05/10/2025: I finally had dinner here, and it was a wonderful surprise. The welcome and cuisine were top-notch. They recommended the right dishes and the right wine, and we felt pampered the entire time. The chef has created a cohesive and truly professional team, not to mention the choice of dishes on the menu, which demonstrated research, attention to detail, and a keen eye for pairings. The quality of the raw fish, the tagliolini with squid ink, the main courses, and the desserts truly won us over. It goes without saying that we'll be back very soon!

03/10/2025: A place in Marsala where you can try a variety of traditional and non-traditional dishes. Even though it's October, it's crowded, so you need to be patient. The couscous is delicious, and the parmigiana is excellent. Eat well for a reasonable price.

I travel often and enjoy local food and drink, and here they satisfied my desire... The service was excellent and super fast, the bill was excellent... here the flavors and Trapani food are not overlooked, highly recommended.

21/09/2025: Disappointment despite good reviews – beware! We recently visited a seafood restaurant in Marsala, drawn by the many positive reviews we'd read online. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. Once we arrived, we were surprised to notice that all the fish dishes on the menu had an asterisk, indicating frozen products. Considering that we're in a seaside town and that the restaurant bills itself as a "seafood" restaurant, we expected a completely different quality, perhaps with at least some fresh fish of the day. This detail hadn't been mentioned in any of the reviews we'd read, and it's only right that those looking for a true local seafood experience be aware of it. The service was courteous and the restaurant was nice, but the quality of the ingredients doesn't justify the rave reviews we'd read online. I advise readers to be wary of overly enthusiastic reviews and do their research before choosing, especially if you're looking for fresh seafood.

10/09/2025: Grumpy as hell He doesn't know what kindness or politeness is September. There's no one on the beach. It's a cloudy, windy day, almost raining. I ask for a simple, slightly warmed chocolate croissant. The first time, he pretends not to hear, and passes it to me cold. The second time, thinking he hadn't heard me, I politely ask if he can warm it up for me. He starts cursing, making hand gestures and muttering strange things, and then throws the plate in front of me on the counter. At this, I'm incredulous because I don't understand his problem. It was clear he was mad at me. I ask him if this kind of treatment is normal, because if he couldn't warm it up, he could just say so clearly and it would have been over with. He continues gesturing in vain, telling me that it's still warm in September and that croissants don't heat up. Is everything okay?

19/10/2025: We had a tasting... they welcomed us despite the very short notice. Manuela, our guide, took us on a tour of the cellars and conveyed all the love she and the owners have for this place. An enchanting place, created with love for their land. We'll be back... congratulations!

20/09/2025: As a family, we decided to choose this winery for a Sicilian wine tasting. Mrs. Paola (owner with her husband Giacomo, an oenologist and researcher) welcomed us to the estate and spoke about their history, the traditions they have revived to enhance the land they live on, and shared their passion for this work with us. She showed us both the vineyard, explaining the characteristics of the various grapes, and the winemaking process (currently underway), as well as their cellar, allowing us to stroll among the barrels and bottles of wine. We chose the €30 tasting plus, which includes a tasting of five wines (vintage, Grillo, Bianco Riserva, Nero d'Avola, and Rosso Riserva) along with a platter of panelle, bruschetta, their own olives, almonds, and small samples of traditional Sicilian dishes such as tuna with onions and caponata. The wines are exceptional, and you can taste their passion through their products. We each stopped for a first course, highly recommended for the quality and generosity of the chef. We had linguine with almond and lemon pesto and Mazara shrimp, couscous with fish soup, and busiate pasta with swordfish and eggplant. The experience is absolutely worthwhile, highly recommended: it's a wonderful company that works hard, respecting a vision and philosophy that has been their guiding principle for over twenty years. The staff was very friendly and available to answer our questions about the estate and the wine. We look forward to future events on perpetual wine, given the curiosity instilled during the guided tour.

28/09/2025: Just outside the center of Marsala. Very well maintained, the owners and staff are truly friendly and helpful. To let us eat in peace, the owner offered to push the stroller since the baby was falling asleep. We declined so as not to disturb us, but it was a truly appreciated gesture and not at all expected. The food, what can I say? From the appetizers to the pizzas to the first courses, everything was truly delicious. We will return to Marsala, and we will definitely return to this restaurant.

19/09/2025: Today, since we were on vacation, we went to eat something sweet at this place that a local guy had recommended to us. We ate two truly delicious cannoli.

06/09/2025: Delicious, to say the least, one of the best breakfasts in Sicily. The Danish apple, cream, and jam is truly special.

09/10/2025: Dinner 3 of 6 in Sicily. We were here for the "Insolito" event, which featured seafood dishes (primarily red shrimp), accompanied by unusual pairings and local wines. Everything was excellent, from the food to the atmosphere, and the visual and verbal presentation of the dishes. Due to the delays of other customers, we were even offered a small appetizer to while away the wait.

04/10/2025: Fantastic place, we returned after about ten years... precisely because we had such a great time back then! We came down from Le Marche, and I assure you, it was worth it!! Definitely highly recommended. Fantastic people and excellent quality food! Thanks to the guys at the restaurant

29/08/2025: We ordered burgers, but unfortunately they were a huge disappointment. The veal was very fatty and hard to eat. I asked for another burger, but that was also disappointing: the meat was burnt and dry. A burger should be a simple dish to prepare, but evidently not everyone is capable of it. To make the experience worse, they even charged us for the burger, which we hadn't finished. This place is definitely to be avoided.

07/10/2025: We had lunch there, it was easy to select. Sweet and Savoury food was good. They do have the couscous di pesce however there wasn’t a lot of fish on my plate. They have a high chair for the baby. Possibility to seat inside. Next to the very Nice Alagna Winery !

19/10/2025: I'd heard about this pizzeria, and last Saturday, despite having little time for dinner, I decided to take the plunge. The format is efficient self-service: you order at the counter and pick up your pizza when it's ready, then enjoy it there. Despite the crowds (the place was filled with customers eating in and taking out), the service was surprisingly quick and well-managed. While waiting, I sampled an excellent fritto misto: the panelle, mozzarella balls, and French fries were cooked to perfection, golden brown, and—most importantly—absolutely not greasy. It was quickly time for the pizza: I picked it up at the counter, and it was rich in toppings, well-cooked, and incredibly tasty. The prices are the same as takeout, with no surcharge for table service. This makes the value for money simply exceptional! The staff is extremely kind and attentive to customer needs. A definitely positive experience.
