22/12/2024: Il locale vorrebbe essere abbastanza elegante e con un menù non troppo economico….ma il personale, nonostante sia gentile ed anche simpatico, è totalmente sprovveduto e inadeguato, adatto ad un’osteria/trattoria. Servizio molto lento e disorganizzato. Ci è stato servito del cinghiale crudo quando Il cinghiale è una carne che va trattata con un po' di attenzione. A differenza di altre carni, è importante che il cinghiale sia ben cotto per evitare rischi di parassiti come la trichinella, che possono essere presenti nella carne di selvaggina. Quindi, a differenza del manzo o dell'agnello, il cinghiale non dovrebbe essere rosa all'interno. Dovrebbe raggiungere una temperatura interna di almeno 75°C. Abbiamo lasciato il piatto e fatto notare la mancata cottura, ma ci è stato detto che stavano facendo delle prove perché troppo cotto veniva troppo duro…… Per dare a Cesare quel che è di Cesare ho mangiato un primo al tartufo molto buono però! Dal conto di 101,90 euro sono stati scontati 90 centesimi. Grazie per il caffè ma non credo che tornerò….

18/09/2024: Un lugar precioso. Personal muy servicial. Carne muy seria. El filete era increíble y memorable y a un precio muy razonable, aunque enormes cortes de carne. Las patatas y ensalada que acompañaban estaban muy bien. La única decepción fue que aquellos en nuestro partido que tenían pasta estaban decepcionados ya que era sin sabor y una decepción. Vinagre de vino Sangiovese impresionante para la ensalada. Nos gustó tanto que pasamos el resto de la semana buscando encontrarlo para llevar a casa pero nunca pudimos. Muy recomendable para el filete.

15/09/2024: Beautiful location in a very pretty hamlet. Warm welcome also for our four-legged friends. Excellent quality of the meat, as well as its cooking. Wine recommended by the house (bottled especially for the venue) with a good quality/price ratio, very good. Wide choice of fine wines. If you want to eat an excellent Fiorentina outside Florence, we highly recommend it.

14/01/2025: If you go to San Savino, very close to Arezzo, towards Siena, be sure to try to eat at Le Bindi. You are going to have a wonderful experience. You will eat at a large table of up to 20 people. You don't choose a menu. Every day they prepare a different one with local and seasonal products. A kind of tasting menu that will leave you shocked. Quality, careful and very natural elaboration. A good wine list and a surprising price. And the treatment is most pleasant. You will enjoy an experience that may not be in the great gastronomy or tourism guides, but that I recommend because you will savor it a lot and in every way.

15/12/2024: Convivial location; the absence of a menu is characteristic, you eat what has been prepared; don't worry, the products are of high quality and the courses are divided but recurring with well-prepared and well-cooked dishes, some of which are truly excellent. Interesting wine list with honest prices and a good selection. A place to spend a pleasant evening. Advised!!!
