31/05/2026: Recommended by a local, it turned out to be a real hit. Traditional flavors that make your mouth water. Tuna busiate with amazing sauce (scarpetta) and a sprinkling of "aglio e muddica" (poor man's cheese). True Sicilians will forgive me for any mistakes I make.

26/05/2026: The person who served us made an effort to understand and assist us. We had pasta with sardines and a very fresh and well-prepared fried fish dish, along with a salad and some delicious coffees. They offered us a Marsala white wine, which was good. One problem was the restrooms, especially the men's, and there was a smell inside (not from food) that I couldn't identify.

20/08/2026: Typical Sicilian products, it's a shame there's no real place where you can taste them, under a rectangular umbrella, even with a fan on, at an unbearable temperature, because you're on the pedestrian road that goes towards the city center.

16/06/2026: I don't understand all these positive reviews, we paid a fortune for two glasses of wine and that was "just enough" which was actually the amount they usually give at tastings, good wine for goodness' sake, but not local but then it doesn't make sense.

21/08/2026: It's nice to share positive reviews/experiences. Today, August 21st, we enjoyed the fish couscous takeout. We ordered, on their recommendation, 2 kg of couscous for five people. It was generous in portions, in fact, enough for six. Excellent, good flavor and well-seasoned. The soup broth was provided separately in a glass bottle. It was sufficient, but if I may offer a tip, the broth, even a little more generous, wouldn't hurt. I can say, everything was really good. P.S. When booking, I gave my wife's surname, a local surname. Thank you, and definitely see you next time.

28/07/2026: Welcoming and very clean atmosphere. I'd been there a year ago and promised the lady I'd return because I'd glimpsed the inviting food. I returned after a year and had lunch there today. Parmigiana, and a dish with half caponata and half vegetable tabbouleh. Water and iced coffee for only €16.50. Everything was excellent and exceptional!!! Highly recommended! Also just steps from the salt mines 👏🏻

21/07/2026: It's not bad... if you want to linger a bit longer they don't seem to appreciate it. They keep staring at you... especially at the person at the counter. It usually happens... and it happens to me... that after breakfast I wait a moment and want to order something else... coffee, etc... but I don't feel comfortable... they look at you as if to tell you to clear the table... I should start by saying that there are tables both inside and outside. In short, in these places it's also nice to relax for a moment. The location is not bad... I see the display case with both sweet and savory items... breakfast... lunch... but they should change their attitude a bit. On vacation, that's what you do... even relax...

25/05/2026: Choosing Baglio Oneto for our wedding (May 23, 2026) was one of the best decisions we could have made. Wonderful views, impeccable organization, and kind and super helpful staff. We especially thank Vincenzo, Massimo, and the maître d'—truly wonderful and highly competent people! The food was excellent, and all our guests complimented us on the organization and quality of the reception. We also spent the night at the hotel. The room was perfect, with attention to every detail. A magical place that we will always cherish. Thank you for everything; it was a pleasure meeting you! Emanuele, Maria, and little Gabriel ♥️

22/04/2026: This is a very nice hotel to stay at. It is quite large (conferences are also held there). But you don't really notice that very much. At the (amazing!!) breakfast and by the (beautiful) infinity pool, you are only with a small group of people. Otherwise, it is a traditional hotel. You notice this in the rooms (good but not very special), and the dinner is also good but not very exceptional. The people who work there are extraordinarily friendly, very helpful, and really want to make you feel comfortable. The price is quite steep. Before this, we stayed at two small-scale, top-notch places on the east of the island, but they were less pricey than Baglio Oneto. That is a bit out of proportion. That is why, all in all, it just misses 5 stars. I would come back in a heartbeat for the people who work here; the place itself needs something extra.

13/08/2026: Both the arancini and the land and sea salad were delicious. We had also ordered the couscous, which was completely satisfying. We finished with a tasting of Marsala wines. Thank you for your kindness and advice.

10/08/2026: I'm writing this review sitting at the table... I just finished eating the brusiata with tuna ragù and I thoroughly enjoyed it. All the dishes we chose were excellent, five-star. As were the staff...what can I say? Before we return home from vacation, we'll definitely be back on more than one occasion.

24/08/2026: I was there for dinner, the seafood bruschetta and the busiate with pistachio pesto and prawns were excellent, the staff were very kind.

17/07/2026: I often order pizza delivery here for myself and my friends. So far, we've only tried it this way, but I plan to try it out for myself as soon as possible. The pizzas are excellent, with a good quality/price ratio and certainly much more competitive than elsewhere. The order management and fulfillment are excellent: the pizzas are always on time, and deliveries are handled in an organized manner. The proprietary app is an added bonus that no other restaurant has. Not only does it allow you to quickly view the menu anywhere, but it also allows you to order, making the delivery process infinitely faster. We'll be going there soon, so I'll update this review as well. 🍕

28/06/2026: I go to this pizzeria very often, I've always had a good experience, but after the last experience, I'll never go there again. I got takeout pizza and IT WAS DISGUSTING. We all felt sick for a whole day with intestinal problems. It was a terrible experience. It was like I had food poisoning, and there's no excuse for it being a virus because five of us ate their pizza for dinner, and all five of us had the same symptoms that night. (The review I wrote this afternoon was a typo. Instead of writing "one day," I wrote "3," but the terrible experience has remained. We're still sick now.)
