Sapuritu In Palazzolo acreide

We had two excellent pasta dishes at this little restaurant in the beautiful Piazza del Popolo! Kudos to the smiling staff... a great end to the day for us!

Everything was delicious, especially the local meat dishes, and the portions were generous. The piazza is a charming setting, and the staff were extremely friendly.

Our favorite spot in Palazzolo! We ate there three times in five days. It's definitely not a "fancy" place, but an honest bar with surprisingly good food at fair to low prices. On my third visit, I was even allowed to help myself to a Franziskaner wheat beer from the fridge, which made me feel right at home. The Aperol glass, being the size of its own, could easily pass for a flower vase elsewhere. Sapurito is practically the only place that offers lunch. All in all, a place to feel good.

A very nice place, we ate at the side of the square with a view to the church. The food was good, the owner very warm. A hidden diamant. I highly recommend it.

A must-visit, highly recommended if you're in Palazzolo Acreide. We stopped by after the amusement park at 6:00 PM, and thanks to the continuous kitchen, they welcomed us with utmost hospitality. Compliments go first and foremost to Sandra in the dining room (who later turned out to be the owner), impeccable, kind, and incredibly welcoming, and to chef Salvatore in the kitchen. We hadn't eaten such good meat in years! The honey-caramelized pork ribs and the pork shank with potatoes were spectacular: tender, fresh, and full of flavor. We hadn't eaten such good meat in years. A well-deserved five stars for the service and quality!

A restaurant in the heart of the beautiful town of Palazzolo Acreide, the restaurant is centrally located in the main square, with both indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for the tables in the square, and it was a truly fantastic lunch, both for the location and the high quality of the food. Sandra, very professional and attentive to our requests, went out of her way to make us feel at ease (including the photos 🙄🤦). The ravioli with pork sauce, roast sausage with black olives on a bed of arugula, the parmigiana, and the horse meatballs are worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The wine and beer selection is also extensive. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're visiting the city. Thank you.

We stopped at Sapuritu while visiting Palazzolo Acreide. We first had a delicious cappuccino at noon. The owner informed us about the town's attractions and invited us for dinner. After exploring Palazzolo, we returned to Sapuritu for dinner. Even though it was late February and the afternoon was already quite chilly, we opted for a table outside for the stunning view of the square and cathedral. Without asking, the owner brought us blankets to keep us warm. We ordered ricotta ravioli in a sauce with pieces of salsica, accompanied by local wine. Everything was delicious, and the wonderful service and pleasant conversation with the owner created an unforgettable atmosphere.
