21/05/2025: I wanted to like the place - it was a decent hike up to get there, especially with a baby. However the fact that the lady working there was really insisting on tips when I was paying with my credit card (she even entered the tip amount herself after my first card didn't work and when I was trying to pay with another one) spoilt the experience. But the worst thing was that they added an extra 20 euro dish to our bill that we never ordered, which I only noticed later. I realized they never even gave me to see the bill properly and showed it from the distance before entering the amount into the machine, but I asked for the receipt after there was some issue with the payment, and looked at it only after we left. I called them and talked to the owner (I think) and asked to be reimbursed that amount. He first looked eager to send the amount back but after I told him I had a Canadian card and no IBAN, he disappeared and never reimbursed the amount. To be fair, the food was decent and the views are nice, although they were not allowing anyone to sit near the windows with the view since they are for those who made a reservation only (and they were all completely empty). So we couldn't even see the view from where we were seated. So be careful and check your bill!

19/05/2025: Nonostante sia stato varie volte.. si conferma sempre di alto livello…perfetto sia per cene tra colleghi ed amici sia per cene di coppia. Carne di alto livello e i migliori antipasti di Firenze oltre alla bellissima vista

27/04/2025: We had a room in the 17th century villa which was exceptional. Also the view is amazing and could not be much better. However the hotel has a few things that could be improved: - design/garden could be nicer - would have expected something else as a fake grass carpet - the Michelin star restaurant was booked out and we were not informed - would have expected to get informed by a hotel of this stature - however maazing, the hotel is next to a (very picturesque) road, which also slightly impacts his charm and you won’t be able to sleep with open windows

13/05/2025: Stunning hospitality. Set menu with lots of specials each day. Staff were able to advise alternatives for food intolerances and went out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. We felt very at home here. Truly memorable!

23/02/2025: Abbiamo chiamato alle 20e30 per chiedere se avessero posto per 10 persone, in 5 minuti ci hanno richiamato per dirci che ci avrebbero trovato un tavolo. Arrivati dopo 10 minuti e il tavolo era pronto. Personale gentile e nonostante oltre a noi ci fosse un altra tavolata da 15 persone il servizio è stato rapido. Abbiamo preso tutti pizza a diversi gusti ed è piaciuta a tutti. Non abbiamo provato antipasti e primi però possiamo dire che la pizza era molto buona e ben digeribile...che non è da dare per scontato

05/05/2025: Wonderful weekend. Excellent location. Very kind owners. We stayed two nights in absolute silence and with a view of the beautiful park of the villa. The dinner was also excellent, with attention to detail and very friendly staff. I highly recommend staying there

02/05/2025: Normal food, but not in line with the prices definitely too high. The staff practically didn't exist, and didn't seem prepared. I'd say it's just for the view, but I don't think I'll be back

31/03/2025: Ho scoperto il ristorante cercando su google, cercavo un posto per festeggiare insieme alla mia amica il suo compleanno e ho trovato questo ristorante. Ottima scoperta, abbiamo cenato con piatti a base di tartuto, cucinati perfettamente. I tagliolini al tartufo erano super! Ci tornerò presto con il mio compagno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto.

19/03/2025: Bonito menú. Buen vino. Bonita abuela. Música extra alta... que no encaja con el ambiente. A pesar de nuestra petición Florantiner filete era casi fila. Aunque Jacobi era muy muy agradable.
