27/08/2025: "You can't have everything"... a wise saying, especially in this place. I give the breakfast pastries 4 stars, but the politeness 0 stars. This rating was given after three visits, to be sure of its veracity, also supported by other reviews, regarding the lack of politeness. Not even a thank you for the courtesy of returning the cups from the tables outside to the counter inside, or a goodbye, on all three visits. I repeat, 4-star pastries; politeness 0 stars. And that says it all.

03/07/2025: Excellent pizza, light and well-leavened dough, fresh and tasty ingredients. Welcoming place, friendly staff and fast service. The pizzas are a real surprise, with original combinations. Good value for money. Ideal for a dinner with friends or for a quiet evening. Tonight there was also karaoke with Micky Song. Many people wanted to sing. Highly recommended!

Sas offers an excellent experience, with high-quality artisanal gelatos, authentic and creamy flavors, such as nocciola and pistachio. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean and the service is attentive. It is a place that combines tradition, flavor and care in every detail — truly a must-see for those who enjoy good gelato.

18/07/2025: So much hype...everything seems fantastic, but it's a total disappointment. The savory food smells of fish, the desserts are nothing special. Nothing of what you see in the photos exists. Disappointment with a capital "D."

01/08/2025: I always go to this pizzeria, which is very dear to me, for excellent food accompanied by friends and family. Unfortunately, last night I had to change my mind. I ordered, as usual, the focaccia special one, immediately noticing that, when it arrived, the center was completely burned while the outside of the pizza was completely raw. Being so hungry, I ate it anyway, hoping it was just an illusion. I didn't even have time to get to the coffee shop before I had to go to the bathroom to vomit up the awful pizza I'd been served (I won't go into details, as it's not a gram of dmax). A word of advice: if the pizza is cooked poorly, don't serve it to the customer, but rather remake it from scratch to serve a proper pizza. A terrible experience, it will be a while before I return, reluctantly.

09/08/2025: Good place. Too bad it closes at 7:00 PM in the summer. You can't go for a beer in the cool air.

01/08/2025: Gorgeous location and fairly reasonable prices. During the week, there's hardly anyone there. The pizza and desserts are very good. The service, sometimes a bit slow and hesitant, could be improved, but despite this, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

31/07/2025: Everyone was a bit disappointed: the waiter didn't know what pizzas I was bringing, the drink practically arrived at the end of the dinner because it was remembered. The food was edible but certainly not good (the mozzarella wasn't mozzarella, it tasted like slices and the stracchino wasn't even well identified). The prices, for what we ate, were high. There were two fries and we paid five euros for them. We won't be returning.

14/06/2025: I change my previous review positively. I find everything I'm looking for in the bakery. Hot breakfast pastries in the morning, soft, fragrant and full of seasoning. The savory ones are also excellent for a snack or a snack. Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended bakery.

03/06/2025: The kind shopkeeper lady was a truly lovely person who made our first vacation in Italy unforgettable. Despite the language barrier, she went out of her way to help us with genuine warmth and kindness. As a sweet gesture, she even offered us a few cookies to make us feel welcome. Her hospitality set a beautiful tone for our entire trip, and we're deeply grateful for the encounter.
