06/01/2025: We went for dinner. Delicious dishes and fantastic wine, which are rightly paid for. Pleasant atmosphere, halfway between a restaurant and a refuge. The only note is that the wait staff was very cold and listless. But then again we went to eat and not to make friends. I recommend it.

05/02/2025: Guys, here we dine like gentlemen. Yesterday Lino prepared a fabulous Mexican Chili.
30/01/2025: Very yummy pasta. Fixed menu without the menu. I recommend that you look around to see what other people are eating and order that way. Very little English but the restaurant people were kind and patient. I did love their cute paper placemats and napkins. We had the tortellini soup, pasta bolognese (no marinara), salad, espresso, cookie and tiramisu. It was yumm

16/12/2024: Very intimate place with attention to detail, small dimensions for this intimate setting even for small groups. Good choice of wines. It goes without saying that, being in Gries and being a wine shop as well as a restaurant, the price is not within everyone's reach. Aim for quality rather than quantity.

09/02/2025: Di ritorno dalla settimana bianca ci siamo fermati qui prima di prendere il treno. Tantissime opzioni senza glutine, velocità e cortesia. La pizza senza glutine ( ho preso una diavola) veramente buona.
30/01/2025: Locale ideale per chi vuole gustarsi un aperitivo con vista sulla centralissima piazza Walther nel cuore del centro storico di Bolzano.
Oltre ad i classici aperitivi, il locale offre una buona carta dei vini ricca di cantine locali.
Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando la centralità della location, molto apprezzati gli stuzzichini serviti con l'aperitivo.
Per chi volesse prolungare l'aperitivo con la cena/pranzo, il locale dispone di una sala ristorante dove, oltre ad i piatti della cucina locale, si può mangiare una pizza.

08/01/2025: Abbiamo preso tre pretzel, ma li abbiamo trovati un po' piccoli e troppo salati, in media buoni come quelli che abbiamo mangiato in tutta bolzano. Forse meritava di più lo strudel.

19/11/2024: Cibo molto buono… saporito… L unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata il fatto che non c è un menù e quindi i prezzi non si possono vedere, non c è pos e non viene fatto nessuno scontrino… 😅
28/10/2024: Die Buschenschank liegt in einer traumhaften Lage mit beeindruckender Aussicht am Ritten. Sehr uriger Gastgarten und Gaststube (mit gemütlichem Holzofen).
Wein und südtrioler Küche sind ausgezeichnet. Die Wirtin "Mali", eine Legende, hat immer etwas zu erzählen und gibt auch ihre Rezpete (Schlutzkrapfen und Strauben) weiter. Törggelen, wie man es sich vorstellt.

14/12/2024: Das Würstel Ständchen Elmar Number 1 in Bozen ist einfach unschlagbar! Das Essen war hervorragend – frische Zutaten, perfekt zubereitet und mit viel Liebe serviert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der äußerst freundliche Service: Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen und bestens betreut. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die großartigen Geschmack und herzliche Atmosphäre schätzen!
12/09/2024: My son and I now have food poisoning after eating fries with ketchup and mayonnaise.
Since my healthy wife also ate fries but without mayonnaise, the mayonnaise seems to be to blame.
In the future, put your mayonnaise in the fridge Elmar!

20/08/2023: Pessimi. Devo fare Merano e scopro che nelle ultime 24 ore da 1,399 € sono passati a 1,488 €. Sarà forse perché ci sono le partenze dei vacanzieri??? Comunque, dall'altra parte c'è Q8 che ha mantenuto 1,399 €. Peggio per voi, vi siete persi due colazioni ed un pieno di gas.
