Expectations met once again. From the high quality ingredients, from the original flavors to the location, from Mr Carlo who welcomes everyone with a smile to all the staff who are always available, my experience was once again SUPER.

Served kindly by a very young waiter who spoke fairly good English.
The board for 2 is very generous, you can ask for a box to take the leftovers...😀

08/01/2025: I would like to point out this place in Carini (Palermo). It is not my habit to review on the first visit to the place but the temptation was strong; on the occasion of a fixed menu day, selection of top quality products compared to the figure on the menu, but immediately the staff in the dining room are Giovanni / Katia who are super friendly and available in everything (even with some variations to the fixed menu) which say congratulations to the next one.

06/02/2025: A very precious place. Rich in natural gems such as vineyards, olive trees, all the animals and the "incredible" oak trees. Not to mention the women who run this whole show. Beautiful, bright, prepared, friendly, and as is increasingly rare, very kind. We gave a picnic to a friend of ours for her birthday, well the gift was for all of us.
Thank you. Excellent wines, jams and above all the honey from the bees that we had "known" shortly before.
An experience to do and do again. We'll be back. ❤️
04/02/2025: We spent a day of relaxation and good food.
My little girl took part in the wheat workshop, making tagliatelle together with the other little guests. Debora was very sweet and very attentive to all of them.
We then went on to visit the educational farm, ending with a sumptuous lunch, everything a real delight from starters to desserts.
During the aperitif in the cellar we tasted some delicious jams made by them and the wine was also excellent. We couldn't resist and bought them. We are certain that we will return as soon as possible. I highly recommend it.

Purtroppo anche il servizio non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative! Credo che tornerò solo per la pizza. Sempreché il servizio migliori...

16/02/2025: I ate in this restaurant last night for the first time, the service was perfect, the waiters were very kind and quick, the only small flaw I found was the octopus, I ate a seafood mix as a starter, where there was octopus inside, the problem was that in my opinion it was too hard.
For the rest everything went well.

01/11/2024: I celebrated my daughter's baptism and to say that everything was beautiful is an understatement... The owners are very kind and welcoming, they fulfilled my every request starting from the menu made up entirely of my choices and helping me to make it perfect by suggesting very delicious dishes... .the food was delicious and plentiful, the dining room staff were very kind and helpful, the room was well decorated in an elegant and refined way. Highly recommended for celebrating baptisms or other occasions.
(I don't know if it's on their usual menu but the cunzato bread they served was delicious 😋)

Years ago I was invited for a dinner in the room and the service and courses were more than sufficient (as other reviews describe it)
But recently at Christmas lunch (fixed menu), a nightmare!
€55 per person for a lunch is not even the actual value of €20.
Terrible service, waiting times of half an hour or 45 minutes between one course and another; hard and frozen food starting from the appetizer;
starter on the gourmet and/or abundant menu (neither of the two)
first with the uncooked rice cake,
secondly, it was scary just to look at!
Attracted by the many good positive reviews we booked, but never again, delays between courses, poor quality dishes and the very high price compared to what was expected.
Terrible, I would give 0 stars, I am reviewing to warn you that the location is pleasant but everything else is to be completely avoided!

28/09/2024: Let me start by saying that I am reviewing an event.
The location is very suggestive and their specialties are beer and Bavarian cuisine. However, as stated, we chose them to celebrate the girl's communion and the organization was somewhat questionable, starters were poor, badly divided at the tables and with very little variety, excellent first course, questionable second course. In the end, for reasons of "consideration", cake served together with the fruit plate.
The expectations were very different, given their premises. Sorry.

27/12/2024: This evening my friends and I had dinner by ordering two well-seasoned and very good pizzas and 3 super porchetta sandwiches and two other sandwiches. The excellent service, the girl at the tables welcomes you with simplicity and a beautiful smile. The environment was clean and heated, there were 7 of us and we had dinner quite comfortably. There are two TV screens in the room. The owner was very helpful with our requests. Cheap prices and excellent quality. I highly recommend it. 🤪
