17/05/2025: What a surprise! I am a pizza lover and I travel around Sicily to discover new places and instead right near my house I found the best pizza ever. It would be sacrilegious not to try it.

08/09/2025: On Saturday, September 6th, we celebrated my nephew's baptism. Naturally, we booked this place because we'd already tried it; well, everything was superb! The dinner was fresh and perfectly cooked, the staff was very attentive and punctual, the place was clean, and the owners were always courteous and helpful!

03/09/2025: A historic restaurant in Bagheria, located on the top floor of the building that houses the Hotel Centrale, overlooking Piazza Sepolcro, you'll find excellent traditional cuisine and an excellent pizzeria, always using fresh ingredients. The pizza chef is among the best in Italy. The view of the square from its terrace is truly beautiful, even if you don't dine outside. It's also a popular venue for banquets and special occasions. I highly recommend it. Accessed through the Hotel Centrale entrance, go upstairs and you'll find a lovely Sicilian-style dining room with majolica tiles and frescoes, but what really matters is the food. The staff is always attentive and knowledgeable.

03/10/2025: I live in Rome, where you're spoiled for choice when it comes to restaurants like this. But while on vacation in Palermo, I was recommended this restaurant in Bagheria. I can say without a doubt that I found better quality here than in some similar restaurants in the capital. Fresh fish, properly prepared, and truly delicious food. You can even find red prawns in the sashimi. The owners are very kind, and the service staff are helpful. Highly recommended.

24/08/2025: Friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. A historic place in Bagheria, founded by my father and two partners. It's heartwarming to revisit the places of my childhood. Outdoor seating in the summer, and a spacious dining room inside. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this is undoubtedly the right choice for those who don't want the chaos of trendy venues. We celebrated a 16th birthday; the table was for seven guests who chose their favorite appetizer, pizza, and soft drink. The cake was brought by us but served at the table by the staff. The bill? A pleasant surprise, more than reasonable. An experience to repeat.

17/08/2025: Super nice place... The staff is friendly but above all professional. We ordered two pizzas and in less than 5 minutes they were on the table, delicious and especially rich in toppings. What can I say!!!! The best in Bagheria... Compliments to the owner, a super kind person.

One of the best in the entire city... top-quality ingredients and cooking in a wood-fired oven make the pizza something ecstatic 😻 even when we order it for home delivery!! 20/10/2025: INTRODUCTION: I've been coming to this place for about 10 years, if not longer. I've eaten here several times and have always had a good experience. I've always recommended this place because they serve unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere, especially with very generous portions considering the low price. However, I'm realizing that in the long run, it doesn't do the place much good. Low prices for very large portions don't allow the place to improve. They're having a hard time operating and need MORE STAFF!!!!!!, ESPECIALLY IN THE KITCHEN!!!! They made us wait LITERALLY AN HOUR AND A HALF for dinner, justifying it by saying that the Mexican food section had some problems and was backed up. I appreciate the apologies from the embarrassed waiters, but it's really frustrating to see people arrive after me, eat right away, and leave. I saw individual tables occupied by three different families during the evening. I had recommended this place to two of my friends and came with them and my girlfriend. It was their first time, and they had a terrifying experience. After years of coming to this place, after this evening, I'm convinced it will probably be my last. The experience was awful, but I'll continue to recommend the place, because all in all, the food is good. I especially thank one of the waiters, the guy with the dreadlocks, who seemed like the only one who actually cared about us, unlike someone who just walked by without so much as a glance. ADVICE IMPROVE OR INCREASE THE KITCHEN STAFF. YOU CAN'T AFFORD THESE MISTAKES AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. I hope to change this review in the future.

18/10/2025: The food is good, the atmosphere is nice, but the service is really slow, about 20 minutes just for the appetizer. From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and we're still waiting for the pizzas. Terrible service on a Saturday.

30/09/2025: My favorite place ♥️ From the pastry shop to the delicatessen, from the rotisserie to the ice cream, everything that comes out of that workshop is magic! I chose them for my birthday cakes, for friends, relatives, and anyone who asked me for advice. I also chose them for my wedding catering and, of course, for the wedding cake. Needless to say, they were impeccable in every way! Not to mention the courtesy, kindness, and friendliness of the staff, who have now become a group of friends to me ♥️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for courtesy, professionalism, and above all, quality!

15/07/2025: On Bagheria's main street, a pastry shop with a good selection of sweet and savory treats. I had a ricotta croissant, which I'd say was good, but the coffee was really hard to drink. It only cost 2 euros, like being transported back 10 years.

Excellent service from the talented Giuseppe and a beautiful venue (even in summer) provide the perfect backdrop for this food and wine experience. The menu, constantly updated with seasonal ingredients, and the refinement and respect for the finest ingredients blend harmoniously in the dishes, offering a high-quality experience. I definitely recommend stopping at this restaurant.
