We not only found peace, relaxation and delicious food in this little paradise, but also warm hosts and a beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment that leaves nothing to be desired.

14/12/2024: It is the typical country trattoria where you can eat Tuscan dishes, but not only that. Excellent starters with a good choice of first and second courses. The prices are very honest. Definitely worth returning.
17/11/2024: A "good-style" Tuscan restaurant with meat specialties (fantastic cuts) at a good price.
Very kind waitress.
There are 2 negative sides:
- The environment was a little too minimal and cold (at one time they turned off the wood stove as if to make it clear that it was closing time).
- POS not working...

17/12/2024: Convinced we were having a good aperitif, we took a spritz (in short) and a small beer (good) and had to pay 1 euro for peanuts and 2 euros for chips, for a total of 14 euros without even being served at the table. I think I won't go back

05/11/2024: The rooms were clean but there really isn’t much more to be said about the place. Fairly easy to get access with doors working with phone entry systems/codes. We were there in October and the town seemed dead - hard to tell why one would want to stay in Pontasieve - in our case it was simply because it marked the the first leg of the Camino San Francesco from Florence to Rome.
04/11/2024: Excellent location near a free car park (in front of the post office) and very close to the station (and in 20 minutes you can be in Florence). The rooms are a bit basic and not soundproofed (you can even hear the neighbors' alarm clocks), lack of sockets next to the bedside tables. The self check-in service is excellent and works online via a specific site (you need to have a connection, but you are notified beforehand and the password for the WiFi is provided in advance, together with a video tutorial to understand how to log in. There is also a vending machine and a nice courtyard. The excellent pastry shop next to the station is very close.

30/12/2024: scelto innanzitutto perché fanno anche cucina celiaca. interni rustici ci si sente a casa. bella atmosfera davvero. antipasti con cipolla stufata da urlo. pizze non da meno veramente squisite. spesa nella media.

Dopo aver spiegato più volte la nostra comanda, ci è stato portato il doppio delle pietanze a nostra insaputa. Ci siamo ritrovati quindi a dover pagare un conto che non ci aspettavamo. Inoltre ci è stato aggiunto un prezzo per portare a casa il nostro cibo avanzato.
Piatti e posate non pulitissime.
Servizio lento nonostante ci fossero poche persone.

16/12/2024: Siamo stati male fino ad oggi pomeriggio! Bruttissima esperienza arselle con terra e forse andate a male in quanto di 4 persone le abbiamo mangiate in 3 abbiamo passato la domenica e mezzo lunedi in bagno! Personale carino ma non co torneró
24/09/2024: Excelente cena con un servicio muy atento! Comimos sardinas para empezar y luego espagueti vongole y espagueti con langosta. Todos los platos eran frescos y llenos de sabores, muy bien preparados y servidos profesionalmente. Terminado con vermut casero (dios alternatief de vin santo). ¡Grazie e Bravo!
