24/08/2024: Shop set in the cute village of Chiassaia, a crossing point for the start of various hiking routes. Phenomenal flatbread, very tasty and a wide choice of local and non-local fillings. High quality cold cuts and cheeses. They also have some desserts and some products on display for purchase. Prices in line with the area. Recommended!

06/02/2025: Nice atmosphere but very small portions and very expensive in proportion to what you ordered. The menu on the website does not match the real one and neither do the prices because they have not been updated by the new management. The reviews up to January 30 refer to the old management.

04/10/2024: Ambiente informale in un contesto paesano. Il locale si presenta alla "buona", da trattoria ma il menù ha velleità da alta ristorazione soprattutto nei prezzi.
Per carità, tutto quello ordinato era senz'altro buono ma il rapporto qualità prezzo non è sicuramente favorevole.
18/08/2024: Nonostante fosse una giornata particolare (ed in genere caotica), ho trovato un luogo accogliente con una temperatura gradevole e con personale professionale e cortese. Ottima la qualità del cibo e le porzioni abbondanti. Vale la pena tornare.

25/08/2024: We loved our stay at Residence Ferriera! We booked through Airbnb, where a company takes care of the bookings - however, we were a little disappointed by the lack of a charger for electric cars, which was written in the ad, but we found a solution.
We were welcomed by the friendly owner who showed us around when we arrived late in the evening. The house is down a long path, which makes it very private, and in the middle of the grounds there is a waterfall where you can swim, which runs through the grounds with a bridge over it. Down the path there is a market day on Mondays with fruit/vegetables/clothes, as well as small local shops, bars and a pizza restaurant.
We stayed in an apartment with 2 rooms, a family room and a bathroom, which was all lovely spacious and semi-private. In the rooms, there was a fan in the ceiling, which was fine on the hot days, but it got a little warm in the kitchen in the evening, so windows/doors had to be opened, and here I recommend mosquito spray/mosquito candles.
It's a charming house on the older side, but I think that's definitely part of the charm.
Up the stairs there is a large pool with a view beyond Loro Ciefuenna, and there are plenty of sunbeds - you have to be careful though. on the many horseflies that come during the day.
Can definitely recommend Residence La Ferriera👏🏼

22/08/2024: Die Pizzen sind groß und geschmacklich ok. Sie sind etwas fad und leider ist der Teig etwas weich.
Da habe ich Italien schon wesentlich bessere Pizzen gegessen.
Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier aber.
Das Personal ist teilweise etwas überfordert, wenn das Restaurant gut besucht ist.
Die Deko im Innenraum ist kunterbunt und wirkt zusammengewürfelt, ohne klare Linie.
11/08/2024: Se non fosse stato per le scuse ricevute dal poco personale presente per i tempi di attesa biblici e per il servizio in ragione della scarsità del personale stesso, assolutamente insufficiente sarebbe stato addirittura da dare un uno su cinque. Per quanto riguarda la pizza per me è un senza infamia e senza lode, massimo comunque sarebbe stato un 3 ad esagerare, la media fa due, non di più.

Tagliere con affettati e crostini abbondante, primi gustosi e porzioni generose. Fritto buono e ottimo vino rose in accompagnamento.
