27/03/2024: We found the place quite by accident, actually walking in from the street. As it turned out, it was the perfect ending to the day in Pitigliano. All delicious dishes, served in the waning rays of the Tuscan sun. The location of the tables next to the viewing terrace is perfect. I highly recommend this place.

10/05/2024: Restaurant in the center of Pitigliano. Tables both inside and outside under the loggias and under a veranda. Very courteous and helpful staff. Before starting the meal they offered us a small welcome portion of tomato soup, which was delicious. Very good dishes. Fair prices. Starter, first course and dessert €40 per person with water, wine and coffee.

06/04/2024: We booked the table for Holy Saturday lunch by telephone, arriving in a few minutes and before visiting Pitigliano as the Hosteria immediately inspired us by looking at the images of the dishes and the super positive comments online, which we absolutely confirm. Rustic and well-kept place, immersed in the Maremma countryside, it has an internal room with a few tables so little confusion to enjoy the company of your diners without noise, we chose delicious pappardelle with wild boar ragù, a divine cut that melted in the mouth accompanied by a phantasmagoric pan-fried chicory, which I love! We then shared dessert, an ecstatic white chocolate mousse! The ladies who make up the staff were all very kind and friendly, welcoming us warmly and making us feel at home. Congratulations, keep it up!

29/03/2024: We celebrated my husband's birthday with some friends and we had a great time. Very good starter with quality products. The first courses with homemade pasta are also good. The mixed fried food is excellent. To be recommended.

04/12/2023: False advertising: I booked online for this restaurant which advertises a summer location and a summer menu, for the same restaurant which is located in a winter location which has nothing comparable, and advertises a card with prices disproportionate to the quantity of food and which has nothing to do with that announced on the website. ! And no one said anything at the reservation... We stayed out of politeness, but my god! And on a “super chocolate” dessert for €11 if I remember correctly, the chocolates were moldy! In the end, a lot of manners from the staff for not much. To flee at all costs!
