18/11/2025: For anyone passing through Marsala, I think this is a must-stop. The freshly filled cannoli are truly special (accompanied by a cordial of Marsala Ambrosecco wine), delicate, the flavor of the ricotta isn't overpowered by other flavors, and the cannoli shell is cooked really well, perfectly crispy. The courtesy and kindness of the lady behind the counter is impeccable. I recommend everyone to stop by.

31/12/2025: Delicious lunch! We had lunch on December 31st and were very satisfied. The appetizer was sea bream, Pantelleria salad, and gluten-free spaghetti with clams, which I really appreciated for their deliciousness and the availability of them, given that I'm gluten intolerant. Attentive and courteous service. The view of the Egadi Islands was wonderful! Recommended!

18/01/2026: We had dinner at Le Caserie and were enchanted. The dishes are true works of art: the cuttlefish and busiate were exceptional. You can taste the sourcing of the finest ingredients and the chef's expert hand in revisiting Sicilian tradition. The elegant and romantic atmosphere is perfect for a special evening.

05/01/2026: Nicola, his son Gabriele, and the entire staff are exceptional, not only in their hospitality but also in their attention to detail throughout the meal. The food is excellent, with excellent quality and reasonable prices for the selection. They also accommodate all food allergies and vegetarian requests. I've been coming here for years and it's always a pleasure to return. Another plus is the waiters, who speak perfect English, a crucial detail when hosting international guests. 25/01/2026: Last night we dined at Bottega del Carmine and it was a treat for the palate and the soul. The dishes were expertly prepared and the staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The final surprise was the bill, which offered excellent value for money.

19/01/2026: Beautiful evening! We felt pampered, the chef was able to convey all his professionalism and immediately put us at ease, offering advice on our choice of dishes! The octopus melted in our mouths...and that's not at all a given. The starters were delicious, as were the desserts! Congratulations...I absolutely recommend! The service was also very discreet but attentive, fantastic!

19/10/2025: We were drawn to this place by the people who recommended it, as well as by the positive reviews. I had made a reservation since it was Saturday, and as soon as we arrived, it was chaos; they didn't know where to put us. After five minutes, they sat us at a tiny table that literally couldn't fit; I didn't know where to put my bag and coat. We were in the aisle leading to the register. We spent the whole evening in absolute chaos, with waiters passing trays in front of us, calling out to each other and shouting, it felt like a long table with all the other guests, zero privacy. We had the burger, and it wasn't bad, but mediocre. It left me hungry and not at all satisfying. We waited for the waiters to ask us if we wanted dessert or something else, but we waited and no one came. At a certain point, we left. We will definitely not return. A chaotic place with zero comfort.

First, we noticed the meticulous attention to detail in cleaning every corner of the premises, which is truly commendable because it speaks volumes about the business's operating policies and the trust they place in it. Excellent coffee, a good white wine by the glass, and the friendly service and high-quality products round out the experience.

13/09/2025: During our stay in Marsala, we wanted to do a cheese tasting, but had little success in our search. We asked our now favorite enoteca, Fortunata, and were told, "Of course we can organize it." We found a small international group and a large and exciting selection of cheeses (cheese with Nero d'Avola, cheese with gin, cheese with Passito di Pantelleria, etc.). Of course, there was also an excellent wine selection and the usual excellent service. Thanks to the Fortunata team, we'll definitely be back next year!

01/02/2026: Below-average food, a well-established and ultra-popular pizzeria in Marsala, but one that has never really impressed me despite my many visits. The pizza is sometimes subpar and burnt, such as the watery Bufalina. It's not terrible, and it's good because you don't necessarily need to book two or three days in advance, and the atmosphere is pleasant, especially outside, although it's perhaps a bit too warm inside.

17/01/2026: Everything was perfect! Spectacular pizza, with a wide selection, in a charming and well-kept location. Since I have allergies, the staff was very professional and attentive to my needs on more than one occasion. Fast service. Now my go-to pizzeria in the area. I'll definitely be back!
