02/03/2025: We went here for our 20th anniversary. The moment I tasted the first dish I knew I had chosen well. I told the waiter to tell the chef that the food was awesome (in Italian) and he said thank you, then apologised because the chef was not in and he had cooked the food. He went on to modestly inform me that the chef was much better... How much better can it get? This place is fabulous.

08/01/2024: Difficile da raggiungere .... ma un vero paradiso per gli innamorati del buon cibo genuino !!! I ravioli, con qualsivoglia condimento, sono puro piacere per il palato. La cima, fatta in casa, ottima. Il coniglio alla ligure buonissimo. Cantina semplice ma con offerta adeguata. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo correttissimo. Il personale simpatico e accogliente. Ci si torna, senz'altro !!!

27/12/2024: Chef Fabio colpisce ancora con un menù di terra "illegale" che vince a mani basse la sfida con gli scontati menù della zona amiatina. Pici all'aglione e ai funghi porcini, Trippa, Fegatelli, Baccalà.... Tutto filtrato ed esaminato con attenzione certosina da Vito gourmand! Consumer satisfaction allo stato puro!
La location è veramente da sogno e le foto possono dare solo un'idea...avevo prenotato la "dependance " riservatissima per 10 persone il tutto per una seratina indimenticabile con gli amici più intimi.
Sul nostro tavolo sono atterrate delle portate da standing ovation per freschezza e prelibatezza, tutto inaffiato con un ottimo Rosso di Montalcino. Servizio discreto ed eccellente.
