14/10/2025: I had a wonderful evening! The atmosphere is welcoming yet elegant. Excellent service and a truly pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the dishes and the menu is something you'll remember for days to come. The dishes are beautiful to look at, the ingredients are excellent, and the menu offers a wide variety! Definitely a place that makes you want to return.

29/09/2025: I wanted to revisit this place several times, trying multiple dishes on the menu to try and catch the chef in a mistake. Well, I didn't succeed! He managed to make me like a combination I was sure was a mistake! But no! Spaghetti with calamari, lemon-infused butter, anchovies, and toasted breadcrumbs infused with lemon. Yes, I did say anchovies in oil, and they're perfect; there's no loss of flavor, aroma, or taste. A great chef who doesn't know he's a great chef, in a context where he, his team, and his staff have a great palate. Creating such a well-crafted menu, with a high level of understanding for the diner but with such sophisticated pairings and preparations, requires technique and a great palate, both from the chef and the taster. My heartfelt congratulations. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I'd pay more for what you get. The revisited tiramisu deserves 1 Michelin star, without a doubt.

Unfortunately, I had the bad idea of ​​ordering drinks alone and was treated in a way I didn't appreciate at all. If I hadn't been with friends, I would have left. I highly doubt I'll return. 05/09/2025: We've been wanting to return to this much-talked-about restaurant in the area for a while. We can confirm all the positive things people say about it. We took the advice of the very kind staff for a seafood tasting, which included a series of appetizers, each one more delicious than the last, a first course (the spectacular Tagliolini alla Triglia), a second course (the undoubtedly fresh and perfectly cooked baked fish), and a selection of crispy, dry fried fish. To finish, a basil panna cotta (sublime) and a masterfully balanced tiramisu. The price was well in line with the offerings. Highly recommended for seafood lovers *****

09/09/2025: Ristorante Corsini is a small gem nestled in the splendid setting of Corsini Park, beneath the medieval towers overlooking Fucecchio. The location is unique: nestled between history, nature, and a romantic English garden that creates a truly special atmosphere. Reserving was quick and easy. I asked for a table inside, and the manager, with great kindness, seated us in a cozy and intimate room. The welcome was perfect: as soon as we were seated, we were served a warm schiacciata, which already gave us a hint of the quality of the dinner. We started with an appetizer of coccoli and prosciutto, delicious and served with great care. Then came the star of the evening: the Florentine steak, brought on a hot cutting board to keep it at the perfect temperature. A true poem: tender, juicy, flavorful, with that salted butter sensation that only a few chefs can achieve. The wine list is interesting and well-thought out; we chose a Chianti, perfect for pairing with the meat. To round out the dinner, we were more than satisfied with a homemade dessert prepared by the chef. The service was impeccable: attentive but never intrusive, making us feel at home yet pampered. The value for money was excellent: €60 per person for appetizers, steak, dessert, and wine is more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food and the beauty of the location. A restaurant worth discovering and one that I will definitely be returning to. Kudos to the entire staff!
