10/05/2026: The dishes we ordered had very authentic flavours. Unfortunately, the service was really slow (more than half an hour for the starters), perhaps because of takeaway orders and how busy the restaurant was.

20/05/2026: The best, an absolute guarantee in Ostuni. It's well worth it, quality pizza. Excellent portions. Among the fastest service I've ever had, despite all the tables being occupied. Spillo is unique and inimitable.

20/05/2026: I've never eaten such good pizza before, simply perfect. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease there. The restaurant is very comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely eat here again.

04/11/2025: We stopped for lunch by chance. I have to say that you can tell the food is freshly made, I think, on the spot. We had a simple soup. The girl who served us was extremely kind and nice, the place was very clean. We happened to be there almost at closing time on a Sunday for lunch, but they were extremely kind and friendly and let us have lunch. We will definitely be back to try other dishes as well.

11/07/2026: We were here last night with my husband and our daughter, and the experience was fantastic. The location is stunning: dining with such a beautiful sunset view makes everything even more special. The food was excellent, and the staff was truly kind and welcoming, a detail that always makes a difference for those with small children. Attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely excellent value for money. Highly recommended for both a romantic evening or a family dinner!

11/04/2026: We waited 45 minutes for the first appetizer, another 10 minutes for the first course (cold and tasteless), and in the meantime, two more appetizers were forgotten. I pointed this out to the staff in the dining room, who, without explanation, brought out one of the forgotten appetizers, served by the rather annoyed owner! After the third hot appetizer, which also arrived cold and without the ingredients indicated, we stood up and asked to stop the rest of our order and pay for what we had eaten up to that point (not even the gesture of offering drinks). I asked for explanations without receiving any, with the arrogant and insolent owner, who also pretended to be right. The worst restaurant experience of my life. The staff in the dining room were kind but not very knowledgeable, the restaurant design was of questionable taste, the food was poor, and the service was terrible. The most discordant note was the owner's attitude. "Not even the dogs"

10/06/2026: I had pad thai and chicken yakitori which were good, but the sushi is definitely to be avoided.

10/06/2026: I ordered a classic padthai and spring rolls for takeout, and I didn't realize the padthai was in broth. The packages were all greasy, the noodles were overcooked in broth, and the spring rolls were completely rubbery. I don't think I'll be back ;)

13/07/2026: A fantastic experience. The quality of the dishes is excellent, and you can taste the care taken in their preparation. The chicken skewers were tender and flavorful, served with a delicious sauce. The pad thai, with its generous sprinkling of crunchy peanuts, was also perfectly prepared. We'll definitely be back.

03/07/2026: We stopped for a quick aperitif, and even though there were 22 of us, they found us a seat and the girls were very helpful. We really appreciated how quickly we were served, and most importantly, each person was given a small plate of appetizers, which were brought back every time we placed a new order. I highly recommend it.
