23/02/2025: We chose this bar restaurant to organize catering for a 30th birthday and we can only express total satisfaction. The professionalism of the service was impeccable from the beginning: the owner, Simone, was very knowledgeable in understanding our needs, responding with courtesy and availability to our every request. Every detail was carefully taken care of and the catering exceeded our expectations, offering tasty and high quality dishes. The cake deserves special attention, which was a true work of art. Not only aesthetically beautiful, but also exquisite in flavor, a final cherry that made our event even more special. Thanks to the Oasi team for making this occasion unforgettable!

28/03/2025: The staff at Hotel Carmine recommended Botega del Carmine to eat. It was excellent and we had a beautiful evening in this hidden gem of a restaurant with piano music, a garden, fairy lights and amazing service. (Come out of hotel turn left and restaurant is on the left near cacti. It is easy to miss - it has an enclosed garden in the centre which is not visible from the road 10/10. We live in France and appreciate good food and quality. The service was excellent and the meal awesome - their chef is top. The pianist/singer had talent.

07/02/2025: At 5.30pm we wanted to buy a roast chicken for dinner, the skewers were full but Mr. Marcello Laudicina informed us that the chickens were not ready and that we had to come from 7.30 pm. We returned at that time and Mr. Laudicina himself exclaimed that the chickens were all finished, and to our disappointment he added with a smile: but you didn't book!!!! Perhaps we would have expected a business owner who promotes himself with the beautiful photographs and beautiful words that we find on his website to warn us at 5.30pm that it was necessary to book, and to at least apologize for what happened. There is an inaccuracy in your answer: you never said that you had to book. In any case there was no expression on his part other than that nice little smile

12/02/2025: The place resembles a hall and everything is very noisy. There are probably 15 employees or more, unfortunately around 80% of them seemed very limited to me. The lady at the checkout was the only one who showed empathy and I am grateful to her for that, she deserves praise. The food was very tasty, I had a fritto misto and grilled vegetables. Plus white wine and finally a cafe and a grappa. Total 35 euros.

08/02/2025: Very informal location, with this huge room that seats around a hundred. Despite everything, the environment was not noisy. The pizza, its dough and the ingredients are good. Friendly and helpful staff. Must try.

La qualità dei piatti è sempre eccellente , con ingredienti freschi e sapori autentici che riflettono la vera tradizione della cucina locale. Il personale è gentile e attento, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con cortesia e professionalità. L'ambiente è caldo e accogliente, perfetto sia per una cena tra amici che per un'occasione speciale. Ogni volta che torno, mi sento come a casa. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la passione e la dedizione che si percepiscono in ogni dettaglio. La Trattoria Garibaldi è una garanzia di qualità e ospitalità.

Appena entrati non si può che ammirare la riqualificazione stupenda che è stata fatta a questo antico capannone Florio. Il cibo ordinato squisito e porzioni abbondanti. L’attenzione per i celiaci è straordinaria: La frittura tra le più buone mai mangiate. Servizio attento ma non pressante. Costo giusto per ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Da provare assolutamente!

09/07/2024: It was about 4 years ago that I had no longer had the pleasure of being at Paradise Dallas, I must say that already years ago I was pleasantly impressed by the service, the dinner etc. Being celiac I often find myself having to give up many things during these holidays but at the Paradise Dallas you have the joy of feeling quote unquote "normal". From the appetizer to the dessert I had the pleasure of tasting everything, well presented dishes, excellent taste, kind professional service available for every request. The attention and care they take regarding allergies is exemplary. The manager is a kind, friendly and very professional person. The pleasure of being able to enjoy a carefully made dessert, super good sponge cake and top cream💯. I can only give the highest rating and I highly recommend you try it, I would also advise many restaurateurs to take example from them, because nowadays being celiac shouldn't be a problem, we shouldn't feel treated as if we had who knows what. Congratulations to all the staff 💕

17/01/2025: A point of reference for those arriving from the motorway and having to cross the S.S.188. At lunch they do not bad first and second courses and as a diner you have different types of sandwiches and flatbreads, the staff is always courteous.

18/11/2024: When I pass by Via Salemi it is a fixed stop for me. The Breakfast is excellent but the Lunch Menu is no joke and is very varied with excellent and plentiful first courses. The staff very courteous and kind.
