12/01/2025: Quando andiamo a pranzo/cena fuori che cosa ci aspettiamo? Io, sicuramente, qualità e passare un po' di tempo rilassandosi in tranquillità. Ecco, "Il Cassero" di da tutto questo! Si parte con la scelta del vino: due calici, un Crognolo ed un Bolgheri, potendo scegliere tra diversi tipologie di ottimi vini al bicchiere come raramente mi era capitato! Poi un buon antipasto, vario e gustoso, a mezzo con mia moglie, dei tortelli di baccalà abbondanti ed equilibrati per me, una zuppa di cipolle perfettamente gratinata per lei! Poi, un po' sazio ma non del tutto, sei incerto se prendere altro ed allora, quello che credo sia il gestore o uno dei gestori (il signore con la barba, premuroso ed accogliente ma mai eccessivo) ti viene in aiuto con una ridotta, ma neanche tanto, porzione di "finto tonno", profumato ed appetitoso! Non solo, ma poi ti scala tre euro dal suo costo! Non è per i tre euro, vanno e vengono, ma apprezzo l'attenzione per il cliente, sono quelle piccole cose che ti faranno tornare volentieri e che ti faranno parlare bene del locale.

04/01/2025: It's not easy to find restaurants where the staff is so welcoming, kind and friendly. We were greeted with a smile (despite our 15 minute delay compared to the reservation) and in the same way we were greeted at the end of dinner. We ate very well, nothing to say about the quality of the ingredients and the flavors except that everything was absolutely delicious. When there is love and passion for what you do, you can feel it!

18/09/2024: Un lugar precioso. Personal muy servicial. Carne muy seria. El filete era increíble y memorable y a un precio muy razonable, aunque enormes cortes de carne. Las patatas y ensalada que acompañaban estaban muy bien. La única decepción fue que aquellos en nuestro partido que tenían pasta estaban decepcionados ya que era sin sabor y una decepción. Vinagre de vino Sangiovese impresionante para la ensalada. Nos gustó tanto que pasamos el resto de la semana buscando encontrarlo para llevar a casa pero nunca pudimos. Muy recomendable para el filete.

15/09/2024: Beautiful location in a very pretty hamlet. Warm welcome also for our four-legged friends. Excellent quality of the meat, as well as its cooking. Wine recommended by the house (bottled especially for the venue) with a good quality/price ratio, very good. Wide choice of fine wines. If you want to eat an excellent Fiorentina outside Florence, we highly recommend it.

15/12/2024: Convivial location; the absence of a menu is characteristic, you eat what has been prepared; don't worry, the products are of high quality and the courses are divided but recurring with well-prepared and well-cooked dishes, some of which are truly excellent. Interesting wine list with honest prices and a good selection. A place to spend a pleasant evening. Advised!!!

23/10/2024: Estábamos muy emocionados de comer en Le Bindi como lo recomendaron los amigos. Íbamos a celebrar los 80 años de mi marido. La idea de estar en una mesa de 20 personas fue muy emocionante. En cambio, cuando llegamos allí Paolo nos dijo que nos sentaríamos en una mesa de solo nosotros 5 en la bodega junto con otra mesa de 4. Los pasos a la bodega eran tan peligrosos, especialmente para 2 de nosotros con bastones. Aparentemente la prioridad fue a una fiesta de BD de 1 año para la mesa de 20. Además la otra mesa de 4 incluía un bebé llorando. Nada en contra de los niños sino otra decepción. Si me hubieran informado antes de nuestra reserva sobre dónde nos habrían sentado, probablemente habría cancelado comer allí y reservado en otro lugar. Condujimos más de 1 hora y media para llegar a Le Bindi para una decepción, no importa venir de los Estados Unidos de vacaciones. Como nota positiva, la comida estaba deliciosa en su mayoría y Paolo explicó la mayoría de las porciones. Recomendaría este lugar, pero asegúrese de que está sentado en la mesa de 20.

25/12/2024: The restaurant is unfortunately located in a hidden area, on a slope which scared us at night, however this was overshadowed when we started eating. Excellent food, excellent quality of ingredients, the chef was exquisite and very attentive to making sure we were comfortable. Plus we have a dog and not all dogs are treated well, in this facility our Ciro was welcomed with open arms. What to say, we wish you much success ❤️

10/01/2025: In December we passed by this restaurant as we exited the motorway at Monte San Savino, heading to Lucignano. We were attracted by the scent of grilled meat that we could smell as we approached. We didn't look at the reviews and, even though we couldn't see the place (it was dark), the scent spoke for itself. So we called and made a dinner reservation for two. We arrived, it was raining, the dirt car park where we arrived with the navigator (I saw that in the dark) is not the best, but we are entering a restaurant, so the spirit is in easy mode. As we approach the venue we notice many trucks in the parking lot below. And yes, for us the truck driver is a guarantee. Seeing the gigantic plates passing by and being able to eat little, we opted for grilled Chianina fillet, I with lard. Roasted potatoes on the side. Meat cooked as requested, excellent. Generous portion. I can't resist and we also take a panna cotta for two (given the size). We struggle to finish it. Having to drive I couldn't take wine, too bad, it was all there. My husband the house red, typical Tuscan. Discreet. The bill commensurate with the quantity and type of meat, from a restaurant. Accurate service, helpful and attentive staff. Simple environment, perhaps a little chaotic. I don't like TV in clubs but I understand their presence. A stop worth saving if you go that way. I didn't see the bathroom, but I liked the open kitchen with the smells of good food. We'll be back. For the photos.... I got distracted by the environment and the food and didn't take them 😁

02/01/2025: Fantastic! I cannot describe in any other way the kindness with which they welcomed us (arriving after hours), the care and the taste of the food. They really deserve 5 stars. Excellent location near the motorway, ample parking, clean and non-smoky room despite the grill being exposed. There is an external veranda which will certainly be pleasant in summer. Friendly and approachable owners. We will certainly return. Thank you!

26/12/2024: The place is a bit uphill, but then you are rewarded by excellent service and, above all, excellent cuisine... the dishes are all really good and you are spoiled for choice, both for fish ones that for those with meat..

26/12/2024: I don't know if it was a bad day but more than half of the second courses were missing from the menu (mixed grill, fillets), there was only one steak available and it didn't look good (plus they hadn't lit the fire to cook the meat ). Among other things, the room was very cold and we had to eat with our jackets on. I repeat that there could be a bad day but customer management was not completely respectful.
