09/11/2025: The menu only lists sandwiches with meat or fish, but upon request (in Italian), Carlo conjured up a mega delicious vegetarian sandwich with artichokes, mozzarella and onions!

09/11/2025: I love sandwiches. Panino. Do you like thin peace of amazing bread which is crunchy? Sauce which touches all the tasting buds? Amazing amount of meat and variety? Then you are in a right place. Not too much bread. Crispy with every bite. Juicy. Salty. Spicy. Savory. Sweet. And on top of that Carlo is a the best host. We enjoyed vino. Enjoyed food. And coming here for the food became a normality. Lower standards you will not accept after that and yet it felt like being at home with a Chef who is a magician. Make sure to visit this place on the way from airport or to the airport !

30/11/2025: Yesterday, I went to dinner at Baronia with my wife. The main room was occupied by a birthday party, so they seated us in the second room. Behind us was the DJ booth, hired by the birthday boy. At first, nothing unusual happened; the music was at an acceptable volume. But at a certain point, around 9:30 PM, they started the party, turning the music up to an unacceptable level: we couldn't talk to each other, and above all, it was quite harsh on our ears. We asked the waiter to turn it down, but nothing changed. Then we asked the owner/manager of the place, and again nothing changed. We quickly finished our pizzas and left. At the cashier, the owner quickly apologized, "but..." that "but" sounded as if she wasn't responsible or couldn't do anything about it, which is unacceptable because it means having first-class customers who deserve a certain level of service and second-class customers who can adapt to the circumstances. The evening was certainly not relaxing, but above all it was the owners' attitude, which was completely indifferent to the (second-class) customers, that made us unhappy and decided not to return.

28/11/2025: A historic, rustic, pleasant, clean, well-heated, and welcoming place! The food was incredibly plentiful, high-quality, and delicious, just like the owners, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home right away. They were courteous, attentive, and ready to satisfy our every desire. Ample parking, excellent value for money—in short, exceptional! We had a great time and will gladly return.

I want to give a special shout-out to the waiter Roberto, a truly professional, helpful person and always ready to satisfy the requests of all the guests 🤩🤩🤩 All this made the evening unforgettable.

A wonderful venue, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, it provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with emotion. The ceremony and dinner took place in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, with impeccable service and delicious cuisine that delighted all our guests. A special thank you to Annamaria and Pietro for their availability, kindness, and attention, and to Roberto for the professionalism and care with which he supported and accompanied us at every step. 09/09/2025: We had a great time at Baglio Ciachea! We visited for dinner as a family of six, the place is just gorgeous and super chill. The menu was vast and many options were available. We tried several pasta dishes and different appetizers - food was great and service was also really good. Would recommend if you are staying in the area of Capaci!

04/09/2025: Very nice restaurant, extremely friendly and helpful staff. We even got to chatting after closing time. I had the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, and the portion was very generous and tasty. My wife was very pleased with the seafood salad and shrimp cocktail. The almond parfait was delicious. Highly recommended.
