02/04/2024: Found by chance on Google looking for a restaurant where you can stop for lunch..... leaving the A1 motorway it's only 10km....
Industrial area, not touristy but what meat.... delicious!!
Friendly and helpful staff.
We will be back!

We stopped after some Googling on our way to Orvieto.
Fantastic food of excellent quality, very kind girls and very honest Prizzi.
10 minute detour from the toll booth which is worth the trip!

08/03/2024: Un buon ristorante a Foiano della Chiana , ambiente molto grande ed informale. Il menù si trova all'ingresso scritto su fogli e ogni foglio riporta un piatto con una buona scelta di primi e secondi piatti , i dolci sono visibili in una bacheca protetta. C'è anche la possibilità di avere un paio di tipi di pizza in alternativa. Secondi piatti di carne buoni e ben curati , servizio attento e veloce .

Wide selection of sweets, savories and bread fresh at the counter and pre-packaged food.
Wide choice of pastries and cafeteria for breakfast.

26/03/2024: poor service, during lunch I found the unexpected company of a cat, which sat between my back and the back of the chair. Very nice cat, for goodness sake, but at least the courtesy of apologizing for the inconvenience would have been appreciated, even if the waiters seemed to barely speak Italian. The sushi was decent, but nothing too far from a common all you can eat, so I consider the à la carte menu unjustified.

02/04/2024: Really terrible place, zero stars, raw ham that had an unpleasant smell, barely enough buffalo mozzarella, pizza that could be seen from a mile away having been cooked in the microwave... Lukewarm instead of nice and steaming hot as it should be, just taken out of the oven. Not to mention the very slow service, not so much for the person but precisely because there was only one person serving so many tables, for which I blame the chain which, evidently to save money, has reduced the staff, with a consequent increase in waiting times , especially to pay. In any case, the food is of low quality and several things are indigestible. Never to return again.

24/03/2024: Found by chance while passing through Foiano, we stopped for a lunch break. We enjoyed a delicious Chianina DOC burger. The owners are really friendly and you can see that they believe in their work. Highly recommended. 😉
