05/05/2025: I’m writing to share my unforgettable experience and describe the delicious dinner I had at the restaurant. We were in Carini, and we usually asks locals for recommendations. As a fact the majority of them recommended Baglio Ciachea so we called the restaurant to book a table for 7. Our first reaction was 🤩 Wow. The location is amazing. The restaurant is inside an old and enchanting Baglio, with an old And Beautiful Garden. It was April, so still cold. but in Summer time people can dine in the garden, which is a truly experience. Upon our arrival, We were welcomed by two lovely people, Katia and Giovanni, whom customer service is beyond any expectation. Thank you. The menu offers both dining menu and a Pizza menu’, however we decided to go for more a la carte menu’ to get the full experience. The highlight of our experience were pasta with Astice (Lobster), a very delicacy, pasta with squid ink, which if you love fish you can’t absolutely miss it. We proceed with a recommendation from the staff, which included “Salmone in crosta and Red prawns) , which was absolutely delicious. Lastly our dessert was a Tprtino Morbido di Cioccolato. A cake with a soft chocolate mousse. Absolutely delicious. Thank you guys for the customer service and amazing food. We will definitely be back soon. if you are in Sicily it is worth the visit :)

10/05/2025: We decided to organize our animal-loving daughter's communion party on this wonderful farm. Calling it a farm is actually an understatement because it is a sophisticated, elegant and very well organized environment, with a well-kept garden area, play area, visit path for visiting animals, spacious reception rooms surrounded by lemon trees. The staff welcomed us with great courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. A special applause in particular to the dining room manager, whose name unfortunately I don't remember, who assisted us throughout the lunch and made us feel at home. And thanks to the children's entertainer who involved them in fun and constructive outdoor games complete with a little gift for each of them. the food was exquisite, truly genuine (ricotta and jams top!), varied and delicious. We are very very satisfied. Truly a magical place that has become familiar to us and to which we will certainly return. I recommend it for those who want to feel good and be pampered by the beautiful sun, good food and lots of nature.

18/05/2025: The place is very interesting, nice and well organized, it offers a large parking lot with valet parking... From the point of view of the service, I found them overall, excellent if it weren't for the fact that the waiter who takes the orders, at least during the signing of the order, should remove his earphones, because as in our case, it could happen that he doesn't understand/hear and consequently doesn't write down an order, or write down a completely incorrect one. As for the food, not bad... Very good hot mixed, tasty and abundant, the pizza average, perhaps a little too floury on the bottom, the pasta however excellent cooking, frozen fish but indicated on the menu Overall an average experience, at a reasonable price, but which does not excel in any point

30/04/2025: We came with the children for lunch. The young waiter was very kind and nice. he helped us choose the dishes and it was not difficult for him to go to the kitchen a couple of times to ask the chefs if they could accommodate our special wishes. The pasta we ate was delicious, the sauces were perfectly balanced. The pizza was just as it should be. the dough was crispy on the outside, airy on the inside. The ingredients were of very high quality. You can see that the kitchen is staffed by experienced staff. We poured it all over with Amir red wine. If you are nearby, be sure to visit I Cumpari and enjoy. I hope that you will also be served by a young, friendly waiter like us.

30/04/2025: Last night we had dinner, excellent pizza but the service was terrible.. they basically went out but after ten minutes the second courses came out.. we didn't finish the pizza and the meat was frozen because they had a banquet and to speed up they ruined the dinner of 4 workers after 11 hours of work thanks to the staff

02/05/2025: One of the best pizzas in Carini. Perfect mozzarella, the kids don't drown, I want to point this out, you can see the quality from here. Then an excellent flavor and low prices. We went yesterday by chance, because on May 1st they were all closed and with this excuse we discovered this place. And we will definitely return

24/03/2025: After booking we find ourselves in a real military campsite without being notified beforehand, they justified themselves by saying they had two birthdays in the room, we paid 10 euros for a simple salad and it wasn't not even on the written menu, 5 girls came to tell us how I wanted the chicken breast, the decent pizzas but on Saturday they made fun of the people who were not informed of the location!!!!! We won't go there again!!
