10/05/2024: AS SAID ABOVE TOP Second time we've been back, this time the pizza was really good and excellent We had dinner in this restaurant and we had a good time, we took both fish and mixed Tuscan dishes, a fry, a grilled meat and a fish but the last one was not so appetising, a slice of salmon tail, two mini calamari and two L2 prawns and especially two scampi that are difficult to eat grilled, it's also true that it was Monday and the next day it was closed, all you had to do was say it was finished, which is why I give you 4 stars to encourage you to do better Show less

28/08/2024: We had dinner, arriving at 8.50pm, 2 starters and 4 pizzas, we got up at 11.30pm. Disorganized waiters, shocking confusion in the room. The only waitress of the many who survives if I'm not mistaken is called 'Melissa', polite and helpful, the others seemed to me to be there only for presence, personal advice to change jobs. Place not very clean, dirty cutlery, dirty glasses, I don't understand if the dishwasher washes the dishes with the light off, something embarrassing to say the least. Do we want to talk about bathroom hygiene? Better to draw a veil of mercy. The only positive thing is the huge parking lot, I forgot, a round of applause goes to the pizza chef who makes a really good fried pizza, too bad it's wasted in that place.

05/08/2024: A 8' da Loro Ciuffenna, tra i I borghi più belli d'Italia, c'è il casolare che tutti gli amanti della vita bucolica vorrebbero. Dopo una breve strada circondata dal bosco, si parcheggia in un grande prato e una gentile signora ci fa accomodare sotto una tettoia circondata dal verde e da due tattici ventilatori che alle 13 a fine luglio con 38°fanno sempre comodo! Chi prenderà l'ordine ci istruisce su come usare la Wi-FI e il QR code per consultare il menu: tecnologico, a prova di igiene e agevole per la scelta delle portate senza glutine, indicate con una spiga gialla. Dividiamo un abbondante tagliere di salumi e formaggi con una composta speciale di nespole e mirtilli, a seguire l'ottimo petto di pollo farcito e Tarese di Valdarno. Buona la fettona di pane senza glutine con 3 coccoli a sorpresa!

24/04/2024: Abbiamo prenotato al telefono una notte con prima colazione per due. Ci hanno chiamato per ricordarci l'ora del check in omettendo che la colazione, presentata sul loro sito, è semplicemente inesistente: ce l'hanno comunicato all'arrivo. Giustificazione: "Stiamo ristrutturando: un po' di pazienza." Ribadisco: non l'avevano specificato all'atto della prenotazione telefonica. Sconti? Nessuno. Gestione scorretta.

07/03/2024: Excellent hotel for those who need a quiet place to recharge their batteries after a day of work or travel. Everything is very clean and the shower is super performing. Extremely helpful and professional staff. The attached restaurant is excellent at super affordable prices (20 euros first course, second course with side dish, drinks, coffee and coffee killer). Breakfast with heavenly homemade desserts. Worth keeping in mind! Two small notes on room n.7: it is not possible to create perfect darkness in the room and there is no desk for working on the computer

27/07/2024: Siamo stati una domenica a pranzo, i piatti erano buonissimi non c'è nulla da dire, l'unico punto debole è l'attesa. Il ristorante era vuoto ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo per essere serviti peccato. Inoltre il ristorante era carino ma un po' caotico perché aveva sedie e tavoli diverse

16/06/2024: Posto con un grande potenziale, peccato che esternamente l’ ambiente dove mangi è trascurato, ci sono tanti dettagli che mancano o sono deteriorati. Riguardo al servizio i Bicchieri diversi l’ uno dall’ altro, non se ne rendono conto o non gli importa. Servizio disattento e lento. La qualità del cibo è insufficiente. Spendere per essere trattati così è un offesa e una mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. Sono rimasto deluso
