhere... I'll try other options.

28/10/2025: Charming restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea.
The only flaw is that the menu is almost exclusively fish-based, with very little choice for non-fish eaters.
Otherwise, it's worth it.

But the change they give you is always wrong.
Twice. The first time I left them €0.20.
And a few days later, €1.
Never again.

08/06/2026: Salegrosso is a place that sometimes delivers great satisfaction, but other times it slips on banana skins. A very charming location in the small square on the Marciana waterfront.
The cuisine is sometimes inconsistent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the wine list is always interesting and innovative. Worth a visit.
21/05/2026: This restaurant deserves a Michelin star for its quality and service. The chef offers the authentic flavors of Elba Island with successful and delicate combinations, although some dishes, like the creamed cod, radish variation, and wild garlic sauce, are less captivating. Highlights include the pasta with red tuna ragù and Furikake, the spaghetti with seafood and asparagus, and the dessert, the granola, banana and lime sorbet, and yogurt foam. Kudos to the young maître d', a friendly and knowledgeable director of the culinary experience offered by Salegrosso.
